Very UNPROFESSIONAL approach from Bosley employee, Drake called me this afternoon, I told him that the cost is way too high so I am not interested while I am talking and explaining him that your call center agents keeps calling me Drake hung up on me.... so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, I called him back to make him realise his mistake and he was like "What are you talking about.........." I will never get my treatment done here, if they have such an attitude I can imagine what could happen during or after the treatment...Thank you so much Mr Drake for making my confirm decision.

I received fantastic consultation from Micheal Tawil in Jacksonville, Florida and completed my procedure in the Orlando location. Doctor Rodillo and his staff were phenomenal in thier work! Professional, proficient, and accomodating. They were even patient with me as I was waiting for my ride.

AWESOME SERVICE! Dr. Mayer and his staff are outstanding. You will wish you had done it sooner! You can't go wrong with Dr. Mayer and his staff at Bosley.

It has been a year and I am still nearly bald on the back of my head. The hair is so far apart every where they transplanted hair. The front has hair so far apart you can see my scalp everywhere. I am stunned, especially the entire time she kept telling me she wanted to "Pack hair in through here" whenever she referenced regions of my scalp especially meaning the front. Cost me $13K plus I even had the PRP done at another professional medical facility to give the transplanted hair every possibility to grow. VERY disappointed.

As I did my research on sudden hair loss due to aging, Low T and prostate cancer I found the team at Bosley to have been the PERFECT choice I would forever highly recommend this team of true professionals from Bill Parton from the beginning and Dr Parungao and such friendly staff this was all one could ever have hoped for. I had my procedure three tears ago in San Francisco with Dr. Aragoni and am so happy I did! I was so ashamed of my hair thinning, being a woman, I didn't know what to do. Bosley is the leader of the industry because of the talent of the doctors and the excellent customer service of the staff...especially in San Francisco. Thank you Phil, Denise, Rochelle, nurses and Dr. Aragoni! My hair looks great and no more embarrassing hair days

I finally made the decision to go see someone about my hair loss and chose Bosley as I've heard great things about them. I made my appointment. A few days before, I received a voice message reminding me of my upcoming appointment. The next day leading up to my consultation, I received an email. Again, reminding me of my appointment. Now it's the day of the appointment. I receive a text message about 4 hours before my consultation. Again, reminding me of my appointment. My hair has been falling out- I don't need any reminders about an appt that might just move me forward with regard to that. But, thanks for the reminders. Now, day of appointment, a couple of hours before my consultation, I get an email apologizing that due to scheduling issues, they won't be able to see me that day and they will follow up in a couple days to reschedule me. Huh?? It gets better. Five days later, I get an email from them saying "We are sorry you weren't able to make it to your appointment", a rep will reach out to you and reschedule you. LOL Been two weeks, nothing. So disappointed.

Thorough assessment, many options provided, no pushiness to sell products. Woukd absolutely recommend to family and friends.

Everyone was so nice from beginning to end it was a comfortable and for what was being done as enjoyable as possible. The staff treated me like royalty.

I am a little disappointed with the results considering the amount of money I paid and the unrealistic expectations they presented when I had my first consult.

My experience with Bosley/Chicago was fantastic. I recommend them to anyone who wants to do something positive about their hair loss. The staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. P. is the best. If improving the appearance of your hair is important to you, this is the place to go and the people to see......

The staff is incredible...nice, welcoming! Dr. Kimpisi has a great bedside manner, puts you at ease.

I trust all will be well... I had the follicles transplant and all appears good. Waiting a few months to give the best assessment... It looks great right now!! Just waiting for some fullness. Thx!!

Almost a decade ago I had 2 procedures a couple years apart, & the results were Great!!
The excellent physician who did my procedures is retiring (Dr Andrews) so I decided to do a final mop up procedure to fill in. I really didn't need another procedure right now but I have had some additional thinning as existing pre graft hair keeps thinning

I am only 2 weeks out but so far everything is as advertised.

Everything well explained, everyone very professional, friendly.

At my first visit I was told that I needed 1800 grafts. At my actual procedure I was told that I needed 3000 grafts. I was given a cost, which I agreed to. After my procedure, I was told that I received 2800 grafts. The total cost ended up being the cost I agreed to for 3000 grafts. I've written an email to the office manager in Kansas City about this but have not received any explanation yet. As far as the procedure, I'm very satisfied how the Dr. and staff treated me!!

Great job I love the services and the people was very helpful. I'm very happy with the work and the Doctor was amazing. They explain to very careful how to used my medication and very friendly everyone.
