This is a continuation of my review from the 9th of April 2022.

I had to seek legal representation and sue Booking Health for my refund. In May 2023 the court has ordered the company to pay me a refund and I settled for monthly installments. The payments were to start in June of this year on the first day of the month (and 14th the latest) and the final payment was scheduled for December of this year. The company is disrespectful to the point that the installments were paid always on the LAST possible date (14th) or sometimes even later than that… this month I still haven’t received the installment and there’s no response from the company’s lawyer when asked and reminded about the issue/situation. My lawyer has contacted the company’s lawyer without any success. There’s nothing left to do now but to start further proceedings and third party involved since the company has ignored the court’s orders and I didn’t get the full refund back yet. They could at least have some kind of communication with my lawyer if they had any sense of wrongdoing in them… absolute lack of professionalism and respect again, but I’m not even a little bit surprised, they haven’t shown anything else since the very beginning. It’s sad because they seem to have no idea what it’s like to suffer loss of money and even more importantly personal damages associated with their failure to fulfill the contract first and now the court orders. Never use their services!

My husband contacted Booking Health to inquire about help for me to do stem cell therapy I have been diagnosed with Low Tension Glaucoma just one year ago & my condition was becoming more severe & we felt we wanted to find another therapy that might slow the progression if not prevent any further loss of my vision.
Kate at Booking Health contacted me explained the process & answered questions my husband & I had.
I was able to send my health records & the doctors accepted my case, we were able to get an appointment & scheduled the treatment. She then assigned me a guide Nour to explain any of our travel options & questions. We were then assigned our interpreter Mrs.Afsanah to stay with us through the program & process. Mrs.Afsanah is the most beautiful woman she was so kind & helpful she assisted us with questions about our meeting with the doctor, our schedules each day, any concerns we might have & a very through explanation to interpret so we would have a clear understanding of the process for the week ahead.
My experience with Booking Health, the staff, Kate, Nour, Mrs.Afsanah,
Dr. Gerhard Siebenhüner, who explained to us about stem cell therapy, Dr. Olin that preformed my surgery, he explained how he would remove adipose tissue to extract my stem cell & the medication that would be given to me for surgery, all of the staff that took care of me has been remarkable & so very rewarding I cannot stress enough how comfortable they all made me feel. Dr. Gerhard Siebenhüner is an excellent doctor I am so grateful for his work & his expertise, this experience has given me hope & encouragement for the future. I am hopeful for others who are looking for treatments that might benefit them concerning so many health issues.
I am extremely pleased with the process & I would highly recommend Booking Health for many reasons. They gave us the opportunity & direction to make this possible.

I am really very happy with booking health & it’s support is really good. I expect will get balance amount money after the treatment.

Knowing that you are very sick is devastating, both for the person and the family. This is why it is important to surround yourself with the right people who can understand and support you. I am glad that my husband had chosen Booking Health which guide us through this journey. We want to think Booking Health staff, and in particular Mark Fedotov at Dusseldorf for his support and kindness. Mark was rfficient, patient and supportive, which make things go smoothly. I will recommend Booking Health to any one, and if you are to go to Dusseldorf for your care, you will be in very good hands.

Just going over for my second Lutetium treatment in Germany, the arrangements made by booking health have been easy and excellent, communication has been very good and the first in hospital treatment was thorough and exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Rina, my translator as well as Nour and Denis.

Professional and helpful staff to help through the process with several investigations over several days.

Unfortunately we have had many bad experiences with Booking Health. When you are in an a very vulnerable situatuon with very serious illness you hope everything will be as smooth as possible when you pay for expensive treatment abroad.
It all started the first time at the airport where my father and sister had to wait 1,5 (!) hours before the drive came. The driver pretended there was an accident, which wasn't true. I was in contact with the travel manager many times, who said the driver should be there "right away".
After that there has been a lot of problems with communication where two of the travel managers didn't respond for many days.
The hospital also said my father could be discharged early in the morning. Booking health said we had to buy flight tickets for the evening. We had to buy very expensive flight tickets that weren't direct flight. When we than had to buy new tickets to get home 8 hours earlier with direct flight, they didn't want to pay for anything, of course.
They also said the second treatment would be much "cheaper" than the first and told an approximate price that was much lower than the price we had to pay, even though they knew the exact price for all the treatments and could have told it right away. They just wanted us to say yes to the next treatment.
And the last time the treatment couldn't be given when we came (the treatment wasn't at the hospital), we had to leave, and suddenly than ave to come back again, the same day. At first they then didn't want to drive me back to hotel after the second hospital trip becaus they are just talking about their budget. They didn't care about that my father would have been alone at the hospital, with all the explaining etc (without the interpreter, because she of course had to leave when the treatment wasn't there) and I really had to tell them someone had to take care of him. No understanding at all.

I feel they just want to earn money and the kind messages and phone calls are just to make you feel you are in good hand, but actually they just want the money.

It’s an outstanding health agency in Germany 🇩🇪.Very friendly staff who can guide patiently in everything from visa applications if your coming from abroad like myself.They patiently extended my appointments and got me the best service from airport pick up to proffesional doctor’s appointments.I had made appointment for my brother from Tanzania to Germany they helped step by step even when we needed extra last minute doctor appointments they went extra mile and booked the appointments for us .Special thank you to Tanja,Michael and Nadia for amazing support you gave towards me and my family
,I highly recommend this booking health.com for anyone wanting to get treatment in Germany.

I would like to express my thankful gratitue to the team of Booking health Nabila& Hisham
all start since 1year or more,while i was trying to check informations how my relative can travel from afgahnistain to Germany,Nabila was always explaining to me and trying to repeat all steps or work with clear pictures,our main issue was to pay in advance,how to trust and pay big amount in advance as well to get the visa from afganistain,I visited Booking Health GmbH in Am Schafhaus 42 53557 Bad Hönningen Deutschland,Nabila assisted and explain the contract and the procedure,after making the payment which really took time from our sides due the funds where in Pakistain,Hisham start the organization and he followed with me all steps to make Visa procedure and booking the appointement in Pakistain,Nabila as well was all the time online and we finally last week received the positive email and we picked up the visa from german embassy in Pakistain.

The medical center is excellent, and we would like to thank all the medical staff, especially Mr. Youssef, for what he did and for being there most of the time with us, and Miss Nour for coordination and arrangement to make things easier for us, and I would like to thank Nurse Anya in particular for her strong interest in the patient

The experience was very useful .. The company's employees ' handling and follow-up were excellent..

Especially the translator Ms. Mounira since my arrival in Germany, she has been in touch and facilitates all the requirements of the patient.. In addition to her presence and follow-up of hospital appointments and examinations during the treatment period.. I recommend her to be the family translator at the next appointment
