Great product. It arrived on the day Bloomingway specified and was left where I asked.

Purchased a Guerlain item with an expected delivery date of two weeks. It arrived in 4 days! Item was as if I purchased it from high end department store. I use this item regularly so know what I was purchasing and at their price and delivery time, will be re-purchasing! Thank you for excellent tranaction!

Price was quoted in pounds sterling, even at the point of entering credit card details. My email confirmation included additional tax, and had converted the order to US dollars, making the order significantly more expensive than the advertised (and agreed) price. Their website suggests that orders cannot be cancelled, but when challenged in this case they did.

placed an order with paypal, i provided address and paypal provided address. my order was 'delivered' to a different state. I paid for order and never received order. also 48 hr response time for customer service emails. bloomingway is a SCAM, save your money shop somewhere else!!

Package never made it to destination!!
Received an email stating ....Great! your package has arrived!!

Destination was Miami...package was left on front door porch in Tarzana California!!!
This was an expensive $164.00 jar of face cream!!

Prices are the lowest on line and free shipping! Had a problem with local postal carrier and bloomingway resolved in a heartbeat. Will order again.

I ordered a perfume through AZ Perfume and was completely satisfied with their service. They wrapped my perfume perfectly so it would not get damaged and they quickly delivered the product. I was very surprised to receive the product within several days of ordering!

I have to say what a gold star service I was provided with - I placed the order on Tuesday 17 2015 late in the day - I was kept briefed with emails as to where and what stage my order had reached - each and every step then Friday 20 2015 the courier rang my doorbell with my parcel -what a totally efficient courteous and helpful experience this was. After reading other reviews I realized I forget to mention how great the tracking updates were. I knew exactly when it was out in the mailbox.

The bird feeder was delivered very quickly. I can't comment on the feeder yet however since I haven't tried it out yet.

I received confirmation of order emails with tracking numbers for my purchase and my parcel arrived speedily. Not only that but rather endearingly, the pretty white parcel was decorated with white ribbon and bows and the box inside was very well packed, protectively and my purchase was gift wrapped in silver paper. This was a very nice touch as I hadnt paid for gift wrapping, and parcels, even when they are gifts, are never usually wrapped in pretty bows. My purchase was also cheaper than elsewhere so I will buy from this site again, this was my first time. I am very pleased with Bloomingway's service indeed.

Sold an item to me that was out of stock from the manufacturers.
Only after much chasing up was I told it wasn't coming in. 3 months after purchase (!) I was given a refund. Customer service was awful. Whole experience was by far the worst I've had (and I shop online a lot!).

My order was delivered quickly and effortlessly. Very happy with product.

I ordered a Very Irresistible Givenchy 10 years edition 75ml EDP. The purchasing was easy, delivery was quite fast from USA, reliable and communicative delivery company (re-delivered to my work address for free) and product as described and very well packaged.

Two things I didn't like were the extra charges when paying (VAT) and that I wasn't told that delivery required a signature so I didn't plan accordingly.
