Blue Air 

Annulation d'un vol du fait du COVID avec l'obligation d'un avoir d'une durée de 24 mois avant remboursement. A ce jour plus de 2 ans après la date du vol annulé, aucun remboursement ne nous a été adressé et ce malgré nos relances. Le remboursement est acté depuis plusieurs mois sans date de paiement. A fuir, société de voleurs en grande difficulté financière!

Blue Air is a fake airline now, they cancel the flights without any reason and never refund.
I try to sue them in the CJEU.

Me han cancelado 2 vuelos y no obtengo respuesta alguna por parte de la compañía. Se han quedado el dinero. Eso es robar literalmente.
Cuando me lo cancelaron dieron instrucciones de que podías poner el dinero del billete en un monedero electrónico de su página (wallet) pero no funciona y no se puede hacer. Porque para hacer el proceso necesitas que te llegue un sms con un código a tu teléfono y el código nunca llega. Es un fraude y una estafa claramente.
Las noticias dicen que la empresa ha quebrado y el gobierno ruso ha bloqueado sus cuentas porque les puso una multa de 2 millones de euros.

Flights cancelled 2 weeks before. Now we need to buy a lot more expensive ones as they’re not offering other alternative flights. No words for this company. I’m not sure how they’re allowed to fly.

Stay away. I do not recommend.

Mi hanno annullato il volo rispettando i 14 gg, secondo me e' stato tutto calcolato. Il problema e' che sono spariti, non risponde piu' nessuno e non mi fanno il rimborso. Andando a leggere su di loro ho capito che annullano voli da un anno. A questo punto non ho altra scelta che denunciarli, ho aspettato, ho mandato tante mail ma qua non risponde nessuno intanto si sono presi i miei soldi e mi hanno creato problemi a tornare in Italia visto che viaggiavo con un pet. Se volete riprendere i voli come avete detto non potete sparire in questo modo, la gente non si fidera' piu' e non acquistera' piu' da voi, avete sbagliato tutto......

Still waiting on a refund since October 2021, customer service is shocking, they put the phone down on me when I actually got through once when I enquired about my refund. They sell flights and then cancel them, total scam and not sure how they get away with it, AVOID

Ennesimo volo cancellato previsto per il 19/09/2022, costo dello scherzetto 200 euro per riuscire a trovare un altro volo per lo stesso giorno dopo che qualche mese fa ho avuto 8 ore di ritardo e nessun indennizzo. FATE SCHIFO DOVETE FALLIRE

They canceled all the flights. Can't reach them to get my money back.

Flight was cancelled a few days before departure and we had to buy new tickets for another airline.
I'm still waiting for my refund since May 17!!!
I've reminded BlueAir a few times through their contact form. There doesn't seem to be another way to contact their customer service.
So people: stay away from this airline!

Zboruri Dublin - Bacau sau București și întoarcere de 2 sau 3 ori pe an!
Eu prefer aceasta companie aeriana datorită faptului ca de câte ori am zburat cu ei, atât eu cât și familia sau prietenii mei, nu am avut sau nu am auzit ca cei apropiați mie sa fi avut vreo problema. Chiar si pe timpul pandemii, de se anulau zboruri, am primit credite înapoi pe care le-am folosit pt alte zboruri. Comunicarea a fost clară și experiența serviciile cu clienții a fost chiar plăcută.

Terribile. Cancellano il volo 3 giorni prima della partenza senza nemmeno spiegare perché. Mandano l'email venerdí alle 16.20, e il call center chiude alle 16.00 (sabato e domenica non c'é l'assistenza). Call center che comunque costa piú di 1 euro al minuto.
Impossibile cambiare il volo, ti fanno cambiare la data ma non l'aeroporto di partenza.
Non rimborsano i soldi, ma li mettono su un conto blueair per l'acquisto di altri voli (cosa da non rifare direi!).
Il minimo problema con questa "compagnia" diventerá un calvario.

Apenas funciona de Março a inicio Setembro, como operam sem controle fazem o que querem, nem multas apanham, e pertence a CEE, recebem marcações e deixam passageiros sem voo, não aconselho e exigi indemnização.

Worst flight company ever they are cancelling flights for no reason , if u want a refund of your flight you have to wait nearly one year , poorest customer service i ever meet . Would NOT reccomend . Please stop buying any tickets because you gonna get scammed.

Mi hanno RUBATO 174,99 euro dalla mia carta di credito in maniera fraudolenta. Non ho ricevuto nessun biglietto/servizio…una VERGOGNA!

This is one of the most not reliable company...I mean for the lack of services ...for the lack of resolving the refunds and how they are treat the customers it should be put in bankruptcy already...It is ashamed that the government of Romania allows to this company to operate as a "air transporting company "...Stay away from them...

I have paid for travelling with the blueair company on 28th August, and I have fund my self rescheduled for the morning flight. The flying company sold to many tickets to make a profit, and for that reason I couldn't fly exactly on the date and time I have purchased my ticket!!! Overall, I have paid for my sit extra money on the rescheduled flight, just to make sure I will not miss the flight!!!! Don't rely on their services!!!!

kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich mein Geld bei Blue air von Wallet auf mein Konto übertragen lassen kann?
Habe hin und Rückflüge von Frankfurt nach Bukarest für 2 Personen gebucht, im Mai. wurde von Blue air storniert, das Geld ging auf wallett Konto, was ich bis dahin nicht kante. habe die Flüge auf anderen Datum erneut gebucht, das Geld wurde automatisch von Wallet genommen. Auch diese wurde storniert, habe zum dritten Mal gebucht, wurde auch storniert. Kontaktaufnahme mit den Betrügern ist unmöglich.
Weis vielleicht jemand einen weg das Geld von Wallet auf Konto zu transportieren?
Es wehre super, wen mir jemand einen Rat gibt.
