I absolutely love this shop! I have purchased more than 5 times in the last 12 months. I have loved every piece, and quality has been great. Already have my eye on the next purchase. The customer service is second to none, extremely friendly and helpful staff. I am ordering from the UK and have had quick delivery and a faultless exchange when an item didn't suit me. Yes, you have to pay taxes if you are in the UK, but that is the same for most other European retailers and this is a bespoke shop not a huge company. For me this shop is a little bit of sparkly heaven!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I order a set for £180 expecting top quality.

I had to pay an unexpected import fee when the goods were delivered to my door for £65!! I’m desperate for an outfit for an event so I paid it and hoping I could claim it back from the company as surely this isn’t payable by me.

The product is cheap, damaged and awful quality. It’s also too small, it’s not a medium under any circumstances and is more like an XS.

To return it I’d need to pay the customs fee again. So I’d have spent £150 just in custom fees for the privilege of this rubbish turning up at my door.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

It is very ugly. I am 5’7” and 135lbs. The medium is too tight around my shoulders. The material is cheap. The embroidery is very ugly. The whole thing looks like a pink Cookie Monster football player costume. I tried to return it. They make you pay your own shipping. From Canadá that’s 198$ with Canada post. They only had to pay 28$ shipping to me. But they will not send me a shipping label. Also there was an unexpected 60$ duty I had to pay on arrival. Their customer service is horrible basically it’s all my problem and they won’t do anything about it. But they are very sorry I’m not happy with the coat. I’m the only customer that has said that. Apparently. I can return the coat for a cost of 200$ or keep it. My choice. I would never buy anything from them if you’re in Canada or the US. I will never buy anything from them again. Very disappointed in this product and the company.

Their clothes look beautiful and fantastic on the homepage. But unfortunately I must admit that the quality of the fabric was incredibly low end, I hardly dared to zip the zipper for fear that the extremely thin fabric would break, the seams between the legs slid down the front of the thigh and the fit was incredibly crooked. For the high prices for their products, I expected a beautiful and well-made article. And absolutely oldschool returnpolicy, waited forever to get my money back. One nice thing was the similistones on the catsuit.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - SCAM

I´ve ordered an outfit for 3 weeks now. First they contacted me to inform me that the body was out of stock even if they took the payment so I asked for a refund and now nobody answer.
it's basically a SCAM, don´t buy on that website
