My experience with Breda customer support was ABOVE and BEYOND! I reached out in need of a replacement part and I was helped promptly and given a totally reasonable option. They did not need to do what they did next, which was waive the fee for the replacement part. Breda: makers of beautiful watches and delightful customer support experiences!

BEST Customer Service Experience
One of the best customer service experiences ever. I thought that my transparent watch strap had a discoloration issue, and immediately upon reaching out, the team at BREDA was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation. They helped me process a free repair with shipping covered, as well as a partial refund for not delivering on product expectation. As it turns out, because the watch strap and face are made of different materials, the coloration is slightly different. They let me know this, and felt that due to my “hassle” in sending the watch away for repairs and not meeting expectations, they very kindly returned the watch to me and refunded the rest of the cost. Truly incredible and genuinely kind customer service. Consider me a lifelong BREDA fan. Looking forward to ordering more time pieces from them soon!

This watch from Breda was a gift to me for my birthday in January. I wore it everyday, and got so many compliments. It stopped telling time correctly, so I emailed support. They got back to me within the week, and made me feel like such a priority. The team was very proactive in letting me know the process, and I never once felt confused about where the watch was or what was going on. The process was very quick and painless, as they took care of it. They sent me my repaired watch in the mail, cleaned it, and even replaced the band. I took links off of the band originally, and when they replaced the band, they took the exact amount of links off, and sent it back to me. I can say I’ve never had a better experience with jewelry, and felt so much like a priority throughout this experience. I highly recommend this brand not only for the look and sustainability, but the quality, and the commitment from the team itself. Amazing amazing amazing
We bought a breda watch for my daughters 18th
We bought a breda watch for my daughters 18th. i had never heard of the make before but my daughter was certain that this was the one she wanted. after wearing the watch for a few hours we realised that there was something not quite right with the strap and the clasp.
I contacted Breda online and was unsure of how the response would be and solution seeing as we live in Scotland
I was most impressed, excellent customer service, talking us through a few suggestions first then deciding to ship us a new strap. Instructions and a youtube video of how to replace the strap , easy to follow and not affecting our warranty.
My daughter now can wear her watch with confidence that it is not going to come loose. Thank you again for your speedy response and excellent communication.
Yellowing Strap Replaced
I purchased a watch with a clear strap. Over time the strap yellowed. I asked Breda customer service for a new strap. They initially wanted to charge me for shipping and replacement, but I insisted there was no warning about the strap (at the time) and they agreed and replaced the band free of charge. Grateful for their support.

I could not get a new battery to seat properly and decided to take out a screw which I immediately lost as it is so small. Went to the Breda website and discovered they replaced batteries for free (you do have to pay for shipping both ways, but it was under ten dollars - far cheaper that taking your watch to a jeweler).
I am more that satisfied with Breda - wish more companies emulated their customer service!
Watch arrived broken, but BREDA provided excellent customer service while repairing it under warranty.
I bought a silver Pulse Tandem watch overseas and it arrived broken. The minute dial was detached inside the watch body. I reached out to BREDA and they offered a repair under warranty. They paid me a partial refund which more than covered the cost to ship it back to the US, and then they repaired and shipped it me for me for free. The repair was quick and thanks to the partial refund, free. Their customer support was excellent, as they stayed in touch throughout the process and always provided prompt and clear responses.
Ideally, my watch would have arrived intact. However, they handled the situation perfectly.

The customer service was responsive and extremely helpful, I don't live in the US so I really appreciate the quick responses on how I can ship my watch to the US for repair.

The customer service with Breda is phenomenal. They’re incredibly responsive and personable, and were able to get my watches repaired quickly and with no inconvenience to me. In terms of the watches themselves, they’re high quality, affordable, and most of all unique—there’s really no other watch out there that could be confused for a Breda. Great company.
Edit: Just got my watches back, and are you kidding me? Not only did they get new batteries, they were thoroughly cleaned (4-5 year old watches) and sent back in stylish, branded boxes. Ridiculously good customer service. Thanks everyone at Breda.
All Around Top Notch
Been a customer for years after finding Breda online and then putting the gf onto them after trying out a few watches. No order processing errors or shipping issues what so ever, all watches came fast in perfect condition inside their beautifully designed and thoughtful packaging.
At least 5 years and 5 plus watches later, one of the leather bands started to show signs of wear. Now I’m impressed such a low priced watch held up so well for so long (pretty moderate wear to the office and on weekends for years) and the signs of wear were barely minimal at best, so my expectations were already exceeded. Then I saw they had a repair service I didn’t even know about detailed on their website. I figured I’d shoot them a quick email to see how that went about. Safe to say they exceeded my expectations there as well. Customer support was quick and extremely thorough. Here I was just sending a quick email inquiring what their repair process entailed, and I came out with a complementary replacement band and a promo code for a future purchase.
Can’t recommend these guys enough. I’d be astonished if you could find a domestic company pumping out higher quality watches for this price point. Not to mention their top notch customer support and TX based heartstrings. Keep it up.
Repairs were above and beyond!
I have loved the quality and design of BREDA for a while now with my two watches but I wanted to write a review specifically on their customer service/repairs. They went above and beyond!
Communication was quick and informative - I needed to replace my watch battery along with a new crystal case since mine had a slight chip after wearing it every day for 3 years.
I received my watch back in beautiful packaging and not only were the face and battery replaced but the hardware and straps looked to be brand new (or they are wizards at restoring)!
I will be a loyal customer for as long as they are around, couldn't recommend any higher.

JANE GOLD TETHERED WATCH - POOR QUALITY PLEASE READ!
Very upset in the gold tethered jane watch product quality. Looks beautiful, but after about two months of regular wear my watch is already tarnishing and looking silver. I understand this isn’t a gold watch and tarnishing will eventually be expected with use, but two months is very sad! That’s almost on par how quickly cheap fast fashion jewelry will tarnish. I really wanted to love this watch. I cannot recommend this company, and also think at the end of the day to just save your money for a higher quality watch that will last.
