We used Bourne for both our sale and purchase. Gemma, David and the team were incredibly helpful throughout, keeping us in the loop, offering advice and going above and beyond to keep things progressing. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work in securing us our forever home.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so having had such a great experience. Gemma removed so much of angst of buying a home, always keeping me informed throughout and ensuring her team pushed those involved to reach completion. Well done, you’re a great team.

I have been looking for a new home for a while, and came across a property advertised by Bourne AshVale. Requested for a viewing and was contacted by Gary. From the very first call to the final one, Gary has nothing but professional and approachable and he genuinely cared not for his client but for me as well. No issue was too big or too small for him. He went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stres-free. I couldn't recommend him and Bourne more highly

Let a landlord leave excessive black mold in bedroom for 6+ months of tenancy in direct violation of Awaab's law. Let the landlord have unlimited access to the property whilst I was in residence (Also illegal) are currently trying to charge me for a toilet seat the landlord fitted.... and apparently 5 bayonet light bulbs (that were also blown on my arrival to the property) cost £150.

They really are chancers, bad ones at that. Bring a putrid stench to the good town of Alton.
