Blue Air 

I would like to give 0 starts, flight was cancelled less than a week after being booked, that was three weeks ago, I asked for a refund but nothing yet, no confirmation on a email that I asked for a refund or anything. But of course you could always phone customer service ... you will only have to pay 0.50£ per minute... add that one to the 420£ that I didn't get back, it's ridiculous.

my flight was simply canceled. I was not offered another option to fly and I risk losing my job because of this.

This airline company belongs to NELU IORDACHE, a great Romanian CROOK who is now in prison for 12 years and 6 months. Besides the fact that it has harmed the state with hundreds of millions of euros and many elate scams,destroyed TAROM company and also highways that he did not built, because he owns such a company this notorious crook that you can access in a simple search on Google, now it harms ordinary citizens who are struggling to raise a penny. Beware of this company of thieves,sorry for you all guys!!!

Now this company is being investigated and possibly by a fine of at least 2 million euros! This company was financed from the damage brought to the customers who paid the ticket money but then the flights were canceled! Attention to scammers, NELU IORDACHE AND BLUE AIR!!!!

If you want to loose money and ruin your plans then go and buy flight tickets from this company. Your flight will be canceled shortly and you won't see your money back.

Stavo prenotando un volo per agosto insieme alla compagna e a un gattino tralaltro pagato 80 andata e 80 ritorno un furto praticamente..finisco la procedura e pago solo che non ho mai ricevuto nessun biglietto..hanno preso i soldi ma niente biglietto. Ho chiamato il call center varie volte superando i 20 min di chiamata buttati più di 50 euro di chiamate e mai nessuno che abbia risposto. Praticamente 550 euro buttati. Andrò a fare denuncia ai carabinieri per tentare di recuperare i soldi dalla banca.

They keep f*ck1ng up the hours of flights, 2 weeks before the flight itself. The hours are basically middle of the night. Avoid

You do NOT have a single valid reason to fly BlueAir. NOBODY does.

First off it's not that cheap really. Secondly, our flight departure and return destination was changed to a different, inconvenient airport at a different inconvenient time -- EU regulations imply that a refund or a free change should be offered, but that won't appear anywhere in the email they send you (which essentially reads "it is what it is, suck it up"). Thirdly, and the true cherry on top, some of the reserved seats we bought in order to travel together had to be BOUGHT AGAIN A SECOND TIME OVER FOR NO REASON, as the child in our party was moved far from her parents for no good reason at all once the departure airport was changed. Finally, there is no customer support. Two requests to at least reimburse the same seats we had to needlessly buy for a second time and not cheaply, fell into some kind of black hole and were systematically ignored. Ludicrous, they shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Basically TAROM flies to pretty much all BlueAir destinations and these days their fares are comparable -- and when you add up all the inconveniences, not only will you be happier with TAROM but also quite likely with more cash in your wallet. Avoid like the plague.

Don't book any flight on this company. It is a big thief company, don't trust them anymore. I lost a lot of money because of them. They cancelled my flights twice, firstly they forced me to choose another date and after few days they cancelled all and left me with no choice because the next flights are after 4 months . I lost a lot of money because now they're blocked on the blueair wallet.I know that my money are lost and for this reason I leave this message, please don't buy nothing from them. The WORST COMPANY!!!

Guys don't book any flight on this company. It is a big scam, don't trust them anymore. I lost a lot of money because of them. They have no intention of offering you a flight.
I am amazed this company is allowed to operate. They should be removed from google search. I am sorry for a lot of people that will be scammed as they are unaware of this thives.

Tenía un vuelo para junio. Han cancelado el vuelo y desde hace 3 semanas estoy esperando la devolución del dinero. Al llamar no te dan información sobre el plazo de devolución...solo que van a tardar mucho. Cuanto? 1 mes, 2 meses, 1 año, el infinito? O simplemente no te lo devuelven? Es una vergüenza. Nunca más ultizare esta compañía.
Al ver tantas malas opiniones sobre lo mismo, se debería de organizar un a demanda colectiva.

Cancelled flight, they say it will take about 12 weeks to get a refund to your payment source. No confirmation e-mail that my refund claim is registred. Meanwhile I had to book a more expensive flight.

They cancelled my trips fee times and didn’t gave a refund requested for nearly 1 year till I said refund to my electronic wallet .
Unfortunately I have to use them and now stuck again and again refuse to refund the money in the account
They are impossible to contact and never acknowledge any request, never mind helping

No compres billetes, nunca nunca, haz caso a todos los comentarios que lees, te quedarás sin vuelo y sin dinero. Como puede ser legal una compañía así.

I made a mistake by booking on 8 juny, but i wanted to book for 8 july. Other flying companies at least pays you the half back here they don’t want do that. Have a bit understanding for people :(

Tres veces que les he reclamado el tenido de un vuelo que ellos mismos le dieron la gana de cancelar el 29 de Enero de 2022 de Madrid a bucarest y sigo esperando la devolución del mismo, legalmente deberían de devolverlo en 7 días y te ponen un copypaste indicando que el vuelo está registrado para devolver pero por situaciones actuales puede que demore,4 meses esperando e incluso pedirles confirmación de que se ha realizado el pago o cuando pretenden hacerlo ...y nada , desde luego no cojan vuelos de esta compañía porque van a perder dinero seguro.
