Ordered a jumpsuit, loved it, wore it for the first time for an event and as soon as I got there realized the zipper was detached and an embarrassing hole was emerging in the back. This stuff happens but when I emailed them about it, they simply responded that a tailor can fix it. Pretty disappointing given the cost of clothing

Whenever I purchased clothes from this website, they didn’t send me half of my stuff because they said it’s on back order but it didn’t write that anywhere whenever I purchased. I tried to communicate with them through Shop Pay and they blocked me on the chat because I wanted to return the item since it did not arrive on time. I sent multiple emails and nobody has gotten back to me since I have paid over $100 to send the clothes that I did receive back to Sweden so I can get my refund. Be very cautious when ordering

Order a mirrored jumpsuit that cost $260. Wore it once for less than 3 hrs and 70% of the sequins either came off or the mirrored part peeled off of the sequin. This garment is absolute junk! I had to email customer service multiple times and it took them weeks to respond. Then they offered to send me more sequins and told me to use a hot glue gun. But the sequins themselves are pealing. Replacing them will do nothing and for $260 I shouldn’t have to remake the entire garment after 3hrs of having it on. They will not let me return it for a returns and won’t give me a partial refund for it falling apart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Terrible experience. Still waiting for refund on expensive, poorly made low quality item. Customer service is less than 1 star. I would never buy any items from this shop again.

I ordered a mirror jumpsuit and it fell apart before I even put it on. Everything was hot glued together and it lost 10-15 sequins in the mail and another 40-50 when I put 1 leg in. I could have easily ordered a cheap spandex onsie from Amazon and hot glued mirrors on it for a fraction of the cost. AND their return policy in the USA won’t provide a refund and return shipping is over $80! DO NOT waste your money.

I purchased the Eloa Rhinestone jumpsuit from Born in Stockholm & couldn’t have been happier! The shipping was prompt, the outfit was as pictured, it was comfortable & well made. I received countless compliments on it at the music event I went to & it stood up to a night of dancing! Would absolutely purchase from them again!

The photos of the dress made it look like there'd be waaaaaay more sequins on it. The zipper won't work if there is ANY pressure on it.
Cheap quality for the price. Don't bother.

Avoid at all costs, especially if you are not in the EU. Non EU customers are charged a fortune at customs for terrible quality garments and are not allowed a full refund, store credit only however EU customers are. I rejected the parcel and the customs charge which was £80! I emailed about this and was told I could receive a refund but was then given store credit. I challenged this and they denied all knowledge and then they just stopped replying. Luckily I had paid through PayPal and opened a dispute and they refunded the money back. DO NOT BUY

EXTREMELY disappointed in this company… my order from august was not advised it was a back order… i sent numerous emails with very slow if at all response.. offered solutions but never followed up.. i cancelled the order as offered and refund BUT the item had arrived regardless and i now no longer need it as was for a specific event .. really shocking customer service ..

Ordered two items/outfits. One arrived immediately, the second one never arrived. Wrote several emails, was promised it will still arrive on time - all empty promises. Now standing here at my sisters bachelorette without an outfit. At least her outfit arrived.

I recently bought an item from the Born in Stockholm website direct expecting a luxury item for the price. The sequins have been stuck on with glue and were bent and even just taking it out of the bag a few came off.

There is no branding on the item and looks really cheap. I can return it but because I’m in the UK I only get a credit voucher. This is not ideal as if I want to order anything else ( which I don’t) I have to pay a custom charge of £68 to get it delivered.

I am so disappointed as this was for a hen do and now have nothing to wear.

I am over £200 down and very disappointed.

I recently purchased a dress from Born in Stockholm. While the dress is generally okay and the fit is decent, I was disappointed to find that it has far fewer sequins than what was shown in the photos on the website.

The shipment was fairly quick, which I appreciated, but given the quality and the discrepancy between the product and the photos, I don't think it's worth the price.

Overall, it's an average purchase, but I expected more for what I paid.

Horrible quality! I ordered a dress to go to the eras tour. I wore the dress 1 evening. So many sequins had fallen off, thé dress stained my skin (neck) and my new merch hoodie. I reached out tot the customer service. They offered to give me more sequins. So no options. I told them i wanted my money back. The dress is bad quality and i can never wear it again since it stains things. After this they didn't reply.

Mijn bestelling heeft er een maand over gedaan om aan te komen.
PostNL is het pakket kwijt geraakt en born in stockholm reageerde continu erg traag op al mijn mailtjes.
Uiteindelijk vandaag de bestelling binnen gekregen en het is 1 grote grap.
De kwaliteit is super slecht en vooral de zonnebril die ik er bij had besteld is niet om aan te zien.
De zonnebril kosten me nog wel €50(!!!)

Ik zou zeggen: DOE HET NIET
