I am a few months into my journey. I am currently writing a book about Resilience. At the start of the process I was a bit apprehensive due to other book companies being red flagged on AI.
After a few meetings with Book Writing Inn I asked for a meeting with someone who has had their book published by them - just for piece of mind. This was positive and it sealed the deal for me.

I have been dealing with a lovely lady called Sarah Jeffery. Correspondence is good and we email and text a few times a week. I have made multiple changes to my script with no issues.

Generally we speak on face time once a week as I any to see who I am speaking to and express my thoughts so she can see me - this hasn’t been an issue.

We have a long way to go in my project and if it carries on with the same passion and enthusiasm I am sure I will be happy.

Did anyone who wanted a refund get one?? or did we all find out the London address for the company is a PO Box and they have no actual premises in the UK. They refused my court proceedings I sent to the address on the website. They still won’t refund me.

Stole money from me but found the guy on instagram his name is Larib Javaid or Muhammad Bwi, alias Ali Fredrick’s and Lucas they don’t honour the contract we both signed and they kept the cash. Stay away in my opinion.
They are now asking if I have the right company. I have a contract, bank statement and emails No work done, contract terminated, No refund. All under the name Book writing inn. I’m being told, when I ask for my money back I shouldn’t have signed. However the contract we both signed protects me very well in the court of law. I have also contacted the police, as nothing I signed says you can keep the money. So it’s theft. Not to mention the fraudulent way the contract was arranged. Nonetheless at this point according to the contract you should not have my money.

Had a fantastic experience working with Book Writing Inn.
As a first time author I just wanted a company to take the stress out of publishing. Book Writing Inn completed that goal.

I was repeatedly asked to write a review before they had even attempted to publish my book. I don’t believe they are a scam, but they may not be aware of, or know how to, publish a book properly.

The only process I loved was Aly’s encouragement, ideas, and knowledge he provided me during the process. The stars are for him. He did a good job coming up with a name, back cover idea, and also some concepts for my next book. Credit goes to him only.

As far as the publishing side is concerned, I think they may not know how to publish a book. They attempted to upload my book onto Amazon but, according to them, there was an error with the formatting and apparently the illustrations were the wrong size.

I approached another publishing company and they formatted and uploaded the book onto Amazon within two hours. The book has finally been published and is available to buy — thanks to my publisher, who I had to pay.

I believe book writing inn should focus on advising authors, giving them tips and ideas, but the publishing should be left to real professionals, which you can find anywhere.

I am thankful to Aly, but to the rest of the team, including management and the publishing people — shame on you. I even made a complaint and no one got back to me.

I will not recommend them to anyone, they are bunch of irresponsible people only trying to take your money, they keep passing me around to different people who knows nothing about the book am writing, we keep going back and couldn’t complete the book almost 6months wasted with a lot of money collected.

Writing a book can be a daunting process, the writing is the easy part. It's what comes after. Someone recommended Book Writing Inn to me and I contacted them immediately. From the beginning, Aly has been incredibly efficient and his words of encouragement meant everything to me. Fast forward to me being 3 days in since going live, the feedback on how the book looks has been phenomenal. Any changes I needed, were done so quickly. Ok to start off with everything was going really well Sarah was doing an excellent Job with my three books and everything was going to plan. Then Sarah left the company and months went by and I did not hear anything. Thank Goodness Aly Fredricks took over and he got everything back on track for me. The Manuscript the Cover , and the website. Aly Fredricks phoned me always to make sure the process was going correctly and that I was always happy. Aly is also a very friendly and dedicated person and he will do all he can to get everything done to the highest of standards with publishing and marketing a book.
