The purchase process was simple and it seemed like customer service was great. However after about two or three weeks of testing out the system and realizing how bad the quality was and how much skipping and lagging the system went through missing important events multiple times. I decided to return the product for a full refund as customer support stated that I could do. So I went ahead and got my shipping return label and sent everything back one hundred percent. Once the package reached them I realized they only partially refunded my order. They did not.
Refund me for the doorbell camp.They did not Refund my doorbell cam. I have been talking to their customer support for more than a month. They Said they determined that their warehouse never received a doorbell camera even though I took multiple time, date, GPS stamped photos of all of the contents in the package, including being mailed off at the USPS center... They are still denying receiving the camera. Not trusted , there are many other brands out there that are much better for way less money. My $5 temu camera caught more important stuff that bought lab completely missed.

The only dash cam that has ever worked properly. Others have batteries which go defunked. Or lock up with software updates.

I cannot get the doorbell to pair with my phone. The issue has been going on for months. Customer service is awful. No one is available to actually speak to on the phone. They sent a video - which is pay-to-view! I previously had some email exchanges, but from the robotic and generic responses, am suspicious that there was not actually a human sending the replies. They have refused to refund me and have stopped responding altogether now. Avoid!!

Requested additional 3M to fix my dashcam and they sent 2 set free of charge.
I also contacted the customer service and had a chat with Pam who not only helped me answer all my questions regarding purchase of the 4cam dashcam. She went beyond and above
I highly recommend this brand especially the CS is truly behind their products

After great disappointment of an Aiwit doorbell camera (don’t waste your money on Aiwit, terrible company) , very pleased with Botslab. Quality of images, battery life and connectivity are excellent. Ability to move lens from phone app is very useful. Has only failed to connect to wifi on a tiny percentage of occasions. Highly recommend. Haven’t needed any help yet

After the purchase of my first camera, I had a 7 day free trial to view the video from the app. I purchased a year plan for $139.00 for one year. That expired after a year and I purchased the same plan and another camera to go with it only to find out you have to purchase a plan with every camera. NOT GOOD if someone purchase a camera and then has to purchase a plan just to view the video you should be able to put more than one camera.

My camera stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi and I was nervous about reaching out to customer service on the weekend but when I did, they were very prompt with responding back within 1 minute. And now I have a new camera on the way. Customer service is always a great indicator of good service.

Camera was very easy to install with full insctructions, Great free app that controls the camera with lots of features.

Picture quality is phenomenal far exceeded my expectaions for both day and night time.

Battery life is very good.

Sensitivity is good, only wish it had a very low setting as the low setting picks up the cars driving past on low setting. This is due to the road only being 5+ from my door.

Products arrived quick, feel good and easy to set up

I bought the Botslab Dash Cam G980H and hardwire kit from Amazon last year. It's a great cost effective option as it works just as well as the more widely known brands. Camera quality is great for front and rear cameras. Only feature that's missing is rear parking support but my car has this built in. ADAS features can be turned off if not needed. Can connect dashcam to phone and view videos in app. Can also download clips. Slight niggle with the dashcam is licence plates are white during night time driving due to headlights.

I first discovered Botslab through their robot vacuum, which completely exceeded my expectations in performance and ease of use. Since then, I’ve expanded to using their indoor and outdoor security cameras—and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Their products are reliable, user-friendly, and offer great value. What impresses me even more is the company itself—they truly stand behind their products and provide excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a brand that combines quality tech with real support, and Botslab delivers on both fronts.
