Brompton Bicycle Recenzje 

Bike seems good quality and sturdy. Haven’t had chance to have a proper go on it yet and looking forward to it. Arrived safely. My order was late but customer services chased it for me promptly and sorted the problem out.

This doesn't happen often, but Brompton's customer support is genuine. I had some issues with my electric P-line and Raimonds has been very efficient, responsive and understanding each time. I'm very happy with my treatment and outcome.

I had a confusing technical problem with my T-Line, and Julian in Customer Service went above and beyond in helping to get it resolved.

The process started at the Brompton Junction store in London and, when the fault proved more difficult to diagnose, I was invited to take the bike directly to Brompton’s head office. There, Stephen and the lead T-Line mechanic really invested themselves in finding the cause. Rather than treating it as simply another customer service case, they approached it as an engineering problem that needed solving.

After a thorough and methodical investigation, they identified the fault, which ultimately turned out to have a straightforward fix. My T-Line is now back to performing exactly as it should.

I couldn’t fault the way the whole process was handled. Everyone I dealt with was patient, professional and genuinely committed to finding the right solution. I’m extremely impressed with the level of customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brompton.

Zwei Brompton seit Jahren im Einsatz. Alles gut, aber wehe, es geht etwas schief. B.O.C. etwa scheint sich Ersatzteile direkt aus England schicken zu lassen. Schon das zweite Mal war mein Rad deshalb über mehrere Wochen außer Betrieb. Tip, spezielle Brompton-Fachgeschäfte haben oft ein großes Ersatzteillager, die Preisesind überall gleich. Wenn‘s also mal wieder hart auf hart kommt, Ersatzteil lieber selbst besorgen. Ein komplettes Vorderrad, auf das ich soeben drei Wochen vergebens bei meinem Verkäufer wartete, war nach zwei Tagen da.

It's a brilliant brilliant bike the T series, but didn't fit me! I'm only 6ft 2in tall (188 cm), and nowhere on the website does it tell me the seat post won't be high enough. Rode it home and hurt my lower back and hamstrings. YOU HAVE TO THEN BUY ANOTHER SEATPOST! But if you try to return it they will send it for free instead of losing the sale. Lot of hassle though

Well designed and practical bicycle.
However, lacked basic essentials such as a pump and the documentation was lacking or absent.

1 star because can't do no stars. could not receive my order because DPD gave less than 2 hours notice that i had to be at home to give the driver the code. they gav no deliveey options. brompton not returning my money til DPD get their fingers out and get the tools back @ Brompton. Am feeding back usial sites.

I've been waiting for my package for two weeks now.

I love this bike! I haven't been on a bike in several years and this has me smiling from ear to ear everytime I take it out. Reminds me of being a kid. Took me a sec to get the fold down, but that's a me problem. I've never had the makings of a varsity athlete.

Online orders from .Be was seamless and efficient. Delivered from NL warehouse. Returns had to be send to the UK which is costly but refund was quickly completed. Products were a much better quality than expected.

This is my third Brompton. I started with a 6 gear one then a Pline 12 gear and now a Pline e-motiq. So you could say I like the Brompon experience. A pity that not any of the dealers in The Netherlands had a Pline e-motiq in stock, so no probe possible.
The service from your webshop was prompt. I had no trouble setting up te bike.

I've send an email to your service center, via the contact form, and never received a reply.
My sister, for whom I purchased the bike, later treid to contact you by telephone, but no response or contact possibilities either. So, I have questions on your aftersales. Bike is fine, but support is not.
