Surgeon I got in Atlanta did a horrible job, I've had headaches now for years and it keeps getting worse. He left me scarred and when I shave my head people think I've had brain surgery from the scar. I never had headaches before. Had mine done in 2011.

Deleted my review from two days ago. heard back from them today, didn't take the call. read the text they sent and told me it can take up to 6 months to a year. so I will gave them the benefit of the doubt for 4 more months, then I will repost my review

This Company sucks, their customer experience is horrible, please do not use them !!!

What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.

Had a medical emergency and felt completely neglected by the staff at Bosley NYC. Half my transplant fell out and I had an awful infection on my head at the transplant site. They brushed it off and told me to go “see a dermatologist”

See my pictures on google maps to see the result of the infection and subsequent hair loss. It has been months and they still haven’t reached out. Very disappointing treatment as a fellow healthcare provider.

Don’t waste your time or money. I paid for 1900 grafts in Chicago and still waiting for results after one year. They give and show you a lot of information to convince you that it works. Do not fall into the trap. The procedure is also a very bad experience.

dont even think about to go there they weasting my time give me wrong information and cancel my appoitment many time and they kept my money for 2 month for no reason

Bait and switch, I had my consultation with Dr. Welker. Consult went good and then on day of procedure a née office staff person told me there is no way I would receive as many grafts as the Dr. told me. Then the switched surgeons to someone I have never met and knew nothing about .

Very nice, clean facility (Boca Raton, FL), friendly staff, knowledgeable-sounding doctors. The results -- terrible. Paid thousands of dollars, went through the time, inconvenience and pain (it hurts!) for a procedure. I returned six months later to complain that my hair looked nearly the same as before. They smooth-talked me into a SECOND surgery (at a slight discount). That was five years ago and for a total expenditure of $10K+, I can safely say I was scammed. To this day, I still get periodic phone calls from Bosley to see if I would be interested in paying for a "touch-up" procedure. Each time, I tell them I am a dissatisfied customer and they promise to get back to me to "make things right". They never do. Horrible company!

Got 1300 grafts in my front done. Wasn’t to happy about paying I think 700 for the meds but I wanted my hair back so I did it. I was also sold on some plasma injections they said would help but I think it was just giving them more money. I personally didn’t notice or get the results I wanted mainly because those results were unrealistic for the grafts I had but my family and friends noticed my hair a lot more than I did. They did a good job and I ended up going back in for another 1000 grafts. This time no plasma and since it was my second visit they were able to take the price off the meds for me. They are a company trying to sell you their services and products and I believe they do a good job and if you have a failed transplant, at least now a days, they should do you right and fix it. At least they said they would if I had a failed one.

Before getting any hair transplant, shave your head, go out and see how it feels, if u feel good about it then don't get it.
On the other hand if u still want to get it then don't get it at least at Bosley.
If u notice most of the positive reviews are given by 1) People who either just got their hair transplant done and who haven't seen their results yet 2) People talking about how professional and nice the staff is.
My honest opinion, some of those positive reviews have to be fake and none of them actually talk about results.

I paid 18000$ for the same before and after look and i had low expectations to begin with, wasn't expecting much, was just looking for a little improvement.

Before i got it I decided better to spend on hair transplant + cheaper car instead of buying luxury car. but should have gone with different clinic instead of Bosley.

At Bosley clinic watch out for ur money cuz as long as they get paid thats what that really matters to them and all that "Customer satisfaction is important to them" is BS.

No thanks. I was all geared up to go the full monty on this. I could go as high as $12 grand. Told myself, okay, let's do this. And then I read the reviews. THANK YOU ALL who gave their honest views of their experiences. I just can't risk being disappointed for that much money. And hidden charges. I thought Bosley was a legit outfit.

I've done my procedure here Bosley at Beverly Hills. I was excited when I was younger. My baldness start to happen at 24yrs old. I went here and staff was cool. Now every summer I shave my head I have big Scar now...Scar looks horrible. Just make sure you ask questions before making any surgery. Do it right. It cost me. Im not satisfied with my hair tho. Hope Bosley can help me with more of my baldness area I'm now 46 yrs old. Don't like seeing that cut they made on back of my head and when people ask me what happen. I tell them Bosley chop me up good for 5 Star's.

Fut procedure was done. All I have to show for it is a scar. They stated it was my fault and I should have known that I wouldn’t benefit from the procedure

I had the FUT transplant done in the Orlando office. The staff and doctor were truly amazing. They cared so much about me. These reviews must have not went to that office. My hair was transplanted perfect. It took all day but they wanted it done perfect. They told me exactly what to do so they won't fall out. The doctor even called me at night to see how I was. That has never happened to me before with any doctor. It is the next day and I feel no pain and it looks very clean, can't even see the stitches in the back, my hair covers them up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone getting a hair transplant and if you need to fly in or drive far, it is worth it!! I will post in 9 months about the results. But I am not worried because I am following all directions and it is not easy because there are alot of restrictions for a week or two. Best investment I ever made for myself!!

Don't waste your money. I am a woman who LOVES bald men. I think you are sexy!!! Hair is overrated. You are handsome sexy and desired, hair or not.

I had an FUE procedure performed in 2014 somewhere between 2000-3000 i dont recall the exact amount. They had a sale, i paid $3000.00 upfront, followed thru with the procedure and paid $3000.00 + in payments. That is until I saw the new hair wasnt staying and went back. They told me their staff had trimmed the follicles incorrectly causing them to die... I told them i wasn't paying until they fixed the results. They said they wouldnt do anything til the account was paid off. It's on my credit, damaging my credit, theyre not willing to rectify the situation, so it wont be paid. Period.

Would you pay a contractor for a job on your house that was performed incompetently before it was completed satisfactorily?

These guys we're supposed to be experts... They're performing work on your body that cant be taken back... The staff was friendly, but youre paying for results and going under the knife to get them... When you see my scalp THROUGH my hair

I had almost 2500 grafts done in the san francisco. This cost me almost $18000. I was assured that while they wouldnt all take that there would be a noticeable improvement. One year later and 60% of the grafts have not taken, I called into their office to explain and was immediately told OVER THE PHONE that the reason was that i was losing my normal hair, how can she possibly know this without seeing it! The solution, another $7000 for more grafts. That would be a total of $25k with no guarantee. At this point I just consider it wasted money and I should have done far more research, they are clearly con artists.

I went to Bosley for one year. I bought the 2000 $ laser cap and I did four PRP sessions for thousend $ as prescribed. I kept taking Finasteride and applying daily Minoxidil foam. On each visit, the doctor didn't know anything about my problems and I needed to tell him all my story and to any of my questions he answered that it is normal to lose hair. After 9 months of therapy, he said that If I want I could see a dermatologist and find out the cause. After almost one year that I spent thousands the doctor had the illumination that maybe there is a cause. He gave me dermatologists names that are not even specialized in hair loss. Every time I went to Bosley a different assistant did the procedure. Every time slightly different. In the end, I checked the pictures before and then. No difference. They said that PRP may help the thickness of hair. My hair is the same. My hair loss is the same. I am just poorer. Bosley is a chain very well advertised that takes advantage of people's desperation for making money but your hair will not change.
