Absolutely disgraceful company they are very misleading in their promoting of the 5 in 1 styler and stated it can be returned within 30 days money back guaranteed but now the company state they don’t do replacement as the product has been used which is unfair considering the cost of living and the products are unusable and poor quality please don’t get this product not worth it

If there’s a 0 star, Bondi Curls definitely deserve it.
Total scam, hundreds of customers have been scammed. Facebook profile removed.
I asked for a refund for an inferior product and they said no they do not do refunds instead they’ll do a store credit.

Avoid at all costs!

I wasn't sure if this was the real deal but it was. Fantastic product very light in weight everything works great. I think my hair is to short, shoulder length for the curlers but other than that highly recommend. As soon as they are taking orders again im getting one for my mum

bad quality, disapointing

I was suss because of the price and the social media marketing but I was so pleasantly surprised. Now I’m excited to use it because it makes my hair so beautiful. It can do straight or curly and it’s easy to use. It’s totally worth buying I’ve had no issues at all and it works amazing.

An absolute garbage product, drop shipped, and morning like the website claims.

After waiting weeks for a cheap generic plastic product drop shipped from China I finally got it. Dissapointed to say the least. Their customer service have showed a blatant disregard for Australian consumer law, and the rights of consumers.

They have made false and misleading claims on more than one count:
- satisfaction guarantee that they don't accept returns or do anything for you if you're not satisfied
- offer 14 days returns/try it for 14 days, but then they say you can't return it if it has been used and to "try it" but still be able to return you can't have opened or used the product.
- another place on the website claims you can try it for 30 days no worries
- photographs and videos on the website are not the same as the item sent (plain, different barrels, plastic, different buttons, no branding)
- claims that 'packaging has been changed' when the product is clearly not the same as those pictured (different barrels, handles, controls)
- item not fit for purpose given it does not perform as expected for a curler. It blows air but doesn't curl. The curls fall out of one side of the head before you've finished the other side.
- claim to curl a whole head in 5 minutes. It takes way longer as they have to be done in small sections to work and even then they all fall out
- claim to be an Australian company and yet products are shipped from China
- claim to be fast shipping of 4 days, but the item does not arrive for two or more weeks
- falsified "reviews" on their website and social media.
- very little basic instructions which has spelling errors etc.

And the list goes on.

As with all online purchases I make sure I can receive a refund. All over the website it states 14 day MONEY back guarantee. As my purchase was a gift and the recipient didn't want the product I initiated a return only to be told that because they are a small business they can only issue store credit. Despite arguing with them that their policy says "Money" back they still refused. Store credit for what? There is nothing else to purchase. Have contacted NSW Fair Trading.

I bought this 5 in 1 hair styler but took 2 weeks to arrive, material looks so bad and they do not offer refund. They just offered store credit but you can only spend it in this cheap tool. I do not recommend this product

I was disappointed in a 3 week wait for delivery. Then when my package arrived, I received a 5 in 1 hair drying brush set in a generic / no name box. The brush set nor the packaging has no Bondi Curls logos / information. I am not happy at all.

Absolute garbage, and when I asked for help on Instagram, they blocked me. They are not Sydney based. It's like something out of a $2 store, no instructions, doesn't work, silly me for not reading these reviews first!

hairstyler pro arrived. Given that they claim they are Sydney based it seems that the product is drop shipped. The product is unbranded, cheap and low quality and definitely not suited for fine hair or extensions. There was no manual either. Asked for return and refund but received the answer that only store credit can be issued due to sale. So it seems that the sale promotion technique is used to avoid refunds. Also, they do not seem to sell any other products in their store. So store credit for what? My recommendation is DO NOT BUY.

Do not purchase Bondi Curls! It’s a cheap knockoff that is nothing like the advertisements. Barely works and doesn’t spin like in the adverts. It’s a useless piece of Chinese rubbish. The tools are near impossible to change. Doesn’t do anything like what is promised.

Fake garbage product which is shipped from China, not Sydney. Please do not waste your money, the crap I received looks extremely different to the promotional videos and doesn’t even switch on. After many emails they will only offer store credit…to be used on the same fake appliance they posted. Not a real company in Australia. Please do not waste your money.

So disappointed in the product I received. Nothing like the advertised product. It was supposedly on sale. Very poor quality, and they don’t allow returns, even though I wrote the same day I received the product. It’s still in the packaging. It looks so flimsy and such bad quality. Don’t waste your money.

What a fantastic product, does everything it claims too... be prepared for the long delivery time but worth the wait.
My only issue is I ordered the pink and got the blue.

Doesn’t do what it’s advertised to do with and no way compares to a Dyson!! False advertising!!

They claim that they give you a 14 day money back guarantee but need you to send them a video of what the problem is with the product so they can improve the quality of the product and their service. Seriously a video is going to help them improve a quality of a product and a service when you can tell them in words what the problem is!

Would not recommend this product. Do not buy and waste your money.

Love the hair-dryer part, was very easy to use. The curls are a bit harder to learn to do. I found the unit heats up on the hottest setting really quickly and changing between the different heads requires a heat glove.

Scam!!! Cheap quality, no name brand..does not look like the advertised product.
