Booking Health helped us connect with HELIOS Clinic Krefeld, where they offer limb-sparing surgery and chemotherapy for bone cancer. The doctors were outstanding – confident, experienced, and very respectful. The coordinator and translator supported us the entire time, helping us understand every stage of the process and making sure we were never alone. The only issue we had was with the first accommodation – it was too far from the hospital and not comfortable for long stays. The team responded quickly and moved us to a better place, but those first few days were a bit stressful. Now, my son is recovering well and slowly returning to normal activities. We are thankful for the care he received and the chance to save his leg. Booking Health gave us access to a level of care we couldn’t have found at home, and for that, we are deeply grateful.

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, and although surgery was available in my country, I wanted a second opinion and access to radioiodine therapy in Germany. I contacted Booking Health, and they helped me arrange treatment at University Hospital Erlangen. The surgery went well, and I’m grateful to the medical team. The hospital was clean and the doctor was kind and informative. The team arranged everything, including the schedule, interpreter, and accommodation. However, my admission was delayed by one day due to a bed shortage, and I only found out after I had already arrived at the hospital. I had to wait for hours in the hallway and stay at the hotel an extra night. The team did apologize and handled the cost, but it was still stressful. In the end, the treatment was successful, and I’m now recovering. I appreciate what Booking Health did, but I hope they will improve communication with hospitals for smoother coordination next time.

No care was provided due to my mother's deteriorating health with Stage four cancer; I sent letters from her doctor stating she was not fit to fly or travel. All I did was pay a deposit of €11,000, but the second part of the agreement to authorize Booking Health to act on my mother's behalf at the hospital was never signed, as she was hospitalized the day after the deposit was made. I have submitted all evidence regarding this. No services were utilised or scheduled. I am still waiting for the refund that was promised to me. This money should be held in a holding and I feel they have used this money unlawfully. After all this waiting, I began researching reviews, and I urge you to read them before making a reservation. The one-star reviews are accurate, and there are even news articles about others who have faced similar issues, including cases where individuals passed away before receiving treatment and their loved ones are still waiting on their money back. Thousands of pounds not returned. Can you imagine this, this is evil. Trustpilot has all the detailed one star reviews. Booking Health follows the same procedure with many clients, including myself.



1. They assure you that you will receive your money to keep you satisfied for a few days.

2. They stop responding and have their quality director, Hamy, email you to keep you waiting for a few more days.

3. They claim that the negative reviews are from competitors, which is simply untrue; in fact, the positive reviews are likely fabricated. I have contacted the negative reviews, there is a dedicated email address for people who have been scammed.

4. They then request your bank details to delay you further.

5. They ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement in exchange for a partial refund.

6. Still, no money is returned, and they start ignoring you.

7. Some individuals have taken them to court and still have not received their refunds.



Additionally, the booking agents are aggressive, lack medical training, and merely email hospitals on your behalf, which you could easily do yourself for half the price with properly trained medical staff. Just pick up the phone and contact the hospital; most staff speak fluent English. I have documentation of all the misleading information provided by the booking agent. It disgusts me to think of all the lies I was told while my mother fights Stage four cancer. I cannot believe this situation has unfolded. All I want is my money back. I do not need or want any extra stress in an already challenging time.



They do not respond to emails or calls, and even their CEO remains silent.They promised me I would have it today after weeks of additional stress. Nothing again.

We discovered Booking Health, and they arranged for him to be treated at the Martha-Maria Hospital Munich in Germany. The medical treatment was professional, and the doctor was quite aware on modern techniques. Our coordinator was really helpful in planning his admission and coordinating translations. However, we were underwhelmed by the hospital accommodations. The private room we expected turned out to be a semi-private ward, and it took two days to resolve the situation. My father was already nervous, so this contributed to his tension. The team finally interfered and resolved the problem, although it left a bad note at first. However, the therapy went as expected, and my father is now stable and improving. I appreciate the team's efforts; they were responsive and sympathetic, even amid the miscommunication. In 2022, my father was seriously ill. We were searching for any hope — and that’s when we found Booking Health. Their website looked professional. Their promises seemed real. They offered a medical program, and we transferred €17,624 after signing a contract.

Unfortunately, we were not able to travel.

I'm writing this not out of anger, but out of deep sadness and heartbreak — in hopes that no one else will go through what my family endured.

Earlier in 2025, my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in Saudi Arabia. We were desperate to save her. We searched everywhere for a treatment option — any hope at all — and we came across Booking Health.

They looked very professional. Their website promised access to top doctors and hospitals in Germany. I reached out and sent my mother's full medical reports. Just two days later, they recommended Dendritic Cell Therapy, telling us to act quickly because her condition was critical. Since we already had a visa, they urgently asked me to transfer the money.

I transferred €33,856 directly from my account to MedExpert, their official partner.

But the same day I sent the money… my mother’s condition got worse. She was admitted to the ICU, and the very next day — she passed away.

I immediately contacted Booking Health and explained everything, hoping for understanding. I told them I had taken a bank loan for my mother’s treatment, and now she was gone.

They responded coldly:
“We’ll check with the finance team… we need to do calculations.”

Three weeks of chasing them. Emails. Phone calls. Silence. Finally, they sent me a “final calculation” — saying I would only receive €17,000 back, and the rest was “service fees.”

That’s €16,856 lost, and they said the refund would only be processed if I signed a confidentiality agreement — basically, a legal gag order to stop me from speaking to the media or taking legal action.

A spectacular lake is only 7 minutes away. It creates a relaxing and comfotable atmosphere for us and other guests we have met. Munira did such an excellent job, guiding us through each step of the treatment in the hospital, and was so professional. She knew the hospital, and was a very helpful connection for us with the staff. She was also a great sightseeing guide!! We have never been to this area, and she sent us links for things to do, and we did them all!!

Exceptional Experience with Booking Health and LDG Laboratories clinic – Personalized, Professional, and Truly Caring

We found Booking Health while researching online for advanced cancer treatment options for my mother, who was recently diagnosed with endometrial cancer. After surgery to remove her uterus, ovaries, and both pelvic lymph node chains (left and right), she decided to pursue adjuvant treatment in Germany to receive a higher standard of care than what is available in our home country.

From the beginning, the support we received was outstanding. Denis Walter, our personal account manager, called us directly and clearly explained everything — from the medical approach and schedule and what to expect at each step. His professionalism and empathy made a huge difference at a stressful time.

Once we moved forward, our medical consultant, Julia Meinhard, stepped in to organize every medical detail — appointments, documentation, communication with the clinic — with speed, precision, and kindness. On site in Germany, we were warmly welcomed by Claudia Nicolovius-Jelinek, our coordinating interpreter, who was an incredible support. She helped us navigate language barriers, transportation, scheduling, and practical concerns — always with patience and heart.

My mother received dendritic cell therapy at the LDG Laboratories clinic in Berg am Starnberger See, under the care of Dr. Gansauge and his skilled team. This type of therapy works by using the patient’s own immune cells — dendritic cells — which are collected from the blood, matured and programmed in the lab to recognize cancer, and then re-injected to help the body target the disease.

She had one treatment session, during which she received two injections of her personalized dendritic cells, specially prepared from her own blood that had been collected a week earlier. It was quick and painless. Although it’s common to feel mild flu-like symptoms afterward, my mother only felt slightly chilly for a day or two — nothing major and no real side effects.

The clinic itself is peaceful, spotlessly clean, and very professional. Dr. Gansauge and especially the nurses were kind, attentive, and clearly experienced. Along with the dendritic cells, my mother received a high-dose vitamin infusion (a “vitamin cocktail”) and a high-dose vitamin D injection to support her immune response.

This is just the first stage of her treatment. The second phase — chemotherapy and radiotherapy in Munich — will follow soon and is carefully timed to work in synergy with the immune activation from the dendritic cells. This integrative approach gave us hope, structure, and a plan that feels both modern and personalized.

Just days before our trip, my mother suddenly developed lymphedema in her leg — a complication from the lymph node removal surgery. This was unexpected and not part of the original treatment plan. Still, the Booking Health team responded quickly and compassionately. Claudia and Julia, together with the LDG Laboratories clinic staff, made a great effort to find us the right specialists.

They arranged manual lymphatic drainage sessions with a professional physical therapist and helped us get custom-made compression stockings — all within a few days. These services were not included in the original treatment package and had to be paid separately, but they were beautifully organized and handled with genuine care.

We stayed at Seehotel Leoni, in the village of Leoni by the shores of Lake Starnberg. The peaceful, beautiful setting was incredibly healing. Being able to rest by the lake made a huge difference to our emotional and physical wellbeing.

Общение с врачами и медсёстрами клиники Vitus: проф. Штехлинг, урологом Херингер, др. Сенс, ст. медсестрой Хохон и с почти всеми медсестрами было положительным.
Хочу посоветовать в будущем давать пациентам более правильную информацию о методе лечения и о клинике:
1)Опыт клиники использования метода PDT 2 года;
2)Количество проведённых процедур около 120;
3)Побочные явления: в частности кровь в моче около 1 месяца после процедуры.
4)Ограничения по физическим нагрузкам в течении 1-1,5 месяцев;
5)метод PDT работает в 85% случаев, то есть в 15% раковые клетки не чувствительны к облучению.

В клинике в моей палате были подробная инструкция по подготовке пациента к процедуре. Думаю целесообразно сообщать пациентам об этих деталях заранее.

Надеюсь, что в моём случае эффект лечения будет положительный.
