A service company that doesn't provide Service
So Workflo Solutions took over Redwax Hosting and throughout the time, the Hosting continuously went down. Their service response was slow and every time it went down, their service technical department failed to provide a decent explanation or solution for the future to ensure this never happened again. Their staff just didn't really care (that was the impression I got everytime).
I used Redwax for over 10 Years and the only reason I did was because it was local. It's now owned by an Workflo Solutions and I wished I had migrated away from the first time I'd experienced issues.
Last weekend they cut my account off all weekend and left my ecommerce website down. No reply, no weekend Tech support - nothing, until Monday at 9am.
To be fair to them, they did send 2 x emails, however, they went to my junk file so missed them.
No call before during the week or Friday before they switched the hosting off or simple Whatsapp message (super easy to do in automation these days in your CRM) - they switched off the Hosting for the sake of £35 (and remember I had been a customer for over 10 Years!)
Monday Morning the support staff just laughed and said "we don't work weekends".
I did ask for a call from a senior manager and as expected and from past experience.....nothing.
