The staff are useless they make you wait for two hours just to talk to some useless person

Very happy with service
Was recommended a couple of years ago and have not looked back. Whenever I have had a problem Ivan from Blue Box has responded immediately either by phone or a visit and sorted out my problem. Very happy.

Nothing is ever too much trouble....
I was lucky enough to be introduced to Ivan & Blue Box Technologies, a number of years ago.
Since then, none of my IT issues (of which there have been many) have ever been too much trouble for him to deal with and resolve, with the minimal amount of fuss.
Ivan has always approached any situation in the same polite, professional (& knowledgeable) manner.
I have found that any fees charged have always been reasonable given the level of service provided.
I can't recommend Ivan & Blue Box Technologies highly enough.

Great service
I‘ve relied on Ivan for many years to fix problems of all sorts with my home computers. He’s very knowledgeable and always cheerful and has come to my home on many occasions very quickly after an SOS call as well as making remote repairs.
His charges have always been very treasonable and I would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone who needs computer problems analysed and fixed.

Efficient and courteous
Ivan Rodrigues has looked after all my computer requirements very efficiently and courteously over very many years. Most issues can be resolved remotely, but if required he will visit me at home. If he can't answer the phone immediately he calls back promptly after I leave a message. I have been more than pleased with the service he provides.
