what a blissful and knowledgeable journey. The trainers are really sweet and they really helped me a lot to explore one of my hobbies i.e, yoga. The things I learnt along with having a lot of fun is now a memory I would cherish forever. It gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel prepared to tackle any situation cuz yoga is not just about asanas. It teaches us the way to live the life and not simply spend it. Really greatful to Bodhi school of yoga ☺️☺️☺️☺️

I signed up for the 200-hour yoga teacher training to deepen my physical practice, but I got so much more than I ever expected. The program was incredibly well-structured and the instructor (Ms Eena)was a wealth of knowledge. She didn't just teach us poses; she taught us the 'why' behind everything.
​Learning about the Yoga Sutras and Pranayama (breathing techniques) completely changed the way I see the world. I've become more aware of my breath and its power to calm my mind and body in stressful situations. This training didn't just change my yoga practice; it changed how I react to stress and how I connect with people. I'm more grounded, more focused, and I've found a newfound sense of clarity in my everyday life.

Learning at Bodhi yoga school with Eena ma’am has been such a beautiful and life changing journey. She explains everything so clearly and with so much patience not just the asanas, but also the deeper meaning and philosophy behind yoga. I feel more connected with myself.
