After reading the reviews, I can’t help but think that this company is filled with con-artists and would rather be bald and ugly. Rather than Broke bald and ugly. And the positive reviews have to be workers cause they are complete opposite of the ones that have legitimacy.

I just had the hair graphs done today and I cant enough how great the doctor was so professional right down to the staff friendly and asking me if anything hurts or do I needed anything from pillows to going to the bathroom I would recommend them 100%

I can't say enough good things about the care and treatment that I've received working with the Bosley team in Boston. Tyler West and his entire staff are the epitome of professionalism and customer focused care. Every process was explained to me in detail and everyone was very intent on making me comfortable and on doing things in a skilled and safe manner. Again, many thanks for a process done well. This is my 3rd application and looking forward to the usual great results.

i purchased the bosely shampoo treatment kit from my local salon , i was informed it will work for a small bald spot , i was guaranteed if after 30 days there was no results or changes i would get a full refund , just bring back the unused portion , there was absolutely no change , i took the product back , i was informed that the product was opened so no refund , WHAT !!! this is not what i was told when purchased , this product did not and does not work and there refund promises are false , dont buy this product and get ripped off like i did , i have the products , the reciepts and all i recieved in return was nothing , i tried the product , it didnt work , i get this , but dont promise me if it doesnt work in 30 days i will get a refund , all bosely got was another sucker to buy there product through there vendor and came up with false promises , i will go to the end of the world to discredit bosely hair care products , thank you for ripping me off ,

Hands down, great experience! I cannot say enough about Chase, Pearl and Dr. West.
I knew within the first two minutes of meeting the staff on the morning of my procedure (almost 1 month ago) that I made the right decision! Chase and Pearl performed the procedure, along with Dr West, and they were amazing. Their bedside manner is Best in Class.
This is the first time, in ANY medical setting, where the entire staff were professional, welcoming, and extremely friendly and comforting. They were so good that I literally wanted to stay longer. Lol.
They provided the type of care that I would expect from a reputable medical facility. I highly recommend Bosley Boston! Thank you!

I just had a procedure done a few days ago. Firstly, it is an aggressive sales environment, they are focused on closing the deal. Secondly, The doctor that did my procedure had no personality and a very poor bedside manner. He withheld information and did not explain to me that they were going to shave my whole head to perform the procedure. It was truly shocking to see it after the procedure. The staff was great, and I assume the results will be good, but be prepared That immediately after and for a few weeks you will want to wear a hat because it looks terrible.

Thanks to all the people who shared their experience with Bosley on this site. I have been researching hair transplants and the businesses that perform them like Bosley for several years including a consultation with Bosley but just couldn’t make up my mind if I thought it was worth it. After researching Bosley and reading all the reviews, both good and bad there is no way I am going to risk several thousand dollars on something that might work or might not. Don’t know how they stay in business. Looked them up at BBB, ratings are fair, definitely not worth giving them thousands of dollars. I recommend everyone research them, just don’t take my word for it. All you will find for the most part is negative reviews. The positive ones, like the few you see here on this website sound like they were written by someone from Bosley, real short, and mostly just say they had a great experience with “Joe Blow” who was their consultant. Nothing about whether transplants worked. It’s not just here, look at other sites about reviews on Bosley. I would never give several thousands of dollars of my hard earned money to a company that doesn’t even have an “A” rating with the BBB. Thanks to everyone who have shared their experience about Bosley. I will definitely keep my money.

From meeting my first Bosley person ( Kevin at the front desk) to my consultant (Jennifer) to my doctor (Dr. Campisi), his PA, and techs - I knew that I was in the right place for hair restoration surgery.

Everyone was extremely nice and attentive to me - and only me. That is so unusual these days. Every step of the way, my stress from the unknown (and the known) of the hair restoration process was carefully and fully handled by the New Orleans (Metairie) Bosley staff.

So speaking from my experience,

I was given the exact details of the procedures and their costs at the time of consultation with Jennifer. She was so nice and informative. Once the hair restoration surgery date was set, Kevin sent reminders of the date along the info to bring, what to wear, etc.

Then came the surgery day...

Kevin handled all the paper work with a smile, Jennifer reviewed the procedure with a smile, and then Dr. Campisi came into the room. He immediately went to work, evaluating my hair situation, telling me his opinion on what needed to be done, described the procedures, etc. - in a super nice super professional manner. I immediately knew that I had the right Dr. to do this!!!

The surgery was fascinating. Felt no pain throughout the process. Dr. Campisi used his experience to give me sound advice on decisions that I needed to make every step (hairline, implant numbers, etc) of the way. It is an all day event. Most of the day, you really are sitting in a chair, watching TV or listening to music, as folks work on your head. The techs assisting Dr. Campisi kept it pretty light hearted in the room. I didn’t get their names - but they were awesome and hilarious.

The day ended with me having hair where I had no hair. I had no pain and in fact, drove home (3 hour drive) that afternoon. You are given a step-by step procedure on how to take care of the hair grafts. The instructions are real easy to understand.

I did want to address something that I saw in reviews of other offices (not the NO office). At no point in time was I ever “up-sold.” In fact, Dr. Campisi recommended less implants than I had wanted which resulted in less money for them. So, if they are up selling, then they are the worst up sellers ever!

It was a great experience. I can’t thank the New Orleans Bosley office enough for all that they did for me. Bottom line - they care about you the person and will turn your bald spots into history!

Had the surgical restoration, totally upset I spent $12,000 procedure all for nothing.

I had several transplant procedures performed years ago by two different doctors, only 200-300 grafts each time, I was fairly satisfied with the outcome. Now, many years later, more of my natural hair has fallen out AND Bosley is currently having a 50% off sale....$3,600 for 800 grafts, so I decided to go for it. I set up a virtual consultation but a few hours before it was scheduled I got a call from a woman at Bosley who wanted to question me on what my expectations were and what exactly I wanted to have done. I described the areas of my scalp I wanted to concentrate on, and without any exam the lady proceeded to try and upsell me to 1,200 grafts. I pushed back and she said we should just go for the 1,200 'just in case'. I still said no, so she proceeded to tell me my total cost would be $4,500???! When I asked her what the additional $800 was for, she said it was for medications and a 'post-op' kit. In previous procedures years ago, I did have to pay for a blood test and antibiotics, but post op was some pain pills, a wool cap (and forget what else). I never blinked at the price I had to pay. When I balked at Bosley's $800 'extra', the lady said it was normally "$900"(!!!), and that I should have read the fine print. So I read the 'fine print' and it said the cost will not include medications, etc., but nothing about the actual price of those costs. So I managed to find a Bosley post-op checklist on the web, and it said you will receive a prescription for Tylenol #3 and Vicodin OR Percocet for pain. You would also be given some sterile saline solution and some gauze, as well as some ointment. I'm sure there is blood work and some antibiotics to start you have to pay for....BUT for some pills and gauze and ointment, etc. you're charged $900??? Oops...$800, what a deal. In any case, I can't believe the gall of trying to gouge their customers like this. When you do your research about Bosley, you'll find some patients have had good results but many have horror stories, and the experience and expertise of the doctors seems to be a big factor. Sooo....goodbye Bosley...the upsell and price gouging left a bad taste in my mouth, I will start looking elsewhere...Bosley seems to have evolved into an assembly-line make-a-quick-buck outfit.

I met with Michael Tawill at the Tampa office for a consultation. He was 20 minutes late and there was no one in the office. No problem, traffic issues - I understand. The meeting goes fine and Michael is going to give me a discount because he was late, I just needed to send in my Credit Application. I did that and he assured me he would submit it as soon as he got it. I didn't hear anything for a day so I called and left a voicemail asking for confirmation that it was submitted. No response. Waited another two days and called again. This time he actually answered and we went through trying to setup a date because I was committed to having the procedure (and I was going to pay cash instead of using creadit) but I had to think about if I could do it on a certain Thursday or the Tuesday after. He said call or text over the weekend when you make your decision. I texted him the next day that I could do the earlier date. Never heard back from Michael. Still haven't. I called on a couple days later and said since he wasn't getting back to me, I would have to call someone at Bosley 800 number to get it scheduled. I called and spoke to several people at Bosley but no one could do anything except schedule another consultation. Really? I haven't even had the procedure and the service is terrible. My consultant Michael Tawill never contacted me, it was always me contacting him. And still, I couldn't get the appointment scheduled without going through another consultation 70 miles away in Orlando. If the service is this bad before the procedure, imagine what happens after the procedure. I don't know for sure, but you probably can't get a hold of anyone if you need help. This was going to be a $14,000 procedure and they couldn't be bothered to respond or help me out.

The entire team at Bosley are caring, knowledgeable, highly competent, professional, and provided a superb hair restoration experience for me. Pre and post-operative instructions were clearly explained and I felt no discomfort following the procedure.

Scam. Please don’t go to bosley. They cheat you of your money. Had procedure done in Boston in 2017. Have hair infections and no hair growth. Worst choice of my life. 9 grand wasted.

I drove an hour to Jacksonville Fl today and waited 45 minutes for my consultation. My consultation lasted about 4 minutes. Micheal or whoever the guy was, was the most arrogant, belittling, condescending A-HOLE I have met in a long time. I am already self conscious enough and what I needed was a consultation, not humiliation. I have plenty of money to finally afford this procedure and he mad me feel like Julia Roberts in the scene in Pretty woman when she went into the store to buy clothes and they said she couldn't afford their store. I'm so freaking upset and humiliated. I am on a mission now to social media the sh2t out of this appointment I will trash Bosley every chance I get, that's how upset he made me. I am a 50 year old man with a very good career who just wanted to make some cosmetic improvements.

i would not pay this unfair dollar amount for their products big time rip off.

I did my hair transplant back in 2017. After 6 months i started noticing a little change in the front but the back is still bald nothing really changed i paid over 2500 and i still owe 7600. Please go somewhere else to do you're hair transplant bosley is not worth it.

8/27/2019 I had an incredible consultation with Michael in Jacksonville. I was very skeptical about hair restoration and if it was even possible to get my hair back, but Micheal put my mind at ease and answered every question i had. Friendly, empathetic, and professionally, i can't wait to start my treatment plan. -BOSLEY IS VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE MICHEAL AS PART OF THEIR TEAM.

Please don't waste over 10k over bosley or any hair transplant place in America. They are trying. If you want hair transplant, it's well documented to go to Turkey. They do the best hair transplant and it costs less than 2k... That's crazy price. People all over go to Turkey for that. I'm going in couple years, don't ever get hair transplant in the US!

i paid 12k for surgery and still have no hair. bosley didn't work for me in the long term. i had hair initially because of the laser treatments and toiletries they want you to use but once all that stops and you treat your head normally after a couple years, all the hair you had goes away and you end up needing more surgeries. i actually lost some hair over all from my surgery. very horrible service.
