Easy to order, Good prices. Disappointed that the free gift wasn't free. Software didn't seam able to manage this with a discount code even though I spent over the amount required. So no free gift.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do NOT Order from Branded Beauty!
placed an order with Branded Beauty on October 2nd (Order #BB54438), and it’s now been OVER FOUR WEEKS — I still haven’t received a single thing! Their website claims delivery within 4–5 working days, which is a complete lie. No updates, no tracking, no communication — nothing. It’s honestly ridiculous how a company can just take people’s money and disappear. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Amazing bargain
I made an order 5 days ago and received it today. It was 20 items worth £40.. everything is sealed packed. None broken , perfect condition.. no problems at all.. they sent me 2 free gifts also. Amazing, what a bargain. Loved everything ❤️

Absolutely shocking company. Zero update on my ridiculously late order, 20 days later I was refunded by my actual bank because NOBODY had the courtesy to give me an update on my forever “processing” order. Avoid!

Website states 2 to 4 days shipping my but my order came after 7 days so I took a star off rating. I took another star off the rating as when I was adding items to my basket (over £60 worth of items) the free gifts added as I went along, the “free gifts” weren’t free gifts and was charging me so I unselected them. I did email but never got a reply. Such a shame. Customer service could be worked on as a lot of your customers are complaining!
