I absolutely love this brand! It’s transformed my hair as I’ve been straitening it or ‘spiking’ it for years! My girlfriend told me to ‘embrace my curls’ so I tried the foam and super hold styler.
I can’t believe how many compliments I get about my hair (that’s never happened in my life 🤣)
Works brilliantly and smells lush ☺️

Since I started using Bouclème I discovered my real curls and my hair feels and looks healthy.
The products are really well done and they have an extensive line for every need.
I definitely recommend to give it a try. I was a bit hesitant at first but the difference is impressive. I only dread running out of product!

They may have good products but they also have the worst customer service on the planet.
They don't check emails, the only means to engage with them. In addition, they do have a dysfunctional website and a very biased reward system geared to their advantage and to the clients’. Once you try to use the rewards points, not only you have a first conditional restriction of spending £60 (that's a lot of money), the system bypass this and takes you to a forced checkout without making use of the points and/or wanting to complete the order.

I thought this was an error that has been made and I took the benefit of the doubt and contacted Boucleme of course via the only way to do so which is by email and asked to cancel the order immediately and explained what had happened. I got no reply. I contacted them via Instagram who in turn contacted customer service. However, instead of an apology and the desire to help and to rectify the situation either by cancelling or by using loyalty points, I got told off with harsh tone email and with a cut and paste redundant information from the website with nothing to do with my query.
Plus they said that they had packed the order and it is ready to be collected. Not sure why this cannot be cancelled and why don't they check emails first thing on Monday morning as what the norm is??!!! As much as there were already existing problems with this order so far, the disaster is when you start the return process. Everything is geared to the benefit of Boucleme and no appreciation to the customers' needs or the customer's protection laws. Check the similar experiences before you buy from Boucleme.
If you are contemplating shopping with Boucleme, read their returns policy and consider your options, this is if you have any with Boucleme.

In spite of knowing that the items will be returned and the return process has started, the lazy staff didn't stop it and ship it, by doing so they have incurred an added cost on the business and lost a client and the network associated with. This what happens when you employ dim and careless staff? or this is by your own design then Boucleme?

Boucleme, as result, is a business that doesn't appreciate loyalty and customers. Regardless how good their products may be, they are not worthy the support. Boucleme go and learn from the majority of businesses on how to treat and retain clients. Shame on you!

Little white lumps appeared in the shampoo. Contacted customer service and was told it was solidified coconut oil and I should rub it between my hands to smooth it out. Tried to but the liquid is so thin it just dripped into the shower tray and didn't incorporate at all. The shampoo now just clings to my hair and it look like I haven't washed it for a VERY long time. GROSS! Customer service simply rubbish and have no idea how to manage complaints - when a product fails it needs to be put right.

I decided to order directly from Boucleme instead of going into Boots as I have done in the past; I thought it would be good to support the company directly as I like their background and ethos and I’d also have a wider range of products to choose from. I got a dispatch notice almost immediately and then a promised delivery date from the courier, Yodel, that Boucleme uses. I’ll cut a long story short, but I eventually got my package nearly 2 weeks later after an hour’s drive each way plus a 40 minutes wait outside an isolated industrial site in the rain and the dark, where as a lone female, I did not feel completely safe. Although this courier company needs a separate review, it’s all part of the overall customer experience, and mine was pretty negative. The products are wonderful and my hair has never looked better but I feel it’s an insult to customers to charge for delivery and then use such a shoddy courier. I won’t order from directly from Boucleme again.

The best curl line out there! From the first usage of the coil kit, I was already wowed at my curls’ transformation. By week 4, I was astounded. This shall be the only thing I use on my curls ever again!

My big struggle is maintaining beautiful curls once my hair has dried. Usually it just turns into a puff ball once it has dried and my curls aren’t giving luscious curls. However, once week 4 came of using this coil kit, my curl pattern stayed for the whole day. And it was at that moment I knew, I had found my hair’s holy grail. So y’all! Make sure you buy yours!

Since the start of lockdown i lost all abilities and interests to keep my curls looking amazing. I decided I wanted to have my curls back looking great so I started completely from scratch. Although in my eyes to do this i cut my hair short so i could build up to long hair. I bought the 30 day challenge curl items, and my curls have gone from dull and flat to vibrant and full bounce again. I have a lot of compliments again and I'm in love with my curls again

Great packaging, great products

Didn't verify customer email. I'm not the customer, but I'm getting spammed with crap updates. Not fair on the customer, not fair on the owner of the wrong email address. It's basic. Fix it.

I have tried and am still using the "30 Days to Curls Kit", therefore have the curl cream, gel, conditioner, and both cleansers. Even though I have used the cleanser for several weeks, my head and hair did not accustom to the cleanser, and my hair was constantly oily. I also do not see any improvement in using the conditioner compared to other conditioners of cheaper brands. The same holds for the gel and curl cream.
But, the point that bothers me personally most is the smell - it is particular, and not everybody will like it.
All in all, the products do the job, but the result does not justify the price.

Quick delivery, best hair cream ive used with no product build up

Like other reviewers, the "Perfect Curl Bundle" products, despite following the instructions to a T and spending upwards of 15 minutes rinsing the product out of my hair, has left my hair dry, extremely damaged, covered in split ends and when fully dried, my roots for about 3-4 inches are clumped up and full of grease. I've got normal 3C natural hair, completely virgin and undyed. The shampoo immediately upon contact with my hair made it brittle and extremely difficult to get a wide tooth comb or my fingers through. When it dried, because of the trauma trying to detangle, my hair became incredibly frizzy and damaged at rhe ends and lengths and the roots remained greasy and clumpy. I went on their website and saw other people had had the same issue so since August 28th 2022 until this week I maintained using these products thinking my hair, per their advice, was "balancing itself out" and "getting used to cream based cleansers" despite using cream based cleansers before and not having this issue. My hair has gotten worse and worse and I emailed Boucleme over a week ago begging for help and they've ignored my email. I'm now looking into hair dressers specialising in curly hair to see how much of my hair is salvageable and how much will need to be cut off. I'm devastated and wouldn't recommend these products to anyone. I should've listened to other reviewers but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and I wish I hadn't. Look Fantastic now appear to have deleted all of the reviews for these products and aren't letting me post the above on the product page.

Bought curl cream….Love this product! I use daily on my 4c curls. Smells amazing and makes my hair feel nicely moisturised without being too greasy.

I was excited to receive the cleanser and curl cream. However, the curl cream has a very strong throat irritating smell. They must be an ingredient in there that makes trigger a throat irritation. I would like to return the product please for a full refund. I must add that, some people may not have the same outcome so I would suggest to get a sample first. I threw the packaging and return receipt away because I wasn’t expecting to have that reaction. Could you please contact me on how to proceed.

My order got lost, I contacted Bouclème and it was handled very quickly, I got a replacement within a few day. Great service, great products!

Edit: 15th November, still chasing my refund - opened a dispute with paypal, boucleme said they couldn't do refund while dispute case open - closed the case and still haven't refunded. they have until today and then i will let PP get my money back...
Product gave me a bad reaction.. having to return - sent info@ 3 emails to return product under guarantee and provide shipping note - still had no reply.. I hope to get a response within this week for my money back..

Product does not work, customer services have not responded to my emails.
Bouclème state they offer a 30 money back promise. This has not been fulfilled.

When I made a complaint about a separate issue this was not responded to. Very unimpressed.

Expensive product that doesn’t work. Shield and Seal.

Also website states that a free gift is included when a certain amount has been spent, I spent more than the ‘required’ amount - no free gift was included. Received a very curt and frankly snotty response from customer services when I raised this.
