I requested a reduced payment to help when I lost my job/home. I immediately started paying again including towards the arrears. They update my credit file with ‘missed payment’ every month. My credit rating is wrecked even though the outstanding balance comes down every month, how is this missed?
To top it off I called today to ask if my direct debit was in place correctly as since January I have had to call to make payment and be treated like I’m trying not to pay.
Today’s call was with an incredibly rude woman who clearly needs lessons in customer service.

Worst company to deal with too many departments that end up telling you they will get back to you which never do communication is poor and having to pass security 4times on the same phone while being passed around also waiting 20+ minutes they will cover there tracks be careful read all the finance paper work do not sign on the day but if in doubt do not use worst company

DO NOT USE PAID ALL OF THIS MONEY SENT THEM CERTIFICATE TO SAY I HAVE PAID THEM VIA MY IVA. The company has financially destroyed me and they have just me a bill for £6k it’s been PAID!!! I have sent you all the docs.

Horrible, unsympathetic company!
Poor complaints process, advisers lie and hang up on you, thank fully I am well and truly rid of these horrible people.
Karma will prevail though, THESE GUYS ARE GOING TO GET HAMMERED WITH MIS SELLING!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking company! Do not use. We have been going through complaints for almost a year now and nothing has been resolved. Now we try and ring and you are on hold for over 2 hours so never get to speak to anyone. We are left with a broken car and no way of contacting complaints team.STAY CLEAR

I bought a car from them a year ago on hire purchase. Since I never received the V55 log book and they are the registered owner of the car, I assumed they would renew the road tax. When I called them, I was told that it was my responsibility. After I pointed out that they never sent me the log book, the person I spoke to said they would check with their manager and call me back—but they never did. I still haven't received the log book, and I had to tax my car at the post office, paying an additional £25 fee. I'm very unhappy with their service.

The finance process was seamless and stress-free, no complaints there. Everything was arranged efficiently with no issues.
However, my experience with customer service, specifically with a representative named Molly Meek, was disappointing. She was passive-aggressive and rude, which significantly impacted my overall experience. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional, and I was particularly taken aback when she asked a personal and intrusive question about where I was getting the money to pay off my finance. When I questioned whether I had to answer, her demeanor shifted, and she became even more unpleasant.
I strongly suggest the company review customer interactions and monitor calls to ensure a better experience for customers. Excellent service should extend beyond just arranging finance, it should also include respectful and professional customer support.

Spoke to Angela at blue motor. She is actually a real life angel... this lady was kind and understanding, she conversation with me and reassured me.. was efficient and clear and went out of her way to make sure one that I was OK OK two that I was reviewing the correct level of service.. A massive weight has been taken off my shoulders so thank you Angles I feel so much better..

If I could 0 stars then I would, this company is a joke, I work for a car dealership and I purchased a car through them and financed it through blue. Unfortunately I had to reject the car and do an ROA. Blue motor then wrongly put 2 missed payments on my credit file massively effecting my score, all I got was oh that’s our mistake well will try and remove it! NO you will remove it if not there will be consequences, this is not professional or right. Considering I work with finance on a daily basis and i do not expect this from a high company like yourselves! Sort it out as you cannot do what you’ve done and get away with it!
Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!

1. Efficient customer service during the purchase period.
2. Excessive interest rates applied to the purchase price is the only distasteful experience.
3. Customer portal link doesn't work effectively, I have had no access to the customer portal.

Honestly this company only cares about dishing out the finances and nothing more. They have reported on my file 3 missed payments when evidence supports that I paid in the months they say are missed. Instead the one month that I informed them of due to maternity leave pay and rearranged a payment schedule shows paid! Which is a lie as reflected on my bank statements. They will destroy your credit and refuse to fix ut forcing you to take action outside and causing even more stress than necessary. Not to mention the car I got was faulty not long after receiving it and they refused to help with that. They are a very uncaring company... actually ruthless. Be very careful you don't get into hardship not even for a month.
