Eyyy guys !!!A few months ago, I had an issue with a product and brought it to the attention of the BOXRAW team. The very next day, I received an email from them—they were incredibly helpful and kind in resolving the issue. The BOXRAW team was truly amazing; they handled the situation quickly and with a level of kindness I had never seen before from a sportswear company. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and satisfied.
Now, whenever I wear these pants to the gym, everyone admires them and asks for the BOXRAW website so they can buy a pair.

Merci de nous avoir signalé ce problème, et je suis désolée d’apprendre que vous attendez votre commande depuis si longtemps.
Le délai de livraison de 3 à 5 jours ouvrables commence à partir de l’expédition de la commande. Je souhaiterais donc d’abord vérifier votre commande afin de confirmer son statut actuel et, si elle a déjà été expédiée, la date à laquelle elle a quitté notre entrepôt.
Si vous pouvez nous communiquer votre numéro de commande ainsi que les informations demandées, je pourrai examiner la situation pour vous. Cela nous permettra également de vérifier s’il existe actuellement des retards connus chez le transporteur pour les livraisons dans votre région et d’en tenir compte dans l’estimation du délai de livraison.
Une fois que j’aurai les informations de votre commande, je pourrai vérifier le statut de l’expédition et, si nécessaire, contacter l’équipe du transporteur afin d’obtenir davantage d’informations.

Absolute scam! Avoid!
Do not bother buying from this company. I had a terrible experience and want to warn all customers in Estonia to stay away.
According to their official policy, refunds are supposed to be processed within 10 days. However, it has been over 3 weeks now, and I have not received money back.
I successfully shipped back two separate returns:
Return item #EU2102609 — was delivered to them on 26.08.2026 at 09:29
Return item #EU295726 — was delivered to them on 15.09.2026 at 09:22
When I reached out to customer support, they gave me nothing but completely useless, generic answers.
They are keeping my money and ignoring my issue.
I highly recommend avoiding this store entirely.
Save your money and buy elsewhere!!!

Hi Mark,
I’m sorry for the delay with your refunds and understand your frustration.
According to the tracking information, both returns were delivered to our warehouse. However, neither has yet been confirmed as received and processed by the warehouse. Your initial return (EU295726) was delivered on August 26th and is now beyond our usual 10-working-day processing timeframe. Your second return (EU2102609) was delivered on September 15th and is still within that timeframe.
We’ve contacted our third-party warehouse to confirm the whereabouts of both returns. As the first return was already beyond the expected processing timeframe, we have now processed that refund based on the tracking information and the return details available to us, despite not yet receiving confirmation from the warehouse of the package contents.
We’re also working to confirm receipt and locate your second return. As it is still within the normal processing timeframe, we need to work with the warehouse to ideally confirm its physical receipt before proceeding with that refund but regardless will meet the anticipated timeframe.
I’m sorry that you’ve had to chase us for an update, and I appreciate your patience while we work with the warehouse to get the remaining return resolved.

Genuinely love what Boxraw are doing. The product quality is excellent; great designs, properly durable, and everything feels like it’s made to be used, not just look good.
The range is brilliant, and I really like the wider identity of the brand too: the boxing partnerships, community outreach and charity work actually feel relevant and genuine rather than performative.

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with BOXRAW.
I ordered three T-shirts and only two arrived. I contacted BOXRAW by email about the missing item and, initially, their customer service was great. They were apologetic, understanding, and offered me a $50 USD credit to replace the missing item or put towards another order.
They asked me to create an account and reply once it was set up so they could apply the credit. I did exactly what they asked.
Since then? Complete silence.
I have now emailed them FOUR separate times trying to follow up and have received absolutely no response. I’ve even submitted another enquiry through the Contact Us form on their website, and that has also been completely ignored.
What makes this particularly frustrating is how helpful they were initially. As soon as it came time to actually honour the $50 credit they offered, the communication completely stopped.
I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a company to resolve an order that arrived incomplete in the first place. I paid for three items, received two, was promised a resolution, followed every instruction they gave me, and now I’m simply being ignored.
Really disappointing customer service and a terrible way to handle an issue that should have been incredibly straightforward to resolve. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to order from BOXRAW again.
