Finally very disappointed...

Finally very disappointed...
On 26/12 we received a letter from Fedex asking us to pay $39 in customs fees (for delivery to France) even though the package was delivered 15 days ago.
We are very disappointed and do not recommend ordering a watch from this site.
Their lack of communication is really not serious.

WARNING- DO NOT PURCHASE BREDA PRODUCTS FROM UK. I have had a shocking experience when purchasing a gold plated Breda watch from the US. The original deal looked quite good $250 reduced down to $180 for a Elemental Breda Watch so I decided to buy it. I was a bit annoyed at the $45 delivery fee and the $40 tax on top but this was told before purchase so I can't complain. I thought £220 for a good watch from the source isn't too bad. How wrong I was... I was told in order to get my watch I'd need to pay another £45 in VAT in the UK. Annoying but bareable. Then when I received the watch it was beyond terrible. The face was smudged, scratched and cracked - no where near the quality you would expect of a £5 watch let alone a £200 watch. Dissapointed I looked to see their return policy which according to them 'are easy and hassle free' - but they are looking to charge me an additional $72 to return a faulty product. In total I'll be losing easily over £100 to return this faulty low quality product - no phone number to ring only an email. Will update if they have anything to say but in the meantime STAY AWAY FROM BREDA - it is borderline a SCAM with so many hidden fees.

Taxes issue, resolved with customer service

I originally had an issues with paying double taxes when ordering from the UK. They have since resolved the issue! Really appreciate the customer service getting back to me with regular updates. Thanks for the help - the watch seems great and I'm hoping my partner will love it! Thanks!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are impossible to get in touch with. They did help with my shipping cost and price adjustment. However, you have to be a pain in the butt for a response. They are charging me for a return label I did not use—horrible customer support. The watches are not worth dealing with service like this. Update: The company did reach out about the policy for refusal of the package, and I completely understand the fee now. However, this could have been solved earlier if they had phone support. They also told me that the fee was a return fee, not a refusal fee. HERE IS THE EMAIL "So after reaching out to our fulfillment team, they confirmed with us that this order was refused by the carrier resulting in us charging you the return processing fee.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out.

Don’t buy the pulse Watch

I am very dissatisfied with the product, it is simply extremely poorly implemented technically. You can't read the time, the movement should have jumped around or flip (not a native speaker), instead of turning, the numbers are usually not completely visible and barely recognizable. Even when visible, they are so small that you can hardly read anything. So it has to be a perfect light situation, takes time to encode the display + your eyes and Vision have to be absolutely perfect to get the Chance to read the time. Due to the high postage, the high customs costs and the inexplicably high processing fees for a return, it is not worth sending it back (at least from Germany). Customer feedback is not responded to in an accommodating manner. Poor service, poor product, a miserable customer experience overall. The Design is nice tho. If you want to have a bracelet, go for it, if you want a watch that can tell the time: stay away from the pulse.

Thank you for being TERRIBLY UN-HELPFUL!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite my admitting fault for missing an incorrect number on the auto corrected address entered in at check out, the company has failed to answer any of my questions regarding shipping warranty and/or recalling the package and have now completely stopped responding to my emails.
I never asked for a refund or tried to place blame I just wanted more information about the shipping info as USPS has denied me any information as I was the receiver not sender and yet the company (Breda) told me to reach out to USPS and told me they could be held liable and have since ghosted me.

I would be VERY WEARY of purchasing anything from this company as the customer service alone is terrible so i can only imagine the warranty that comes with their items would also be terrible to navigate!

Relojes de muy mala calidad

Relojes de muy mala calidad. Son muy bonitos, pero la calidad de fabricación de estos relojes es pésima. Pagas casi 200€ por un reloj y ni tan siquiera es resistente al agua. Dicen que es resistente a salpicaduras y a lavarte las manos, pero ni tan siquiera eso, ya que hasta así le entra humedad al reloj. Tengo muchísimos relojes, muchos de ellos más baratos que los relojes Breda, pero todos ellos de mejor calidad. Una decepción absoluta, me siento estafada. Esta marca es solo marketing, no hay calidad. Además la atención al cliente es nefasta. Encima te hacen que pagues un envío “rápido” (vivo en España), pero de rápido no tiene nada. Así que al precio del reloj hay que sumar el dinero del envío y las aduanas, por lo que te gastas mucho dinero en un reloj de mala calidad. No merece la pena en absoluto. Le doy una estrella porque no hay la opción de puntuar con 0 estrellas, sino esa sería su puntuación.

Por cierto, algunos modelos de sus relojes aparecen en un vendedor de AliExpress a un precio mucho más barato por lo que ahora desconfío muchísimo más de la marca.

Una gran decepción.

No ofrecemos envíos acelerados para nuestros clientes internacionales ya que los retrasos en la aduana tienden a ser un problema. El costo de envío difiere de un país a otro.

Amazing support

I live in Sweden and I ordered a Breda watch, and after receiving I noticed there was a tiny issue with the band. I contacted Breda support and got amazing support. They helped me send it back and I received a new one!

Very helpful after service!

Love my Breda watch. I have a Jane in gold. These watches are so beautiful. Needed it sized after it arrived and couldn't find a local spot to have it serviced so I contacted support and sent it in. Fast turnaround time and fits perfect now! My favorite timepiece by far!!

I love my Breda watch

I love my Breda watch! I wear it every. single. day. It goes with every outfit, it's so classy and perfect for the size of my wrist! I shipped in my watch for repair because it was so banged up from me wearing it everywhere and their customer service was so wonderful! I love my Breda watch

I love my Breda watch. It’s very elegant, unique design and is a very good quality watch at a reasonable price. I’m also highly satisfied with their exceptional customer service. When I dropped my watch on the ground at home, the minute hand inside of the watch was broken. I wrote to the customer service and they wrote me what to do and sent me the shipping label and fixed it and sent it back to me! They informed me every step of fixing and sending the watch!!! I’m very happy with my watch and love this brand!!!

Love it.

I've purchased a couple of watches from them over the past years and I can honestly say I LOVE THEM ALL. You will not catch me wearing any other watch from any other brand besides BREDA.

They have it all. Its classical meets modern take in watch design is it for me. Whenever I did have issues rise up, their customer service team were so quick to help and fix my issues at hand. They also made sure my expectations were met and that made my experience shopping at BREDA even more enjoyable!
