Ok new kitchen fitted finally feels so much like i can live in my ground floor flat ross did amazing job and all gang trades who did my kitchen from all g8 electricians and you now what i know last 7 years been neglected but fairplay ross team all went that extra 4 myself who has hidden disabilty so hope they get extras as they done more than most have in last years so just let you now bromford have neglected repairs in past bit think this has helped me out personal well done legend ross and team

I first moved into a Bromford property five years ago, the state of the flat was generally disgraceful, broken tiles, paintwork that needed re doing, the shower had mould in it and a pipe sticking out, in every single room it needed to be resealed especially in the walls and windows and that was never done before I moved in it was incredibly bizarre in the tenancy agreement they state what they are responsible for yet they knew the condition of this flat when i moved in and did nothing?.

I contacted the neighbourhood coach for filton about who do i ask for permission to change the shower because at this point the shower is difficult to clean, it needs resealing everywhere and i told her this and she legit said to my face i do not know who we contact about that, it literally says in the tenancy agreement i need permission to change certain things and yet the neighbourhood coach is the only person Bromford pushes me onto with this and yet she does not know, this is beyond incompetence at worst unprofessional at best.
I contacted the police earlier 2 years ago about a stalker coming to my address as well, i told Bromford about it and asked neighbourhood to investigate Britannia house and another neighbour who know my door number and she tried to gaslight me in stating "I don't believe they would have done" she did not investigate, she did nothing yet believes so strongly that nobody gave my out my address which is illegal BTW, i had to fight to get CCTVS installed because of it bromford refused to do it properly but now i have a doorbell camera on my actual door so if the stalker came back again i would have to have him buzzer my door answer and check that's him invite him into the building {the police already told me during a phone call unless i told him to not come back on a recording they would not bother as there is no video evidence}and then call the police and say a stalker is at my address and they would say how did he get in there, well i told him to so i can get him on camera.

From this i decided to no longer have my neighbourhood be around my presence i hate her, i used to like her until this incident happened if she did her job and investigated where i told her too i would have been able to have the police investigate with a witness statement. I hate having to interact with her i do not understand how she still has her job, she tried to set up a meeting with me with her and her manager and i refused, she does not deserve to be in my presence after what she said to me and putting my life at risk and yet she wanted to have a meeting to try her gaslighting on me with her manager present, she had her chance when i asked her to investigate an illegal breach of confidentiality and she actively refused for no reason.

Currently i am waiting on them to change neighbourhood coach for my tenancy agreement renewal which is highly bizarre because i already did one of those and i was on a tenancy that lasted another 5 years, they have changed the tenancy agreement again that's why and it says a lot of stuff that i have spoken to them about and has made changes that are very suspicious, i am debating with myself whether i should go to south glos and discuss these issues with them and consider going with another housing provider as bromford is pretty unprofessional and dangerous.

if you love being alive and sleeping in good conditions i would advise people on the housing waiting list to avoid bromford and research a better housing association which i should have done, they have merged with live west but i do not really understand the benefit, my rent has increased to almost 500 pounds, it was 300 when i moved in, have the improved anything? no, have they fixed the loud noise boiler? no have they resealed any of stuff that i have complained about? no, have they replaced the shower? no, my mental well being being here is honestly deteriorating and i have tried to make it work.
moving out is expensive.

Fantastic job re-cementing the front steps of my house.

My mum who sadly recently passed away lived in one of Bromford’s retirement flats and her outdoor terrace paving slats had buckled and the screws had broken away. Darren Dann from Bromford visited today to repair the terrace and was a wonderful, kind and considerate man who undertook the repair with skill and tided up after himself. He was polite and respectful of my Mums flat and I was incredibly impressed with his work. Anyone who needs a repair and are lucky enough to get Darren will be in safe hands

Can’t give less than one star otherwise I would. They are obstructive for no reason. Deny installation of Ev chargers to be installed in an identical way by other builders a very very short distance away. Will only consider the most unaffordable option which is not viable. The most non green obstructive house builder you could meet. Buy from another builder.
Bromford have not thought this out unlike all of the other builders in the immediate area. At the very very least, Bromford should have installed the ducting ready for ev chargers on a drive pedestal. This would have cost practically nothing to do at the time. Whoever the not so bright sparks at Bromford who made the decision not to do anything really need to look at themselves. Other builders not only supplied a solution including the actual charger. Now Bromford want me to pay a few thousand pounds to fund this by the most expensive option and as it is shared ownership they will be more than happy to take their share of the added value of the house as and when I sell. At the very least they should fund the ducting for the cable at their expense because of their lack of foresight. Or is it that they assumed no one in shared ownership deserves the same privileges as others. Other builders didn’t take that view

Darren was excellent he was very kind and thoroughful regarding our son situation. He also kept us informed at what was happening each day and he has done a really great job.we are very pleased with work .

Had Keith Morgan out to repair a few bathroom leaks. Goes above and beyond. Very friendly and explained all work that had been completed. Nice and tidy job.

Tom Fitted a new gate and post today.

Ben Wilson turned up today to complete two jobs. Even offered to do anything else while he was here. Completed 3 jobs in total. Such a friendly person. Definitely recommended.

Great work from Dave Manning and Lee Nightingale , did work in my garden , work was completed to a very high standard and garden left tidy thank you !!

Lee was brilliant. Came in removed tiles in the bathroom cleaned up and even vacuum the area in case there was a bits on the floor. Sorted out with the office to come back later and restore everything. Again he cleared up afterwards. Bathroom looking better than it did before

The bathroom fitters were brilliant very professional and did a very good job. Didn't leave anything unturned ensuring everything was completed to standard. Jack kept me informed throughout the process to ensure i was happy all changes being made. Really good satisfaction clean finish.

Had the cowboys out from cowboy bromford, to fix a a few gate posts , only took them 4 months ,and 6 visits , one lasted a few days the other lasted about the same , the gate posts are in a communal area , w to 7 days max to repair , so the case has gone to ombudsman,
Plus legal team have issued a summons to planning manager , they will learn the hard way

Sam was amazing, come and helped where i needed. Made sure i was safe and secure in my property, really recommend!

I'd leave zero stars if I could absolute joke! Company policies mean nothing to them They even try to carry out structural work without building regulations approved by the council
(I rang Building Control to check) they send independent surveyors out to bypass the council! Our Area manager is useless we were moved into our property 9 months ago and still waiting for major repairs with no start date even after stage 1 and 2 complaints and passing the complaint onto the housing ombudsman. We've had an uninhabitable living room and bedroom, damp and mould, hole in ceiling, unsupported chimney breast the list goes on...For 9 months so far and no completion dates. 3 young kids living here they do not care! and constant lies from every angle! And still not one person is trying to help resolve this (all executives are aware of our situation) We DO NOT recommend Bromford at all!!

I have got to say they did the most amazing job & cleaned up exceptionally well afterwards.
Two very professional people & Bromford housing are very lucky to have them.
