I ordered one, they sent me two. i got charged for two.
At my expense I had to send second once back for a refund. Now they have blocked my emails and I haven't received my refund.
Product was shipped directly from China and is not an Australian company as I thought, even came with a power socket adaptor because it doesn't have an Australian power cord.

I purchased after reading all the positive reviews which have turned out to be fake. I purchased and then it took such a long time to come
And came straight from china. The email correspondence was very quick with sending tracking ect. Once I received the unit it wouldn’t turn off. I asked for a refund which they said I needed to send back but I had to pay for the postage. I did this and when I sent an email to see where my refund was the email address no longer works nor does the website. Do not buy

It’s a scam, cheap quality materials, noisy and does not work at all. Paid high price for this item which is fake and the good reviews are fake.

I have FINALLY got a refund but only by pursuing it through my bank because i paid by credit card. It was a long annoying process. I did everything i was supposed to by the merchant but they never processed my refund. I sent them an email once the bank confirmed my refund.... and my email bounced back....
So they have blocked me on instagram for commenting on the postage time (prior to receipt of the products) and now they've blocked me for calling them out....
I hope they get shut down.
This is a chinese company who are sending out a cheap knock off product and posting misleading and deceptive material on their website. Do not be foolish and fall for it like some of us have.

Poor quality product flimsy and no money back satisfaction guarantee if you did try. Now website is "under maintenance " which I suspect is while they make up a few great reviews.
2 months 9 emails many excuses after the product returned and received ( at my expense ) more than 4 weeks ago. Contacting Consumer affairs

This product is Rubbish, don't buy it! Cheap and nasty, so loud it is offensive to ears. Not powerful at all, takes forever to dry hair. Absolute waste of money.

They are scammers!! I ordered from them and asked them to cancel my order the same day! But they still sent me the product saying that it is express shipping which was not! And once I get the product I have to send it back to them and they will refund me!! It's been a month since I am chasing there shit customer service but they always tell you that your payment is in process althoughi have sent there product back!. Don't buy from them the quality of the product is 3rd class. Save yourself!!

Warning to all!
Do not purchase. The worst experience I have ever had with a product that arrive very late and didn't work. A cheap looking product with no customer service at all. You have to chase them. Order on 5th December and received 21st December. Meant to be from Australia.?? It didn't work and it has taken nearly 2 months to get my money back. I will be putting in a complaint with the ACCC. I don't do reviews but this is to warn others. If there was than option not to rate I would have.

I wish I read these reviews before buying. It’s an absolute scam!!!
I watched all of the videos on the Insta account and it doesn’t do any of it. I actually think they have edited the hair curling to go backwards so it looks so effortless and perfect. I asked them about it and they didn’t answer the question. Just sent me a stock standard ‘how to use’ email. And wouldn’t give a refund because it had been used. Absolute joke!
I was so excited for this to arrive and I almost cried when I realised I’d been had. I don’t usually buy so impulsively and this has been my reminder not to again.

Extremely frustratingly disappointed!

I got it as a Christmas present. The machine doesn’t even turn on. It’s a very bad make. Don’t waste your money honestly it’s not worth it. I’m so disappointed in the product and my friends have found the same. It also took so long to come.

I would have rated my experience in minus if I have allowed to do that. Worst decision ever to buy this scam product. The product quality is so cheap it gives safety concerns. When I told them this was my reason for return they first offered me further 30%, then 40% and then 50% off on $99.99 sale price just so I keep it. After some email exchanges they finally agreed to return and refund. I had to pay for my shipping back to them $22. I have been following up on my refund from past 1 month but there has been no proper responses from them. The only replies I have gotten so far is we are looking for the team to update us on your return.
It's selling cheap quality items by advertising them well and scamming people. I have raised a complaint with Consumer Affairs to register them as fradulent. All these positive reviews are in quick succession which shows that they are not authentic and its probably these scammers updating them!

SCAM ALERT! I strongly advise against purchasing from Bondi Curls. My partner's experience with this product has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here are the key issues we encountered:

Misleading Advertising: The product quality is shockingly cheap, and it seems to be sourced from low-cost suppliers, possibly even from Temu. The claims made on their website are completely false.

False Shipping Information: After placing the order, we received confirmation that the product would ship from Sydney. However, the packaging revealed it was actually shipped from China. This kind of deception is unacceptable.

No Refund Policy: Despite what is stated on their website, there is no real refund policy. When my partner attempted to return the product, they initially refused and offered only 30% of the purchase price back. After persistent requests, they agreed to accept the return, but only if we covered the return shipping costs, which amounted to around $20 via AusPost.

Poor Customer Service: It has now been three weeks, and we are still trying to get our money back. The company has been unresponsive, avoiding all communication. This level of customer service is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

In conclusion, I would recommend staying far away from Bondi Curls. All the good reviews you see on tik tok are paid reviews. The product and customer service experience have been extremely disappointing, and we regret the purchase. Save your money and look for more reputable brands!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. Takes forever to deliver. Its been ages. No customer service, doesn’t reply to emails. No phone number to call. Just autogenerated emails with lies about the product in my area and being delivered soon. But, never arrives. No real updates. Their website is shit too. Cant get in touch. I would not recommend this to anyone if they want to keep their peace of mind. They use their NEXT DAY SHIPPING to cheat people. Thats doesnt mean shit.

Not the best - not the worst. It’s a great solution if you don’t want to pay for the Dyson one. 3 ⭐️ because I can’t say it’s my fav but it also isn’t terrible.
It took me a few TikTok tutorials to figure out how to use it but once you’re used to it, it’s not too hard. I did notice my hair would get stuck at the bottom of the device as I have long hair and it sucks air in from the bottom (cord end).
I did think it would have their brand name on the actual device itself but their brand wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
IMPORTANT: it also does NOT come from Bondi Australia as I assumed it would considering it is called “Bondi Curls”. It was shipped from America and they promise next day shipping which it is not, I know it was the holidays but please don’t advertise that if you cannot guarantee facts. Overall not bad but wouldn’t buy again

Product is not quality. Extremely noisy to the point of deafening. Purchased reading that there was 100 trial and return. But now they have changed to say 14 days after receiving and NO CASH REFUND. If they accept your refund, they only offer store credit and they have no other products that they sell.
Also, no express (next day) tracked shipping, it took 2 weeks to receive.

Product is flimsy and cheap, definitely not worth the $ paid

The actual product sent was not as advertised. Quality was bad. They advertised as 100days free
Trial. Return if not satisfied. They now claimed, it’s not 100days, instead it’s a 14days. And the product got to be unused, in original packaging . Am taking them to Consumer Ombudsman

If I could leave no stars, I would. This product is a scam and a complete waste of money. Please do not waste your time. The return policy will not give you money back. Cheap and nasty Dyson rip off. Worth $3.50. Not sure who the influencers are promoting it, but they must have paid them well to fabricate claims about this absolute junk.
