Compré en farmacia Cruz espanol a través de ellos y fue fraude .

Mebligo – inkompetent, unzuverlässig, absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Am 25.05.2025 bestellte ich bei Mebligo ein Ecksofa („Elma“ mit Schlaffunktion). Was folgte, war eine absolute Zumutung: Die Lieferung war unvollständig, Teile fehlten, die Montage dadurch unmöglich. Die Qualität der gelieferten Komponenten war billig und schlecht verarbeitet.

Der sogenannte Kundenservice war eine Farce: Wochenlang keine klaren Antworten, stattdessen immer neue Forderungen nach Fotos, Unterlagen, Nachweisen. Keine Einsicht, keine Lösung – nur Hinhalte-Taktik. Statt Verantwortung zu übernehmen, wurde mir dreist die Schuld in die Schuhe geschoben.

Selbst nach Rücknahme des Sofas mit unterschriebenem Abholprotokoll gab es keine Gutschrift, sondern weitere Forderungen – völlig haltlos.

Fazit:
• Service: realitätsfern und respektlos
• Qualität: mangelhaft
• Verlässlichkeit: nicht existent

Ich kann nur dringend von Mebligo abraten. Wer sein Geld und seine Nerven nicht verlieren will, hält Abstand von diesem Händler.

Seitdem meine Eltern so einen Apparat haben kann ich ruhiger schlafen. Durch eine App weiß ich immer, dass alles gut ist. Die App ist verständlich und kostenlos für Angehörige.

Hatte für meinen Mann ein Notrufset bekommen. NIE WIEDER !!! Schreiben auf ihre Rechnungen, dass man den Betrag, den die KH zahlen muss wieder erstattet bekommt. STIMMT NICHT !!! Laut KH reagieren die nicht. Auch auf meine Schreiben keine Antwort !
Müssen sie ja auch nicht - haben den Betrag ja von mir bekommen.!!! Ganz schlechtes Geschäftsmodell !!!

Die Pflegekasse zahlt unser Gerät für die Wohnung, für uns ist es deshalb kostenlos. Bei der Antragstellung hat die Firma gut geholfen, wir mussten nichts weiter machen. Habe allerdings einen Monat das gerät bezahlt, bis die Kassen-Genehmigung da war. Geld habe ich von der Firma dann schnell zurück erhalten.

Super schnelle Lieferung in 2 Tagen, unkomplizierte Installation (nur Stecker und Steckdose) und sehr lange Akku-Laufzeit beim mobilen Gerät. Fühle mich rundum abgesichert wenn ich das Haus verlasse.

Almost impossible to get an appointment with the family doctor of my kid, I try to use their web portal but there are never available there, nor for any checkup or issues that need to be addressed soon. The staff is rude, they refuse to speak english and if they happen to answer the phone they redirect me to the doctor's secretary that doesn't answer the phone. The very few times over the years we've managed to get an appointment, the service is rushed and they don't seem to care for the patient at all. Horrible experience with this clinic so far.

So was unverschämd dreistes und freches hab ich noch nie erlebt.
Man bestellt ein Fahrzeug und es kommt garantiert mindestens 2 Std. später. Nachfragen kann man sich sparen, denn es heiß dann: die sind gleich da, in 10 Min., und dann dauert es Stundenlang, jedesmal. "Wenn es Ihnen nicht passt, suchen Sie sich doch ein anderes Transportmittel"!!
Der Herr Basil sollte mal ein Schulung im Umgang mit Kunden machen!

J'ai fait une échographie, j'ai jamais reçu de réponse, aucun suivi ne m'a été proposé. Ils n'ont pas pris en considération mes plaintes, pire , celle qui m'a fait la radio a fait des grimaces. En changeant de clinique, je me suis rendu compte que j'ai de sérieux problèmes. Actuellement , j'ai un bon suivi à la nouvelle clinique.

DO NOT USE MEDIGO. They sent me to a surgeon who has ruined my face and has ghosted me as soon as I got back home. Now Medigo is ignoring my emails and calls and refuses to have the surgeon that they sent me to make it right. The surgery was nearly TWO YEARS ago and I still haven’t received a satisfying solution. Absolutely despicable service that obviously shows fake reviews on their website - it doesn't even deserve one star.

Medigo provided fast and effective service. My appointment was secured easily and all my questions were answered promptly. I would use them again.

Medigo quickly responded to my questions and put me in touch with the doctors office so that I could speak to them directly. I was very happy with the doctor referral and like my results so far.

Everyone on the Medigo team was friendly, helpful and speedy in their answers to my questions!

Always very helpful and passing on messages between hospital and myself were very prompt. I knew that going overseas to have this operation would have its difficulties due to just being in another country, but between Medigo an Dr Elena at BCare in Bangkok, I needn’t have worried, all was dealt with in a very professional and friendly way.

La peor experiencia de mi vida, después de haber pagado cerca de 12.000€ por mi cirugia en Turquia , cuando llego todas son palabras bonitas después nadie se hace cargo, me opere con la clínica tan famosa llamada Estetik International, los resultados no fueron para nada los prometidos, me dicen que tengo que pagar cosas que ya estaban en mi presupuesto. Me obligaron pagar 2000€ adelantados diciendome que la espalda no estaba incluida y cuando les muestro el presupuesto escrito por el médico me dicen que lo reservan para la próxima cirugia, no me devuelven el dinero que me obligaron a pagar injustamente por algo que ya habia pagado. MEDIGO contesta q no tienen contrato vigente con ellos asi que me busque la vida para ver como lo soluciono, en el momento que contraté los servicios tenian contrato vigente. la clínica se niega a devolverme el dinero . Una pesadilla real lo vivido. Dinero perdido y malos resultados. Los llevaré a los tribunales! No se van a quedar con mi dinero.

1. Contactar con el facilitador para que le ayude a comunicar la queja a la clínica.
2. Escribir una carta formal de queja clara y concisa a la clínica.
3. Consultar con un especialista para obtener una segunda opinión médica sobre el caso.
4. Contactar con organizaciones de pacientes, incluidos los puntos de contacto nacionales de la UE.
5. Consultar con especialista legal.
Medigo ayuda a pacientes a encontrar clínicas y hospitales en todo el mundo y nuestro servicio principal
es facilitar la comunicación entre las personas que buscan tratamiento y los proveedores médicos.
Estamos comprometidos con un enfoque centrado en el ser humano y esperamos que estos conflictos
puedan resolverse a través de una comunicación clara.
Lamentablemente, no podemos ayudarle con la gestión de su queja, pues al no tener un contrato vigente
con la clínica en cuestión, no podemos interferir en la resolución de la misma.

Organised surgery with Medigo scheduled for February. Messaged them three weeks ago and haven’t heard anything in response, even after two follow-up emails. I’ve booked flights and everything now I’m worried I’ve taken time off work for a surgery that isn’t even happening.
I’m very stressed as I fly out in two weeks and haven’t heard anything. I would just like an email reply, thank-you.

Был на приеме у кардиолога 8 ноября 2019 в госпитале Levante lMED в Бенидорме. Назначили холтеровский мониторинг. При этом сказали, что ждите вам позвонят и уточнят дату и время процедуры после запроса на авторизацию в страховую компанию. В ожидании прошло 3 недели. 27 ноября 2019 г. позвонил в страховую компанию, там мне сказали, что никакого запроса из госпиталя не поступало. Поэтому 28 ноября обратился непосредственно к сотрудникам госпиталя, за разъяснением о причинах такой задержки. Конечно все поправили, сразу связались с страховой компанией. И назначили встречу для мониторинга на 19 и 20 декабря!!! То есть после назначения доктором анализа дожно пройти почти полтора месяца!!! Это очень плохой показатель работы команды госпиталя Levante IMED!!! При этом инициатором всех действий стал клиент!!! Надеюсь, что руководящий персонал госпиталя сделает соответствующие выводы.
