Blue Air 

My flights have been cancelled 3 times and changed the schedule another 3 times in just 2 weeks.

ESTAFA.
Me han cancelado un vuelo con conexión y no solo no me compensan por la perdida del otro vuelo sino que ni siquiera me devuelven el dinero q su cancelación. Miraré si puedo denunciar pero desde luego lo q no haré es volar con ellos y por supuesto toda la mala prensa que pueda.

I have booked a flight a month ago, but I never received the confirmation email. I have tried reaching out to the company several times, via email, phone calls to their call centres in the UK & Romania, Facebook, Twitter and whatnot. I also work in the travel industry, and I can honestly say I have never dealt with more appaling service.

Avoid at all costs. Canceling flights and giving back money in their crappy credits is common practice.

If they do fly, their stewards focus on anything but flight safety. A joke of an airline

Fate attenzione durante la prenotazione dei posti a sedere, creata ad hoc per cercare di obbligarti a pagare dei soldi (spoilage amount).
Un altro volo dove dovevano rimborsarmi per aver fatto diverse ore di ritardo, 0 rimborsi perché è in una situazione economica difficile. Il cliente non può controbattere. Cercate di evitarla

Avoid at all costs! Taking your money then cancels the flight offering you credits not the money! Absolutely disgraceful! Avoi avoid avoid! Use Ryanair / Wizz air or Jet and avoid these bunch of scammers!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely awful service or non existent. My flights times has been modified three times and moved to a different airport. I am looking to find the form to request a refund but no where to be found. No phone number you can use to reach them. Embarrassing!

Absolutely the worst company to deal with especially for passengers with disabilities requesting special assistance. I have emailed them requesting assistance and did not had any reply from them even after a week. The customer service phone numbers are all premium number and they cost £0.50 per minute and I’m currently on hold with them for over 30 min.
They also changed our flight and moved our tickets to the next day and the seats that we already purchased for the flight have disappeared and have no possibility of changing them online.
Absolutely a nightmare company to deal with and I would suggest to avoid them completely.

Vacanza rovinata a causa della loro disorganizzazione.
Perché continuano a garantire voli e tratte se poi li cancellano? praticamente è una truffa

OMG! they change the flight, fair enough. I am offered a refund, however the only option is a refund to my "wallet" i.e a voucher...that'll be a no thank you. Their websites states you can get a refund to your payment source by filling in a form, but that form is NOWHERE on their site and the link is just a loop, Their call center is non exisitng, 45 minuttes on hold and still not through

Son unos ladrones te cancelan el vuelo,si quieres otro día te lo suben más del doble y para devolverte el dinero dicen que un año, sinvergüenzass ladrones yo no sé cómo España permite a estos ladrones campar a sus anchas,había que echarlos voy a denunciarlos a esa,a ver si pueden devolverme el dinero, sinvergüenzass ladrones os deseo lo peor gentuza.

Cancelan los vuelos y nos dicen que disponen de dos años para devolvernos el dinero.
Directamente te cuelgan el teléfono.

Chose another airline company!!! BlueAir are a joke! I've been trying to get a refund since 2020 (approx. £400) and they offered me a voucher without even asking me!! I couldn't speak with anyone on the phone or emails! They send automated emails only! I used their voucher twice and every time they cancelled my flights! This is an airline company without customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

Use Ryanair instead, one flight and got delayed

The reviews say it all, sadly accurate this company is really bad, you cannot phone them as they choose a phone service of £5/minute. They only moved the flight money into their blue wallet, the extras I paid for hasn't been moved. Choose another airline if you want proper customer care.

Pessima! Purtroppo non ho potuto effettuare il volo perché il mi compagno si era ammalato, non sono riuscita sul sito a cancellare i voli per poter chiedere all’assicurazione che ho pagato il rimborso, potevo solamente cambiare le date all’onestissimo prezzo di180€, ladri! Ho chiamato più volte il Call Center e nessuno mi ha risposto, inesistente, ho provato anche a contattarli sul sito perché ho bisogno dì un loro foglio che attesti che non ho effettuato il volo per farmi rimborsare i soldi dall’assicurazione e nessuno ancora mi ha risposto nonostante siano passate settimane e settimane.
Siete veramente degli incompetenti, penso che non esista una compagnia aerea peggiore, veramente vergognosi.
Non vi meritate neanche un centesimo.

Do not choose this company!! I have been trying to get a refund for 2 years now. There is nobody you can talk to. After all this years I’ve decided to get my money as a voucher. Big mistake!! My flight got cancelled again a few times and now they have changed the departure airport without asking and I am having problems doing my check in. Never ever again!! Avoid!!
