We are really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially around Christmas.

Unfortunately, postage can take longer than usual during the festive period due to bank holidays and very high volumes with couriers, which is outside of our control, but we appreciate how disappointing the delay would have been.

It is extremely rare for a parcel to arrive empty, but this can happen if a package is damaged or interfered with while in transit. As soon as you contacted us, we arranged a full refund so you were not left out of pocket.

While we are not able to offer additional compensation in cases where the courier is responsible, we do take situations like this seriously and always raise them with the delivery company to help prevent it happening again.

We are very sorry that your order did not reach you. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient this is.

After investigating with the courier, it was confirmed that the parcel was unfortunately lost in transit. As soon as this was established, we issued a full refund so that you were not left out of pocket.

While situations like this are rare and outside of our direct control, we take them seriously and always work closely with our delivery partners to reduce the chances of it happening again.
