Según el número de serie que nos has facilitado y dado que la bicicleta fue comprada hace más de tres años, los componentes del sistema eléctrico ya no están cubiertos por la garantía. Esto significa que, si es necesario sustituir alguna pieza, esta tendrá un Contestación de Brompton.Antiguedad 3 años y nueve meses.Eso es lo que dura la batería brompton?

My Order wasn‘t delivered in 3-5 days and I didn’t get a Message why it is late or when it will be expected.

Required parts arrived as specified

Customer service is non existant, almost gaslighting levels of exchange within the online chat. Rude, obnoxious and absolutely no help whatsoever!
No paperwork at all with the bike, no warranty information, no service info…nothing!
Bits are falling off the bike on first use, apparently this is normal according to a Brompton dealer.
An expensive brand name that does not live up to the hype!

I like their products, my package was never delivered. The courier company they use (DPD UK) are really bad at deliveries, I kept missing the courier with their impossible delivery hours so never got my product.

The part that I needed arrived promptly and was easy to fit

Bike came fully assembled within 2 days of placing the order. Smooth ride. Comfortable. And beautiful!!

It’s a good bike but the chain consistently comes loose. Quite annoying. Otherwise perfect for my lifestyle.

The response was fairly quick (within 24 hrs) and fully answered my question.
I was a little surprised, however:
a) that Brompton don't offer the required parts (for a gearing upgrade) on their own shop.
b) to overcome that issue, I was directed (with links) to the website of a specific retailer: is that Brompton policy, to work with a specific commercial online shop?

Shame the tool kit doesn’t fit for the new model.especially as it’s advertised to be a good accessory.
3 Brompton bike I have owned but basic mistake not to have a toolkit that fits into that frame.

Question : Cyclable, le distributeur privilégié de Brompton semble en difficulté (redressement judiciaire). De fait, qui assurera la relève et où faire entretenir mes 2 Brompton ?

Très arrangeants, très bon service après vente

Brompton have a pride in their product but somewhere along the way, customer service has been sacrificed on the altar of corporate expediency i.e. if I walk into a Brompton shop I don't expect to be told that it is easier to go on line and no, the product cant be ordered in because the online shop is a different company! BS!
