Easy to order, Good prices. Disappointed that the free gift wasn't free. Software didn't seam able to manage this with a discount code even though I spent over the amount required. So no free gift.

Excellent customer service

Products arrived quickly & at a great price. Had a little issue with a couple of products but experienced the most fantastic & efficient customer service, who resolved things for me straight away. What a great company! Highly recommend. Thank you!

Received different foundation than advertised

Be aware that the product photos on their website may not match what they actually dispatch.
I ordered the “Burberry Beyond Wear foundation cushion”, and the website clearly showed the new version, but they sent me the “old matte glow” version instead. This is very misleading and feels dishonest, especially since the product name and image did not reflect what I received.

I contacted customer service but received no response, which made the experience even more disappointing. I hope they improve the accuracy of product listings and their customer support.

Hi Kelly,

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. The delivery issue occurred because you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout. Your parcel was therefore returned to us by Royal Mail.

It arrived back with us the same day you left this review, and we have since issued you a full refund.

We understand how frustrating this situation was and appreciate your patience while it was resolved.

Kind regards,
The Branded Beauty Team

Great value genuine products

I ordered over 15 items and they all arrived fine. Very good value and all genuine. One item in my order was missing and they quickly sent it to me after I contacted them. Customer service was excellent. I was not expecting at first but pleasantly surprised.
