I recently purchased the City Bag For Brompton Electric for my new Brompton Electric G-Line.
Description on website did not state that the frame is not compatible with the G-line, or that the g-line and the other electric Bromptons have different carry blocks

I had a broken frame on a Brompton C-Line 2021 6-gear bike which was still covered by Brompton's 7-year warranty. Brompton London as well as Brompton Berlin handled the case swiftly, were very friendly in their communication and went over their heads to replace the broken bike with a brand new updated bike which I've been able to pick up today. They deserve my utmost respect for their services. Thank you very much to both Brompton London and Berlin.

It's a very nice and enjoyable bike, but I'm having trouble getting parts.

I recently found I was in urgent need of replacement hinge and seat-post brackets for my P12 Brompton.
Contact with customer services over this resulted in a knowledgeable and sympathetic response, and the correct required parts were supplied quickly and without fuss.
Happy to be back on my bike again!

Where is my order for my bike charger? It has been 2 weeks now dpd say they have a enot recieved it yet! I expected better! Its too hot to manage without it!!!

Probably Best bike i have ever hired using a subscription. I won't return it after 1 mth unless my commute route is very hushed. Everything is good. I love it. Gave me a headache regarding returning the bike though. Didnt also return a over thousand pound bike via a normal delivery and brompton only do pick up at weekdays. Overall, everything went smooth. I will consider getting myself one in the near future.

1) Easy to purchase online via website.
2) Brompton need to update the buyer when the item will be deliver promptly.

A real mess. Still not delivered.

1. The order acknowledgement template says the order will be dispatched in 2 working days - I ordered on a Monday morning at 09.30 but the order was not dispatched until Wednesday - I expected it to be Tuesday.
2. You cannot use the chatbot to enquire on an orders progress - I had to phone and speak to a real person, who was very helpful.
3. The 'opening' times of the chatbot are shown differently in separate places, one says it opens at 09.00 and another says 08.30 - worth checking the message templates for consistency.

I was seeking a replacement charger. None had been available on the Brompton website for some time. Brompton then told me the charger had been discontinued and I would have to buy a new charger, battery and frame, presumably at considerable cost.
Eventually the charger appeared on the Brompton website and luckily I hadn’t gone to the expense of the whole new set-up. It does seem that Brompton are unnecessarily trying to take advantage of reduced or no availability of a part to upsell a whole new system.

After an initial glitch caused by the delivery company, Brompton quickly got on top of it and arranged a swift re-delivery. Well done
