Of the 3 orders made at the same time, this was supposed to come last. It came first! And my order was so nicely packed!

I ordered from Bloomingway.com for the first time. I googled for the product I wanted (Baxter of California Clay Pomade) and it was a suggested link, showing the product at the cheapest price. I was a little sceptical, in particular that the product would arrive in the UK in good time given that it was coming from the U.S. I was wrong. It came within 3 days, was well packed and easily tracked. Can't fault them in terms of getting the product to me! One point I would raise is that the price is stated in £ sterling, but payment processed in dollars. Although, it does say this on the site, this could have been made clearer at the point of sale. I was therefore charged by my credit card company - albeit not much. Also, Yodel are not great when it comes to delivery. Their website said the parcel had been left with a neighbour, but no delivery note was posted through my door. I subsequently found the parcel hidden at the side of my house.

I love Bloomingway! They have the best deals and cheapest prices plus the free shipping is so helpful. Why go to strawberry net or some other site ? If you can have the excellent value for
Money in their site. They have everything that i need ! I always love buying skincare stuff and beauty products! So satisfied and will be shopping for more!!

Not only did Bloomingway.com have the best price on the product I was looking for (the Balm's Mary Lou-Manizer highlighter), they got it despatched, shipped and delivered (for free) to my door, in Australia, super fast. I ordered on Thursday and it was here by the following Wednesday. Brilliant! Thank you!!!

It is not immediately clear from the website of this company that they are based overseas. Therefore I was surprised when I was charged extra sales tax and billed in dollers which were then converted. Therefore the products are not nearly as cheap as they first appear. Also, delivery took quite a while (over a week). I won't use this website again.

I ordered an expensive La Prairie facial mask, which did absolutely nothing for $100. The company doesn't accept returns on this product, so I would purchase from a company that does. I submitted a review, but it didn't work. When I contacted customer service, they said a third party company handles reviews. Sure. Shop somewhere else.

I purchased from Bloomingway for the first time. I was charged an extra $4.10 for some reason. My bank said it was a conversion charge but it was more than the usual rate. Maybe there should be some fine print on the site about this. Having said that the product arrived very promptly as described. Guess I will just have to factor in the extra cost with future purchases.

I have recently discovered Bloomingwell and can sincerely say I have found them totally reliable. Very Quick on postal service. Prices very competitive, had no problems at all with ordering. Most received within few days. I have no cause for complaint at all with service. And they have such a large choice of products.

Despite the website prices being displyed in pounds sterling they bill you in dollars. I had to pay an addition £1.60 to my credit card to convert to sterling. Others will do similar.

I only recieved one of the items I purchased without notification. After emailing support they offered me a refund

I ordered the Wagner paint system kit on a Monday and it was delivered to my door Thursday early afternoon... and the product works wonders.

I found an item on Bloomingway.com through a Google product search. It was cheaper at Amazon but Amazon didn't offer free shipping so I decided to order from Bloomingway. While shopping I abandoned my order at one point and got an email with a coupon code for 5% off if I ordered within 48 hours. Sadly the coupon code didn't work. Regardless, I placed the order and got an order number and an email from Blooingway that the order was successful.

A short while later I got an email from Bloomingway that the order was refunded. No mention why. I logged in to my account to check the order and still no explanation as to why it was refunded. No harm you might say except that I paid with a foreign currency credit card which means the charge and the refund have different exchange rates and the payor ends up losing a small amount on the differential.

I didn't want to write this without giving Bloomingway a chance to respond so I called their number during their very limited business hours and on my dime (no toll free). After seemingly endless ringing a machine kicked in and I left a message. No call back. I sent a message through my account. I got a reply within an hour or two saying the product ordered can't be shipped outside the USA.

This whole experience was way harder than it should be. Save yourself the hassle and order from a real merchant.

I had purchased this face cream two months ago. It's a gift for my friend. After she use this, her face looks better than before. Now, she ask me purchase this wonderful cream again. Commend it!
