Annabelle Boyson from the Alton Office has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She has been warm, professional, patient and incredibly kind and has genuinely helped support me through what has been a very stressful time.
During the viewing she gave us plenty of time to look around the property at our own pace, never rushed us in any way, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Nothing has ever felt too much trouble and her communication has always been thoughtful, reassuring and professional.

So i called this agency like 5 times for 5 diferent properties, none of them were available but the ads says just added, so this is illegal and misleading which violates Trading Standards, its basically phishing with fake adds that are no loger available to get free marketing in a way, so i have submited 3 ads to Trading Standards ombudsman for these misleading posts, and already dicussed with legal advisor who can confirm its against the trading standards and illegal.

We have had the unfortunate experience of our rental property being transferred to Bourne Estate Agents. Since the transition, we've encountered significant challenges in getting any issues with the property addressed. Our attempts to reach out through phone calls and emails have been met with silence, leaving us in a frustrating situation. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Bourne Estate Agents in good faith based on our experience.

We strongly urge anyone considering renting or buying Highfield House in Lasham to proceed with extreme caution.
The current listing uses AI-generated or heavily altered images that do not accurately represent the property. The house looks completely different in reality. The fireplace has been moved, you can see in one image it’s central and then in the other it’s closer the window to make it look like you can have the room in better way, the flooring is different, and windows are missing shown in the advertisement so the bedrooms look more appealing, and many more. This mirrors our experience when we rented the property — images used at the time were at least ten years old and did not reflect the true condition of the house. In our view, this amounts to false advertising.
And just to add they wouldn’t replace a 11 year old tumble dryer with 6 weeks of fighting for one. Again all issue were ignored because the landlord didn’t want to spend the money, however Bourne were supportive of them the whole tenancy. They would have cut costs when they could. They were very cheap so make sure to take closer looks.
We lived there for two years and had nothing but issues from start to finish. We lost count of how many problems were logged, yet very little was properly dealt with. Toward the end of our tenancy, our home effectively became a building site, with ongoing works disrupting our ability to live comfortably in the property. Despite this, we received no compensation for the loss of use of our home.
The heating system never worked properly during our tenancy and was never adequately addressed, even through freezing winters. Living without reliable heating was unacceptable.
We were also told that a shed on the property was unsafe and needed to be removed. It has still not been removed. The decking has been subject to what can only be described as a slap-dash repair job and is incredibly dangerous, becoming extremely slippery and posing a clear safety risk. Barbed wire, unsafe driveway (which they have no sorted now we have left), etc…
Overall, this was by far the worst tenancy we have experienced. Based on our experience, there appears to be a pattern of covering up issues rather than being transparent. We would strongly advise anyone considering this property to view it thoroughly in person and ask very detailed questions before committing.

My experience with Bourne Estate Agents during the attempted purchase of 2A Froyle House in Upper Froyle, Hampshire was extremely frustrating and ultimately led me to withdraw and buy elsewhere.
As a first-time buyer, I expected guidance, transparency, and realistic timelines. Instead, I was repeatedly told there were “updates” when in reality there was no meaningful information provided. Months went by with vague emails, constant chasing, and no clear answers on what the delay actually was or how long completion might realistically take. Even after changing to a solicitor recommended by Bourne, I still couldn’t get a straight answer.
The issue was consistently framed as being with third parties, yet Bourne failed to manage expectations from the start. Conditions agreed months earlier were not met, timelines slipped without explanation, and when concerns were raised, the response was defensive rather than supportive. Being told that the property was “worth more” and might go back on the market, instead of addressing legitimate concerns, felt unprofessional and dismissive.
What ultimately pushed me to withdraw was the complete lack of clarity and reassurance. Planning a purchase requires certainty, especially for a first-time buyer, and Bourne were unable or unwilling to provide this. Had expectations been managed properly from the beginning, the outcome may have been very different.
I would not recommend Bourne Estate Agents based on this experience. Do not walk nowhere near Froyle house as the whole thing is fishy. I now am left with a hefty bill from the solicitors.
