I also would give 0 stars. I never received a delivery and am struggling to get a refund. They refunded 15% of the order $12.00 with n email advising the rest will come. Ailna there customer service person never responds. Will lodge a dispute with my credit card company for my full refund

If I could give NO stars I would! I bought this cheap 💩 from China. The sizing is extra small. The fabric is polyester. I told Bondi Essentials I wanted to return it. Alina at Bondi Essentials which is NOT an Australian company, told me I could return it to their factory of underpaid workers in China and when they received it I’d be refunded. THREE MONTHS LATER the cheap 💩 from China was returned to me! The address Alina gave me does not exist!! I URGE ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING FROM BONDI ESSENTIALS AND ALINA TO THINK AGAIN!! This is a SCAM and now I’m left with landfill!

Less than 1 star - my order from June 2025 has still not arrived and now August 2025. I have emailed both Bondi Essentials and the Courier service (as advised by BE) I am being told that the courier has now classed my items as ‘lost in transit’ - will never buy from this company and would advise others not to as well. All I want is a refund and now they are playing the blame game with the courier service - not good enough!!! Very unhappy customer !!

Bondi Essentials is an absolute scam. The items I received looked NOTHING like the photos on their website. The quality is laughable – cheap, flimsy, and clearly mass-produced garbage from overseas.

When I tried to return the items, they refused to offer a proper refund and demanded I pay for return shipping to CHINA (which costs more than the product itself). Instead, they tried to bribe me with a pathetic 10% refund to keep the junk I didn’t want.

This company deliberately misleads customers with fake advertising and “too good to be true” sales. They bank on the fact that you won’t go through the expensive return process. It’s a shady, unethical business model, and they should be shut down.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! 1. Cheap and nasty fabric that did not resemble the colour advertised. 2. The sewing of the garments was shoddy, and overall, very poorly manufactured. 3. Customer service is unprofessional, bullying and 'stock' responses. 4. Misleading and false claims to be based in Sydney but customer must ship items to China at own expense. 5. I knew immediately the garment would have to be returned due to the cheap quality of fabric and immediately attempted to return it but have endured a lengthy, disgusting process of disrespectful barrage, trying to force me to accept a small percentage of a refund, instead of being transparent and acting with integrity to just refund the garment. Countless reviews advise that this is a 'scam' as I have belatedly discovered. Try legal assistance by contacting Consumer Affairs Australia.

Scam website that pretends to be a family run Aussie business. You get inferior crap from china that looks nothing like they have on their website and of course you can’t do returns unless you ship to China!!!

Item ordered was never received. Bondi Essentials was very unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility or provide a refund. Referred me to their logistics provider who never responded to me either. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! Complete scam

Had problems receiving order - when arrived sizing all wrong: XL is barely a size 14 & 2XL lucky to be size 16. When I requested return information received an address in China (at my own expense) but advised high chance of parcel being lost! Have offered me a 15% refund & I keep the item that doesn’t fit!

Scammers rubbish quality clothes. Do not buy from them you cannot get your money back. Don’t tell you they are Chinese scammers

This company is a scam. Pretends to be in Sydney but is actually Chinese. I ordered a jacket which turned out to be totally different in colour, style and fabric from the one in the website. I sent it back to China at my own cost and it arrived in China on 16 June. It has not been delivered to the warehouse and I have lost my money as well as the cost of postage. Do not buy from this company. They are a total scam!

If I could give this site no stars I would. Fake website stating location as Sydney Australia. THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY! If you want to return something for a different size, you need to send back to CHINA at your own cost. They do state that returns are at clients cost, however, the website has location as Sydney. The quality of clothes for what you pay are NOT value for money. It is sh*@t shape and fit, the materials are horrible. Temu offer better service, full refunds, with the same clothes! The minute I opened my parcel I knew I had been scammed. Trying to get my money back and they would not refund until I sent the items back to CHINA. These companies need to be shut down, this company is NOT in Sydney Australia. I chose not to send anything back and donate to good will, perhaps something nice will happen in return. I have no confidence that sending my items back would get me a refund at all. So disappointed.

THE WORST ONLINE STORE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Bought a loungewear set for winter and wished I hadn't.
1st set - the correct size for me - both top and pants don't fit and are too short.
Emailed them and was told "that's ok, no problem. You can send them back to us or keep this set. Just pay the postal fee and we can send you the next size up".
Paid the postal fee.
2nd set arrived and again not the right size. Pants are too short and the top fits, it looks baggy.

Emailed them back and same automated response.

Don't buy from them.
And if you do and have the same experience - go straight to your bank and get your money back.

Any other positive review is just fake.
Look on Scam alert on FB.

Had a problem with size of garment when received. Not knowing the sizes in details I chose my normal size in clothes and found it too small. After service was very appreciated and quick response to exchange to the next size. Thank you guys.
