Blue Air 

Unfortunately I couldn't fly anymore because of health problems. Called the company 10 days before and they wouldn't give a voucher to use it later, their only option was me to change the date for additional cost of £160. I've paid £350 the tickets,money I lost because of their way to handle unpredictable situations. Very disappointed. I will never use again this company

I booked two flights with Blue Air on 4th April 2022, from Bucharest to LHR. The flight was due to leave Bucharest on the 10th of May 2022 at 16.40 and arrive in London at 18.05. On the 8th of April 2022 I was informed of a schedule change. Our flights would now be leaving at 19.05 and arriving at 20.30 in London.

On the 12th of April 2022 our flights were cancelled. I was informed of the cancellation by email. I submitted a refund request on the online form. I received immediate confirmation that my refund request had been submitted and I would receive an email when it is processed.

On the 26th of April 2022 and 3rd of May 2022 I continued to receive emails informing me that my flight was cancelled but no correspondence from Blue Air regarding my refund. On the 8th of May 2022 I submitted another refund request via the online form on the Blue Air website and received another confirmation that it had been received and I would receive an email once it had been processed.

Up until 12th July I hadn't received a refund. I had tried everything - Facebook messages, comments, another contact form.

I then found the email addresses for Oana Petrescu (Chairwoman of Blue Air), Adrian Ionascu (CEO) and others (including a customer care specialist for Blue Air Andreaa Boanca) and emailed a letter of complaint. I said I was disgusted this airline could operate out of the UK and our busiest airport, London Heathrow, that they lure customers in with low prices and then don't intend to actually fly them anyway. I ended by saying that I'd be writing a letter to Guardian Money.

Well, guess what? The next day my refund was processed. I received my money back yesterday.

Email to the company should be in the following format: [first name].[last name]@blueair.aero. I found everyone via Linkedin. It's worth a try!

Sunt in assentiment celor care zic ca e o companie de care trebuie sa fugi. De ce? Referitor la cazul meu sunt hoti la drumul mare. Fiica mea ( 17 ani si 11 luni) calatoreste singura de la Cluj la Barcelona. Taxa pt NEINSOTIRE minor este de 80 eur. Asadar, pt i.sotitor era un pic mai ieftin, dar cum e " aproape " minora e mai scumpa taxa.
A 2a gaselnita este faptul ca nu putem face check in ul on line. Obligatoriu in aéroport, plata 45 eur.
Asadar 89+ 80+ 45 ...luam un bilet la o alta companie- excus low cost.
Foarte dezmagita deci à fost ultima calatorie cu Blue Air.

Ich habe nur einmal reserviert, es war die erste und letzte. Mein Flug wurde 3 Mal ohne Angabe von Gründen storniert und ich habe mich an einen Anwalt gewandt, um mein Geld zurückzubekommen. mal sehen ich warte noch.

WARNING! Do NOT fly with this company! They changed my return flight 3 times already in less than one month without any explanation. They said I can apply for a refund but there’s no option to do that. When trying reaching them by phone, no one in answering and you’re being charged £0.90 per minute. Absolute embarrassment of a company. The owner was actually charged for fraud and put in prison for 11 years. No wonder..

Skjult tjekind-gebyr på ca. 100DKK. Tjek-ind er også lidt mere bøvlet end andre lavprisselskaber.

Worst company ever! Had a cancelled flight during COVID outbreak in 2020, and they have straight away offered my a voucher for the money without asking if I would like it or not! For two year I have been trying to contact customer service but no response whatsoever and I don’t think I will ever get my money back as the voucher is due to expire soon! If I could rate them with no stars at all I would! Worst company ever, would not fly with them ever again! Please everyone stop booking with them and get them out of business!

Cancelled flight and no money back, although it has been 8 weeks. Received the cancellation notification 3 times, although submitted a refund request after the first. Makes it look as if you submit once and you’d think BlueAir records are then updated they in fact aren’t. Appaling having to wait this long for something that wasn’t provided and only created issues for the customer. What an utter scam of a business!

Flight got canceled and can't get a refund for 6 months now. CS doesn't reply. Don't fly.

The customer service for Blue Air is almost non existent. I purchased my ticket from Sky scanner and wrote my full name with a "-" as is shows on my documents. When i checked in, the app didn't accept the special caracter and forced me to pay for a name change. Since the beginning of May i am keep emailing blue air who are not responding to my emails whatsoever. They replied once pushing me to get a refund on the electronic wallet which i DO NOT WANT and saying that the full refund might take a while but since then they haven't responded with anything or to say that is being processed or anything. I want a full refund on my card as this wasn't fair. I have no idea how else to get hold of someone as they charge if you call them and they won't bother to reply to emails, just AWFUL.

Muy mal servicio. Desagradables. Si se retrasa el vuelo no pasa nada, nos tenemos que aguantar pero si la mochila tiene ruedas hay que pagarla. No recomiendo volar con esta compañía. He volado con más compañías y te dan un mejor servicio.

I still have money to recover from them since the pandemic. This a mockery, i dont understand how this company still exists, well actually i do now. Their customer service is inexistent,

Ref. Number :95265 Blue Air didn't have the decency to reply and come up with some pathetic story. Booked my flight,they've cancelled it and 4 months later I am still waiting for my refund. Made in Romania as one would say, a crook behind an airline company backed by the Romanian Government whom doesn't do it's job, which is, just to remind them in case they've forgotten - not to be corrupt but to protect romanian citizens, citizens whom gave they're vote so they can sit comfortably and do nothing, ignoring the issues while hard working people are tricked, lied, used and abused, treated like "shait".

Je vie actuellement en Roumanie et je voulais rentré en France aéroport CdG pour l'été.Je réserve mon billet jusqu'ici OK mais très vite un mail de changement d'hr ensuite un autre avec une escale pour Bucarest et pour finir une annulation. Et à ce jour je reçois tjr des mails pour me dire que mon vol est annulé..
Comme beaucoup de mécontent plus de nouvelles impossible de se faire rembourser. Beaucoup de plaintes...comment faire?

Simpelthen bare for dårligt! De skulle ikke have lov til at operere indenfor luftfart. På trods af, at det er en lavprisselskab, kan det også blive for lavt. Flere gange har jeg og min kæreste nu oplevet væsentlige forsinkelser og undskyldningen har hver gang været den samme. TEKNISKE PROBLEMER! Man blive ikke engang kompenseret for en 8 timers forsinkelse. Der må da være EU regler for sådan noget sjusk!! Vi flyver ikke med dem igen!! Der er sku ikke meget "Blue" over dem!!

Update: BLUE AIR luftfartsselskabet eksisterer ikke længere - måske var jeg alligevel ikke den eneste, der havde dårlige erfaringer med selskabet.

As acorda minus 10 stele acestei companii de zbor. După ce cumperi bilet la ei, îți trimit mesaj email cum ca zborul s-a anulat, dar banii înapoi nu îi mai vezi în veci.

ho acquistato il 16.04.2022 due voli Milano-Bucarest per il periodo 03.06.2022 - 05.06.2022, in data 7.05.2022 mi hanno inviato un'email dicendo che i voli erano stati annullati. ho chiesto il rimborso sul metodo di pagamento e mi hanno risposto che avevano tempi lunghi. leggendo altre recensioni negative mi sono rivolta al mio istituto di credito che mi ha detto di aprire una disputa con il servizio clienti carte di credito per prestazione non erogato, ed ho ricevuto il riaccredito sul c/c.
