Had to wait five weeks for my order, chasing them all the time. It came from Hong Kong in the end and I had to pay an additional 25% of the order value in customs charges which was totally unacceptable. I will not be using this company again.

So after a month and opening a paypal case, after paying extra cost for custom charges and extra for USA rates I have finally have my item.
No communication, lied about shipping an item, giving a false tracking number. At the end, my parcel was shipped from Hong Kong!
Wow... Don't bother...

I waited 10 days for an order and it never came. When I called they said they got my address wrong, so they re-shipped it. The re-shipment never came! Now it's been 2.5 weeks since my original order! This is ridiculous.

Did not mention my product would cost £20 more due to USA rate.

Not sure why I'm being asked to review..... I have received NO shipping information, no products, nothing. No communication other than they accepted my money.

Excellent fast USPS service, did not take 4-7 business days as stated. Very pleased!

Had a good experience with this company. Purchased item over the new year period and received it within 5 days including the public holidays. This is super fast considering it was shipped from the U.S. to the UK. Excellent email communication too. Very happy customer.

I ordered a product at least 3 weeks before Christmas, on top of their website saying they deliver in 3-5 days and them confirming over email and a phone call promising I'd receive my goods by Christmas, it has now come to the 21st of December and they haven't even shipped it off! I called up the post office, and supposedly they provided shipping information, but never actually handed the parcel into the shipping depot. They've spend weeks promising they've shipped it off, providing a fake tracking number and confirming delivery by Christmas, and now I am here having to sit in front of my family and not even have a present for my partner...

Can't believe how quickly the parcel arrived in the UK from the USA. Customer service is excellent and the parcel also arrived gift wrapped. Couldn't recommend them higher. I will certainly be ordering from Bloomingway again.

Arrived well packaged took about a week replied to my enquiry product is as described will definitely use again paid import tax at checkout but still £55 cheaper than anywhere else selling same product very happy would recommend to anyone 😀

At first i was skeptical about buying NARS The Multiple (colour orgasm) from this site, but after close inspection i looks real. It was also about $8 cheaper than anywhere i could buy it in AUS. At first the currency was converted so that it would be $10 cheaper but at the checkout (paypal kindly converted it nicely for me) it was a couple of dollars more than it originally said, unhappy about that which is why they lost a star in my rating. Although it was safely packaged in a bubble wrap sleeve there was also a white patch on the box that looked like a price tag had been ripped off (another reason i rated 4 stars not 5). But, i did get an update email and i think it said it was coming from America so it only took 5 working days to get to me! (that's very fast for USA to AU in my past experience)

Paid through PayPal as thought I had some protection. What I thought would cost £63 actually cost £90 as I didn't realise this company was based in the states. So I topped up paying nearly 30 quid extra for tax and exchange rate. Emailed company a few times to cancel transaction but they ignored my emails. PayPal also cannot cancel transaction once it was completed. You can buy in U.K. For a couple of quid extra. Do not buy from Bloomingway !!!!

Just as many have reviewed here. The pricing is deceiving to the buyer. You'll be quoted a price for the product, so in my case £25. They then add UK VAT which took it up to £30 with free delivery. That's fine. But then I got a PayPal email through with a charge of $43 dollars which equated to a £33 conversion. It was still cheaper than the closest competitor by £7 but the whole pricing is just a fiasco.

The product did arrive in a VERY good time frame though and was with me within 3 days! It was well packaged and recieved in good condition. Overall a very good experience and will most likely shop with BloomingWay again in the near future. Just be wary of the pricing!

Would definitely advise buying from Bloomingway! Their prices and customer service cannot be faulted.

I ordered two Paul Mitchell hair products at what seemed like reasonable prices. When they arrived I was horrified to see that the price originally quoted had been converted to US dollars and then back again to sterling for billing to my debit card The two items cost me £20 more than I would have paid my hairdresser here for them.

Although the the goods arrived quickly, this is truly a rip off and I will never go near this company again. I caution anyone who is looking to buy their products from the UK to go elsewhere.

I ordered a face wash worth £35 they sent me wrong one I had to send it back on my own expenses which I did and they denied even after receiving it so no refund. Rob off

I ordered the Jack Black Hand healer on April 25th and when I discovered it was being shipped from USA I expected a long wait for delivery. I couldn't have been more wrong. Bloomingway kept me informed on progress of my order and it was delivered this morning, 29 April exactly as promised. I wouldn't expect a UK company to be any quicker and would have no qualms about ordering from Bloomingway again.

Fast shipping, good price and products. Will recommend to friends
