Blue Air 

I try to buy but first I was looking here and it's again nightmare! good to see this on Trustpilot and do not make the same mistake to buy and loose my money and I will tell to all my friends about what's happened how many complains are on around of World about this company.
Few years ago I was stopped exactly in the entrance door of access to airplane from this blueair and I had not anything with late or another problem and even I was first person to booking and because their computers fail and even the functionary promise me he will not let me down I become the last person and when come my place to go to the plane they stop me without motive and never give me money back then is clear also from all of You, they do intentionally for win our money and because they do not have also connection to Insurance or Customer protection. It's look they are illegal or something because none get money back like they promise in their site rules until we buy their tickets. Also, I never so something like that, they repeat the same from years to unjustified passengers. They do not resolve Needier in 2022?
And because of stop me without any minimal guilt I loose my house because I come late to Tribunal and I become Homeless from that day. I never has family from when I was born and when I buy finally my house they take from me because of Blue Air Ro. If blue air ro was take me on time I has my home but they do not have humanity.

Heenvluchten gecancelled paar maanden voor vertrek en niemand te bereiken. Ik krijg schrik dat we al ons geld kwijt zijn van 7 tickets. Bedrijf reageert sporadisch dat het langer dan normaal duurt om terug te betalen (nu al meer dan 2 maanden) en geld wordt gewoonweg niet teruggestort.

Det er et yderst useriøst selskab. Et hav af ændringer og aflysninger - både før og efter Corona. Har mistet sååå mange penge. Min skyld: kommer ALDRIG til at bestille biletter hos dem - uanset hvor stor en omvej, jeg måtte tage. For så kommer jeg frem - i modsætning til ved Blue Air

Simply terrible. Avoid like the plague. Difficult to deal with. When they change your flight with no notice, you will still be requesting a refund 6 months later. They blame the pandemic for their problems. It has taken me hours of complaining and still no refund.

Dear Heathrow Airport management, can you please make sure that Companies using your Terminals are not scamming people with your staff beeing part of the fraud? Blue Air is not allowing customers with childrens to check in online with the message: Cannot perform online check-in because for this reservation random seat allocation is not possible. Please attach seats to you booking or report to the check-in desk 2 hours before your flight. You will be assigned seats for free at check-in desk based on availability.

Once at the check in gate the staff is instructed to charge customers 30 pounds per person to allocate a seat and allow them to check in. The staff is making a fictive call aparently to the office in Romania and tell you that with a new Blue Air policy you have to pay the 30 pounds per person to be alowed to board the airplane. I have made complaints to every authority in Romania and to Blue Air but the scam is happening in your Terminal and the ticketing staff is instructed to charge customers the 30 pounds and part of the scam. Can this matter be addressed and scams not allowed at your airport it makes everyone look bad.

I'm still waiting my money for the tickets i bought for March-April 2020. I have been refunded from other airlines i had tickets for the same period, but this one is a completely scam. They are inaccessible, you can't have a real communication with them and when you get lucky to answer a call of yours (after 100 times of trying), they will lie to you until you stop trying to reach them. Also they deleted my account after they scammed me, without an explanation.

Per disperazione e parlare subito con un operatore ho chiamato il call centre e 20 minuti di chiamata pagata 16 euro e non ha risposto nessuno anzi è caduta la linea in automatico.
Mi chiedo com'è possibile che sia legale tutto ciò...vergognoso

Absolutely nightmare ,flights cancelled by Blue Air and after 4 months still haven't received the refund, terrible customer service,stay away.

Bought 5 flight tickets which were cancelled. 2 years they still haven't refunded me 1000 euros. Hope they go … !

I had a flight disrupted last year and I made a claim I’ve got a compensation offer to book a flight with blue air anywhere where I’d like. I was waiting for the time when I can use this opportunity and it was today when I decided to book a flight to Cyprus. I was reading the reviews and I wasn’t hoping much, however, the people whom I spoke with through the phone they were very helpful and nice, especially Andrea! Their customer service was great! Here we come I will be off to Cyprus with Blueair! A huge Thank you for the customer service team!

From customer service to all they have in place they don’t deserve to be on the market.
They scammed so many people that I still wonder why they still operate.
I struggle to get MY MONEY BACK since 2020, emails over emails, many requests and messages and no feedback so with no chance of getting them back I tried to buy new tickets but I am not able as money from wallet are misplaced by their operators!
Spend another £60 on the phone trying to sort this over the phone only to be hung up by a “lady” called Elena.
I wish one day Karma hit them so so bad and make up for all the people who lost their money to this company.
Shame on you and your staff for the lies you tell and for what are you putting your customers through!

I booked a flight last October, my flight got postponed and I was not able to fly at the new date so I choose a refund. Still waiting to this date. But after reading others reviews that are waiting since 2019..i now know that I'll never see the money back. Customer service is non existant. Only automatic replies. They should not be allowed to exist, let alone fly

Worst company ever waited for my refund for one year but do not received yet.
Mentioned that they cancelled my flight.

I’ve been waiting for a refund for my flights since 2019, I kept asking and when they do decide to reply it’s always the same… it will take longer. The company will not commit to any dates even after a lot of complaints and requests. What a disgrace!! Don’t go with them.. if you book it’s at your own risk!!!

Acum ceva timp v-am da 1 stea și un comentariu negativ, dar fiindcă am vorbit cu agenți voștri prin e-mail, sunt mulțumit de tot ajutorul lor, și de aceea mi-am schimbat părerea,și acum o să vă scriu un comentariu din dragoste :) cu se zice.

Sunt mulțumit de rapiditatea răspunsurilor și de ajutor agenților primit prin e-mail.
Mi-ar plăcea să mă pot baza pe voi, deoarece sunteți o companie românească și eu țin la țara mea. Un unceș de-al meu și eu, am avut câteva zboruri anulate ( lucrul ce nu mi-sa întâmplat niciodată cu Wizzair, și zbor cu ei an de an) și de atunci nu mai am încredere în voi.
Tare mi-aș dori să fiți serioși ca să fie lumea mândră, cum că în sfârșit are și România ceva de calitate și serios. Sincer e trist să vezi cum toți românii zboară cu Wizzair, fiindcă sunt mai serioși decât companiile noastre românești.

My flight was cancelled and Blue Air doesn't want to refund me...Please avoid this company.

Booked two Flights for July No problem £305.48.
Trying to change Flights to June owing to operation in July found out after I had booked flights.
They now want another £255.08 extra to change flights
How can the get away with this

Scammed.
