Full Fibre

The whole process of transferring from my old provider and installing the additional cabling to handle full fibre was handled efficiently and without delay and my new full fibre connection is working well with no problems so far. I would have no hesitation in recommending Briant to anyone looking for a new full fibre provider

Briant Broadband did an excellent job.

Brian’s Broadband did a great job installing my first all-fibre broadband system. The added VOIP telephone service with retained number also works well.
I chose the 150 UltrafastFibre. The Download and Upload speeds appear perfectly adequate for my purposes. The system replaced a hybrid fibre/copper set-up from a well known supplier, which never achieved its claimed performance.
The installation was undertaken smoothly and efficiently with minimal disruption. The hardware is sited mostly out of view and fitted neatly.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience of Briant Broadband to date.

Been with Briant for now 8 months
Great customer service i did have a problem but not to do with them it was my own router but Briant solved the problem out with in 5 minutes
The speed are a amazing for the price for 2.5 gigs fastest in my area and for less than £50 per month which i was paying virgin media for 1gigs
Great for our family of 5 with my son on his ps5 all the time and 1 of my daughters on her Xbox my other daughter working from home and me lol
I would recommend Briant with my Internet Great service guys

Issues with Briant broadband…

Firstly we where never told there was an issue with transfer, I had to chase them up about it as was being billed still by old supplier of service.
Not as per service agreement.
Been paying two different companies for months for broadband as they never contacted firm when they should have asked for proof "no proof given"

Told weeks ago broadband issues "keeps dropping out" effecting my wife's work abilities" still nothing done.
Asked to be released from my contract and now been told I will need to pay the remainder over a year , even thought they seem to have broken there own service agreement again ! So end result will be paying for duo supply internet for the last 4 month, and require to buy out the reminder of my contract.. outcome very expensive lesson... my experience has been shoddy to say the least.

Thanks for the feedback however most 1 star review normally have two sides to the story and we feel we must balance the argument a little. You came on board on 20th March (~2 months).

• Switch information requested 30th March
• Switch information received 25th April (4 weeks after requesting)
• Switch request processed for 1st May (we introduced some delay here and hold our hands up)
• Maximum double payment would be from 20th Mar to 1st May (40 days)

We have requested evidence of additional payments to find a resolution to close the issue and move forwards – nothing has been forthcoming however, our contractual terms still stand.
We have no tickets raised for service issues but the team have carried out a health check of you network connection and devices. Results are shared.

Tiaan is the best

I've experienced ongoing issues with Briant Broadband, including persistent packet loss, difficulty accessing websites, and major speed drops. My IPv6 connection has also been unreliable, and I recently had connectivity problems with Sky TV as well. I went through multiple routers thinking the issue was on my end, but after a lot of troubleshooting, I finally pinpointed the root causes.

Throughout this frustrating process, I had the pleasure of working with Tiaan, who has been absolutely amazing. His patience, professionalism, and dedication to helping me resolve these issues have stood out. He’s been incredibly accommodating, and I genuinely can’t thank him enough for his support.

Thanks to the level of service and support I received—especially from Tiaan—I would 100% recommend Briant Broadband. Every ISP can have technical hiccups, but it’s how they handle them that really counts, and in this case, they went above and beyond.

Quick Support Response

Tiaan has been great. Updated router after install and gave me advice on connecting my Sky Q box by eternet cable which was not working. Responses have always been very quick and the phone is always answered within a few rings. Only had it for a few days but so far so good.

Great company

Great company, contacted Craig @Briant Broadband, he popped over to site and had us up and running on full fibre with amazing download and upload speeds within a week. Phones moving across the following week. When tech companies seem to create confusion, Craig and his team have made the whole process seamless.
Highly recommended.

Friendly Helpful Broadband Supplier

Happy so far as only connected a few days ago. Friendly helpful staff and a local company for me. There was a bit of a mix up with dates between City Fibre and Briant but soon resolved. After the experience with my previous Broadband supplier whose call centre is not based in UK I am so relieved that with Briant Broadband it is a more personal touch. Any problems then just a local telephone call and help is at hand.

Brilliant technical knowhow

Within the first week I had a one mildly technical question and one far more technical question. I received extremely quick responses to both (within a few minutes) by chatting to them through their Facebook page. The second, far more technical question, I was not expecting a quick response to and was expecting to be told they would need to find more information but the first message I received was the exact information I needed. Their support team has allowed to get issues resolved within minutes rather than needing hours or days as I have with previous providers.

As it currently stands I have nothing but praise for this provider and their support team

Changing Broadband Provider

After enduring weeks of disappointing service from our previous provider that left us without internet or phones as we have to use wifi calling on seafront, we couldn't be more pleased with Briant Broadband. Their engineer, Ryan, provided exceptional service and kept us updated as he resolved our connection issues. The ease of communication when reaching out for help was a breath of fresh air, with no long waits on the phone. Thanks to Briant Broadband, we now enjoy excellent, fast internet and would highly recommend them to our friends.

Excellent Service

The router was sent through the post about 2 weeks before the installation date and on the day, City Fibre did an excellent job of connecting to the house and making sure everything worked before they left.

I would recommend Briant Broadband based on price and speed.

Everything was dealt with in a timely…

Everything was dealt with in a timely manner. Although the City Fibre contractors had some trouble in chasing the cables through, they were very courteous & kept me informed of progress. Router & connection from Briant Broadband was faultless & very efficient.

Having had a previous provider who…

Having had a previous provider who proved to expensive and then increasing contact time, I decided to look elsewhere. Having used Briant to install cctv and a linked WiFi system previously, it was a foregone conclusion as to why not use them to install broadband.
Having made advanced notice to have broadband installed, Briant together with City Fibre completed the install in a day.
I was extremly satisfied with the whole process and happy with my decision to use their services. However I did have problems setting up the router but with the excellent help from one of their tech guys, that was soon sorted.
Overall experience as l have said previously was and is excellent

Ordered their basic 150 mb package

Ordered their basic 150 mb package. The router was delivered a couple of days later and connected the following day. After setting up the technicians left saying that the router would sort itself out which it did. Just did a speed check and I am getting 149 mb up and download so all is good.
Periodically the wifi connection to my phone cuts out for a few seconds. Not sure why.

Highly recommended

We have had an internet outage all day (not Briant Broadband fault) and I have to say while it is a nightmare losing internet when you work from home they have been amazing at keeping us updated. Contact update email and they have updated social media.
They are super fast when it comes to any issues, I got a replacement hub within an hour of reporting it. From their office staff to engineers they are all fantastic, so pleased I changed from virgin to these guys and cheapest price I found after shopping around.
