They have poor horrible customer service, they cancel your flights for no reason, and won't return your money.

À deux reprises j’ai eu droit à l’annulation du vol, avec possibilité de le reporter…. un mois plus tard! Pratique, non?
Ayant bien évidemment refusé ( et donc pris une autre compagnie à la place, avec le surcoût de dernière minute),
je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée suite à la première annulation, un an auparavant.
La deuxième annulation vient juste d’être faite, idem, proposition de reporter le vol après 3 semaines, que j’ai bien évidemment refusé La promesse de remboursement… je n’y crois plus.
Autant dire, c’est la dernière fois que je réserve par cette compagnie.

They changed my flight hours/days 3 times in 2 months, and then cancelled my flight 2 weeks before the fly.
I ask them to refund my money in my bank account not blue air wallet and received them after i made a complaint to ANPC.
DO NOT BUY TICKETS from these scammers.

They cancelled my flight 5 months ago and I didn't get a refund. I've sent 4 emails and all the responses are the same with no specific information. I will never fly with them ever again! The next step I will take is to make a complaint at ANPC and hopefully I get a refund.

Update: When I asked a refund, I gave them an account number .... after 8 months I received the refund in the wrong account and can't access the money.

The worst airline ever. They are thiefs! I booked a flight via Edreams and on my return flight from Florence to Bucharest they asked me to pay 30€ at the check in desk! They never mentioned anything about this ridiculous tax I’ve never heard of in my life and I fly pretty often. Not to mention that the airplane was dirty! Shame on you!

Absolut unseriös, Flüge zum wiederholten mal gestrichen, nur ein Bruchteil des gezahlten Betrags wurden aufs Wallet gutgeschrieben.Niemend erreichbar. VERBRECHER!!!!!

Ein stern noch zu viel,. Nur Verbrecher, Betrüger. FINGWR WEG !!!! Aandaurnd seit 2 Jahren gestrichene Flüge, Geld nie zurüch bekommen . Nie wieeeder !!

It is by far the worst customer service ever, plus tricks to take more money from you in every way possible. We bought hand luggage so we wouldnt have to check-in bags and waste time at the airport - you could only do that with buying also priority boarding (which they dont even put into practice, it's just some scheme to get more money from customers). We couldn't check in online unless we ALSO bought seats and no one was willing to help -- I was told i've called the free number and if i wanted more help to call the number with a rate (0.6 eur/min). I've had two phone calls with people who got very argumentative and then just hung up on me.

They are scummy scammers and it's a shame they are still in business.

ALSO, after these two calls i decided to purchase seats and still wasnt able to checkin online. every attempt to call again was disconnected after more than 10 minutes waiting time. Maybe they recognised my number from before and didnt want to take it.

Please do yourselves a favour and NEVER EVER choose this airline.

Trying to charge me £157 in addition to the £77 already paid for a flight that is £72 on their website - this airline is the lowest of the low and I will never ever use them again. When I pointed this out to their representative she got argumentative and when I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up. Fly with someone else, even if more expensive, do not give your money to them.

Unos estafadores es lo que son. Éramos 20 pasajeros que nos quedamos sin volar por culpa de su incompetencia y por ofrecer cero ayuda. Cuando le pedimos ayuda nos dijeron que no era su trabajo ayudarnos a sacar un documento que OTRAS COMPAÑÍAS NO PIDEN y encima NO SE ESPECIFICA SU REQUISITO EN LA WEB. Además, solo por pedirles ayuda llamaron a las personas de Seguridad diciendo que éramos violentos y agresivos. Se giraron y nos dijeron que si queríamos volar en su compañía, habría otro vuelo el sábado (dentro de una semana)!!!! Cuando mi hija me hizo el documento, de forma completamente rápido mientras ella trabajaba, se lo enseñé y me dijo ''TO LATEEE'' y se fue cerrando las puertas de embarque. Tuvimos que comprar otro vuelo para poder llegar a casa ese mismo día a 560 euros... Perdimos todo el dinero por culpa de BLUE MIERDAIR.

This company must be one of the worst I have dealt with. In 2020, our flights were cancelled because of the pandemic. We received and automatic refund on their online wallet. Until this year we did not want to travel. I had a look on their website and prices kept changing so often within 24h it was unreal. I found cheaper tickets somewhere else and I raised a ticket to receive my wallet amount refunded to the original method of payment (which I am entitled to). It has been almost 2 weeks since raising this ticket with them and there has been no contact from them. I wanted to call them, but these scammers, for an unknown reason have taken out their UK free phone number (01293 874926) and replaced with a 50p/min premium number (09091420598) for which you do not have a free alternative. This is one of the scummiest thing I have seen a company do. Literally, they do not reply to your tickets/complaints and you cannot chase them by other means. So, you get an idea about how helpful the phone numbers list is, here a stat for you: 65 out of 1296 have found that list helpful.

A mi hija le cancelaron un vuelo de septiembre 2021 y aún no le han devuelto. Ponen de excusa el covid.

Flug wurde stoniert, es ist niemand erreichbar und das Geld für die Flüge wurde nie zurückerstattet. Unseriöses Unternehmen!

Très mauvais . Compagnie escroc… il facture 35 euro par billet pour enregistrement à l’aéroport sauf que leur application indique 24H avant enregistrement non ouvert

The worst. Have been waiting for a 30€ return for a year. Called them 3 times. Everything they assure me it’s going to happen. But it’s not about those 30€. It’s about the principle. And yet they keep advertising discounts on their website. Pay your debts first!

The worst fly company in the world. I have 1 year and half since I wait for my cancelled flight refund, and they ignore me. Today I sent one complain to ECCRO. Let's see what happens.
