Find this company somewhat shoddy. Item was USD48.50 when I was about to pay. I checked it carefully as Sarah Ellis (previous reviewer) commented that she ended up paying more. I authorised paypal payment for USD 48.50 but ended up receiving an email to confirm that USD54.68 was taken out of my account. Upon checking my paypal account, this has indeed happened.

It seems rather unethical to conduct business this way.

I ordered a perfume one month ago. I never received it. This company is a scammer. Forget them. Do not waste your time and money.

I would have given 5* had I actually paid the price shown on google search, paid £13.71 instead of £10.31 per item (the order was over £30 for free postage). That said they were still cheaper than other sellers and arrived to the UK in 4 days - brilliant!
Website has an excellent choice of products so I will try them again but will keep an eye on the actual cost.

I placed my order on Sunday the 27/09 and it arrived on Wednesday 30/09. They kept me up to date with the delivery process and i'm really happy with my purchase. Would definitely order from here again. Great service, fast delivery and a complimentary gift, whats not to love.

This was my first time purchase from Bloomingway.com and i received my Amouage parfum extraits 4 days after shipping to UK. The transaction went smoothly with Paypal and communication was very good with seller. Overall i am very please with my purchase and would not hesitate to place future orders again with this company.

I recently purchased products from them and had a reaction, when I contacted them regarding this they originally were in contact then started to ignore me once I mentioned I wanted my money back. I've actually read that I am not the only customer who has bought from you and received extremely bad aftercare. NEVER have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional organisation. Save your money and spend else where. Please pass this on as companies like this should not be allowed to get away with this!

Awful company bought aftershave from them was meant to be £49 got charged £63 also says ships within 24 hours which was another lie will never use that company again.

Blooming way delivered the right product (most important), within the specified time frame and kept me informed of the whereabouts of my product through the whole process (from the warehouse to my house). Easy ordering process, item exactly as described and bought previously at about 30% cheaper than retail in Australia (even with the exchange rate). Update emails during the shipping process meant I knew exactly when delivery would be. Would use Bloomingway again.

On their Contact Us page, this is stated: 'We are an American company located in Arizona. All transactions at Bloomingway.com are handled in US Dollars. Prices in other currencies are shown for reference only.'

I'm from Canada, so the prices displayed were in Canadian dollars. The item I was ordering showed $70.00 Canadian, so I ordered 2. PayPal showed the bill at $119 U.S., and when it was exchanged to Canadian showed $160. On top of that, when Canada Post delivered, the agent informed me the item was shipped from Sweden (never said that on their site), AND I had to pay another $36 duties & taxes. The agent said Canada Customs has been doing this more now for some reason (I was surprised since I've ordered from the U.S. many times and not been charged duties & taxes).

I've contacted Bloomingway by phone, had to leave a msg, and no call was returned. I sent them 2 emails about how they deflate the Canadian Dollar on their site, and can they adjust the price, but they have not responded. Therefore, I feel this review is warranted. CANADIAN SHOPPERS BEWARE!
