Over the course of two phone conversations, Dustin Hibner patiently answered all my questions and gave me several insurance options to consider. He didn't push for one plan over another---his goal was to give me the information I needed to make my own decisions. When I asked for his opinions, he gave me thoughtful, fact-based answers. I really appreciate this way of doing business!

When I was ready, Dustin helped me with all the paperwork needed to enroll in the Medigap plan I chose as well as a dental-vision-hearing package. (He also offered suggestions for Part D but I chose to enroll in Part D through my beloved locally owned pharmacy.)

I will be eligible for Medicare benefits in 2024. I have been researching several insurance companies for the past 3 months. Let me tell you, it is confusing! I saw Boomer Benefits ad on Facebook, filled out my information and the next morning I had a call from Larry West. He couldn’t talk at length then but we sat a time for the afternoon. Stumbled upon the Boomer Benefits FB page while researching Medicare last year. The videos and the “10 Costly Medicare Mistakes” book were very helpful in understanding this complex program. My husband reached Medicare eligibility earlier this year due to retirement. Billy Wessels was extremely helpful in assisting him in signing up for Part B and a Medigap policy as well as navigating the steps necessary to reverse the penalty for late signup (husband had been covered by creditable work insurance). A week ago Billy contacted me as I was within my 7 month enrollment window. Because of the information he had shared during my husband’s enrollment, it was an easy decision to select a Medigap plan. My enrollment was very straightforward and quickly completed. It was a pleasure to work with Billy. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable!
