My journey with Eren
Like a lot of people, an idea turned into a short story and friends say, “get it published”. To a novice like me, it’s not that easy. There is so much red tape, to be fair, mainly from Amazon, that I was almost put off completely. It smacked of ID fraud. You have to be careful theses days? Eren guided me through and ultimately he and his team helped turn my idea into a short story which has sold a dozen copies in 1 week. I have a second short story in the final stages of publishing. Eren has been transparent helpful and clear throughout. If I had my second short story, it would be 5 stars.

My big, bold, brave achievement
When I first enbarked on the journey to write my first novel. I was apprehensive. I didn't know enough about the publishing industry to navigate the pitfalls. To be honest I was very wary of being scammed. But all my fears and insecurities quickly disappeared after my first call with Lucas and Justin. ⭐ 1 Star – Completely Deceptive and Unprofessional
My experience with Book Writing Inn was ruined by an employee named Kylie, whose conduct was blatantly unethical and deeply unprofessional. As an author, I trusted this company with my work—and that trust was completely betrayed.
From the beginning, Kylie showed zero respect for my project or my requirements. Instead of delivering what was promised, she repeatedly pushed upselling tactics, misrepresented services, and changed expectations mid-process. I felt deliberately misled and taken advantage of. This was not support—it was manipulation.
Communication was poor, dismissive, and evasive. When concerns were raised, accountability was avoided, and responsibility was deflected. In my experience, her behavior crossed the line from incompetence into deception. I genuinely felt scammed.
Kylie is a liability to this company and reflects extremely poorly on Book Writing Inn as a whole. Allowing an employee to operate this way damages the company’s credibility and reputation with authors who invest time, money, and trust into their work.
This was, without question, the worst customer experience I’ve had in publishing services. I strongly advise authors to stay away unless Book Writing Inn addresses this conduct immediately.

As a total novice to this route
As a total novice to this and being very careful and worried. The team here were great. They helped me get to where I wanted.
I do think that authors and the team need to look at trying not to change to much and to watch if the writer is from the U.K. or the USA. We might both speak English. But there are cultural and spelling differences. The lovely part is once pointed out. The team and Justin work hard to get it as the writer intended. I’m lining up the next one to go.
