Amazing company with beautiful pieces.

This company has great customer service and beautiful pieces. I had one issue with an order and they were very proactive in helping me fix the issue. Very kind and friendly staff, with easy access to get in touch with them. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable, classic, and high quality pieces.

Great quality watch for an amazing…

Great quality watch for an amazing price point. Loved how versatile the piece is. Goes great with everything! I also contacted customer service to get information on sizing and they were very helpful. I bought a couple for my family members this past holiday season.

Amazing watches, and customer service!

My experience with Breda has been amazing! The watches are unique and very high quality especially for the price-point. I also love how active the brand is with their customers on social media. If there's a problem with your order the team is very quick to respond and resolve your issue. If you're debating on purchasing a watch dont, you NEED it.

Return Scam

I returned a watch. They initially attempted to claim the watch box was empty, then claimed we sent back the incorrect watch. They will attempt to scam you out of paying for your returns. Don't buy anything from this dishonest company.

Refund your customers

The first order I placed with them, the watch came damaged. It looked used. The glass had a scratch, links were missing, and the watch face looked NOTHING like what was posted on the website. I filed a return through their website and mailed it back to get refunded. They mailed it back to me, no notice, no email, nothing. I've reached out to customer service and am waiting on a reply. One star for the fact that nothing went wrong with my second order.

Warranty means nothing unless based in the US

Bought a watch from Breda - the Visser Metal. After 11 months the movement broke. No local watch repair shop could fix it. Breda said they would repair but postage would cost more than just buying a new watch. Great looking watches but I wouldn't trust the quality again, especially without free repair, even with the warranty - warranty means very little unless you're based in the US.

Poor quality watch

Poor quality watch!
Dont advertise a product, that cannot be delivered! My watch broke after 2 weeks. The pictures on their website gives you a false impression.

I cannot recommend anyone buying something from this company.

Do not buy Breda if you want to receive your order

You should not buy Breda if you live internationally. I had the worst customer experience ever from this brand. (Living in Paris, FR). I ordered the package in October, by Mid November I hadn’t received it. I reached out to customer service as I noticed my credit card was charged despite not receiving the watch I ordered.

The interaction went like this, I asked for a status inquiry on my order. The customer team said they would look into it. They confirmed my order address, it was correct. I mentioned 3ème étage in French in the email (third floor in English). Customer service then proceeds to blame me that this is why I hadn’t received my package, despite my name being on the inner phone and having the mailbox in the lobby.

Next I contact them again and they say the package was “stolen”, I say it is unlikely, I previously lived on a very safe street near the US Embassy and presidential palace , there are cameras everywhere. Despite, I ask them to look into the matter further and contact Le Poste, so I know what to do.

They do none of this, and they offer no resolution or proof of delivery they then claimed they “had” after the package was “stolen”. I ask to see the proof of delivery, they never send me a screenshot or any proof. It is now December, my order was from October and my credit card bill has already been paid/ charged.

In conclusion do not order from Breda unless you want lackluster customer service, to not receive your watch, and to still get charged for it.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY

WARNING: Breda is desperate for customer and will do anything to retain the money you give them. I bought a watch, it arrived completely ruined. Their CS team wanted me to pay for return shipping despite sending me a ruined watch (?!?!), and when they finally sent me a return label they charged me a 60 usd dollar processing fee (?!?! x2). Also, the team takes 5 days to reply to each communication, and sometimes doesn't reply at all (three times I had to follow up to get a reply). It seems they take time in the hopes you forget about it and they can keep your money. BAD BAD BAD

State Attenti !

Per un orologio del valore di 100 euro ho pagato 21 euro di spedizione e in oltre una volta spedito il pacco mi è arrivato un messaggio dalla FedEx dicendomi che al momento della consegna dovrò pagare altri 43.48 euro di importazione. Mi prendo le mie responsabilità poiché non mi ero resa conto del fatto che "duties and taxes" non fossero comprese, ad ogni modo inviterei l'azienda a mostrare meglio questa clausola. Per quanto riguarda il prodotto niente da dire, bellissimo come me lo aspettavo ed inoltre è arrivato in ottimo stato (per fortuna)!
