I placed my order with BoxRaw on August…
I placed my order with BoxRaw on August 8 and didn’t receive it until August 31 — 23 days later.
What made the experience worse was the communication. I was told that the delay was with the delivery company, but OCS later confirmed that they did not physically receive my parcel from the retailer until August 24.
So for almost two weeks, the package had not even been handed over to the carrier, while I was being led to believe that the delivery company was responsible for the delay.
Customer support was also very inconsistent and sometimes simply didn’t reply. I eventually received my order, but the whole experience was extremely frustrating.
23 days for an order, poor communication, and passing the blame to the carrier — very disappointing.
