Quick heads up regarding the sale of our house in November. Great experience dealing with Ayisha on sales and Sarah , property manager.
Tricky sale but great result as Bourne secured the asking price and gave me good advice along the way.
This kept the deal going and I would definitely use them again. Politically & practically very astute staff .

Honestly hands down David Lowther from the Alton branch has restored my faith in human nature .This man has acted so professionally,so kind and so outstanding in helping when issues have occurred within my mum’s property during the selling process .As I don’t live local David kept me informed every step of the way including resolving clearance local workman to fix a leak &flooring along with a gardener the company use.On top of this he liaised constantly between buyer ,seller &solicitor.His work ethic was exceptional .Yesterday we exchanged 😀.Without David this would not of happened.Thank you truly from the bottom of our hearts .

This transaction was not a straightforward one but our agent,David, was always on top of it, liaising with the vendors and organising tradespeople to deal with problems. He went above and beyond what one would expect and I would recommend him without hesitation.

The team in Alton did a fantastic job. They signposted us to good solicitors and kept us informed at each stage of the sale of our old house and purchase of the new. They also accommodated us with frequent trips to our new house, to meet contractors for kitchen design.

We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Although the Bourne office was located in Alton, through their other offices and resources they had a buyer for our house within a week.

Having bought my property through Bourne in 2022, I had no hesitation in using them for my house sale 3 years later. The Farnham branch of Bourne have been excellent throughout the process of selling my house. However I'd like to single out Rebecca, who was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. She kept me updated at every stage, and remained reassuring and calm during a lengthy and sometimes difficult and stressful process.
