They told me I need to pay the £14 tax duty on my dermogica cleanser! Total rip off - stay away!

When I asked for a refund they refused to refund me until I wait for 18 days for the package to get sent back to them. Outrageous!

They charge £ but they are not a UK company.

I got my product on time and was exactly as I expected. Would definitely order from bloomingway again.

Dreadful company to deal with. Not even worth one star. Like others here on this site I wish I had read the reviews. They make no mention when you book of the extra customs duty you have to pay which makes anything you order in the UK very expensive. No doubt its there simewhere hidden in the small print. They know exactly what they are doing and when I complained that they omitted to mention the extra customs charge they just didnt want to know. A very unhelpful and rude company. Nothing wrong with the product just the handling company stocking the product.

Absolute crooks. Wish i'd seen this place for reviews before I purchased anything from BloomingWay. All the 1 star reviews are correct - the £ rate is not accurate. I paid more than was advertised.

I was sent a card from Royal Mail asking me to pay £12 in customs fees in order for the package to be delivered. I wrote to BloomingWay customer service and they have refused to do anything about it. I've since seen this 'policy' written in small print at the bottom of the website despite they consistently advertise "free delivery".

if i wanted a refund, they would take 20% off the amount as a "Restocking fee" - never heard of the like.
CONCLUSION - DO NOT USE

Do not use this company if you are outside of the US. Bought two items at a quoted price of £75 which was marginally cheaper than other suppliers. Once purchased £83 was deducted from PayPal account. Took an age to be delivered and now got a custom charge bill of £20. Despite being blatantly ripped off I can't now return the goods as I'd be faced with a 20% restocking fee and 15% postage fee. One of the most unethical companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I purchased my order the 6th March now it's the 20th and no shipping number no order no email address to contact has it just keeps failing. Paid with PayPal and they took the money straight away and it was more expensive than I thought. Be aware of the final cost of your purchase . I can't see that I will receive my order and have to accept I have lost my money.

Absolutely fantastic. They use Yodel (Yodel messed up big time but bloomingway didn't) please try and do a deal with DPD or Hermes couriers Bloomingway?
Tracked delivery came pretty quick.

I am disgusted with this company. Have been wearing a foundation for years and bought three of the exact formulations from them through Walmart.com. A month later I opened one of the three boxes and the foundation was completely oxidized and turned completely orange on me. I contacted the company a few days outside of the 30 day exchange period and even though the foundation was clearly old and had changed color, the company REFUSED to allow me to send the items back to them. Now i have over $150.00 of a makeup I cannot wear and have to throw away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Customer service won't help you if you have an issue. STAY AWAY!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from this company I bought the product because I thought I was getting a bargain but buy the time costs were added it worked out more expensive then I local shops. This was a Christmas gift and it is now the second of January and I have still not received the product, I am waiting for some information on when I will receive it

I ordered perfume as a Christmas present and was well aware I was leaving myself tight for time, i paid for express shipping to Northern Ireland and it arrived only 2 days after expected date of delivery...not bad for busy Christmas period and I was able to track it the whole time! Item was perfect and came with a free gift. I had read past negative reviews regarding the exchange rate but I found the website upfront about cost and origin of item so i had no bad surprises. Will definitely be using Bloomingway again!

Honestly can't understand some of these negative reviews. I was able to get "2" limited editions Vivienne Westwood perfumes limited edition and been out of stock on the net for 8 years, shipped 3/4 away round the world in 5 days. Perfectly wrapped. AND a free gift. Thankyou so much. Will use again and recommend to friends and family X John

I live in Australia. The item arrived in less than a week, so earlier than expected. They also gave me a gift with the first delivery. Very good and strongly recommended. +++++

They don't add VAT to the advertized price! You suddenly get the increased price only after you wasted time shopping and filling the form with your address. I guess they hope the customer won't notice (especially if several products are bought). Absolutely unacceptable. I'll better pay to HONEST suppliers.

Original price quoted £28 - price paid £38.

perfume is great and just what was wanted - 25% higher cost than expected.

I feel misled/ conned/ taken for a mug with this site. Full disclosure, the item has arrived and is fine. My objection is to having completed checkout and received a confirmation before I had any clue this item was from outside the UK. The price was in sterling, the checkout made no (obvious) mention that I would be at the mercy of international shipping, and I would have gone elsewhere if I'd known. It took a paypal notification that I'd made a payment in dollars for the penny to drop (pardon the pun). As it was, it came too late for the birthday it should have been a gift for. I won't be using again.

Once again I was nearly cheated out of money by this site advertising one price in £ and then costing you in the $ conversion rate.

2 products - Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel (500mls) on the site as £37.85 and Dermalogica Active Moist (177mls) on the site as £58.50 except when I click through to pay by PayPal the cost is £104.30! That's £7.95 difference due to the 'exchange rate' which is a disgraceful way to advertise prices.

I initially thought that my package was missing and I wrongfully blamed BloomingWay for this issue. However, another office took the package by mistake several days prior. My product came super fast and it was exactly what I ordered. I sincerely apologize to BloomingWay for this issue that wasn't their fault. On the contrary, they went above and beyond to make sure that my product was delivered on time. Thank you so much!
