This company is horrible

This company is horrible. It’s been a month and a half since I’ve paid for mine. They refused to cancel it. They also refused to ship it to me. I’ve contacted customer support several times. I bought 4 units

I bought 4 units. Two of them just stopped working. They just stopped and will not turn on. I do not know if they are designed to work a few hours at a time. All I know is that they seem to have very short life span. The manual does not provide any troubleshooting info, therefore I do not know if the product is salvageable.

I do not have the order number. Is there another way to verify my purchase?

I have had nothing but problems

I have had nothing but problems.
I ordered a portable bidet and I received it two months later. After I charged it, I tried to use it and little bits of water came out. There was no force to the water.
I sent an email to the customer service and they said that I could keep the old one (as I had used it) and they would send me a new one. Instead of a new, replacement unit, I received two nozzles, which was NOT the problem. BTW, I also bought the warranty so I thought it would not be a problem to get a new unit or a return on my money.
Then I received another email stating that the unit had been delivered, which was the two nozzles (not needed by the way) and that my neighbor, family, or friend must have picked it up. Well no neighbor, friend or family picked it up because the unit was never sent.
Now I have an email that says they want me to return it, even though I opened it and tried to use it. They said I had to pay for postage to mail it to them. Even though I have the warranty, they are still giving me all sorts of problems.
If you would like to address this problem, my order number is Order number: 2218276903 and my warranty number is 2218276908.
They are also stating that it must be mailed back to them within 60 days of me receiving it...it has taken them that long to address the problem so I can't mail it back in 60 days. That has already passed.
I will not mail it back to them...I just want my money back for the bidet and my warranty.
According to your terms of agreement "we are free to fully exploit such Feedback". You have no reason to exploit my review.
"TRUSTPILOT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES". Then why did I purchase a warranty if you have the right to disclaim it.

Blaux...it's pronounced BLOW

I wish I'd read these reviews before transaction with Blaux. I think it's pronounced "BLOW" as in their business practices and products "BLOW".

I've been burned before from these type of internet scam fronts. In hindsight the website was not super polished and processing my payment was janky at best. But it seemed to present itself as based in New Jersey so I gave it a go. For $60 I wasn't too concerned about it.

I ordered a product the was "in stock" per their website, credit card was charged immediately and I only received a confirmation of my order showing a charge through the Bluesnap payment gateway.

More than two weeks pass and no shipping confirmation received and no way to check the status of my order on their website.

My spidey senses are now tingling so I contacted the company via website to cancel and request a refund. The initial response from "Echo" was to ask why I wanted to cancel and then to offer me 50% off the purchase price if I don't cancel. That is red flag number 1 and very much part of the script of these offshore webscams. I declined the offer and politely requested a refund immediately.

The next day I receive a follow up email to my cancellation and refund request from "Jim". Same thing, Jim offers 50% off if I don't cancel my order. I decline and stay firm on my request. Red flag #2.

No reputable online company cuts their margin like this to save the sale when they already have your money.

Today I receive one email confirming my cancellation, backdated to my purchase date. I also receive an email from Jim indicating that my refund might not show up on my statement for 5-15 business days due to international banking. That's red flag #3.

If a transaction can be processed same day via website then there is no reason it takes 5-15 days to process the electronic (referenced) refund transaction.

I help customers setup recurring electronic payments with major payment gateways everyday.
These scammers are trying to run out the clock where you can file a dispute with your credit card company. Don't wait around, pull screenshots together and file a dispute immediately if you are in a similar situation.

Fortunately they haven't shipped me anything. That is the other side of these scams. Usually the company will hastily ship you some worthless broken thing and then insist you have to ship that back to some address in China on your own dime to get a refund. Usually the shipping costs make it a fools bargain so don't fall for that either.

Blaux is a scam company selling poor quality products.

This is a scam company. The wearable AC products do not work and are very noisy. The company does not respond to queries. Really bad customer service.
I also think that they have put lots of fake review sites online to mislead people. Very, very expensive for what are essentially two small fans.

What I’m writing now is a response to Blaux review below. I have given you my email my daughters email THE ORDER number the INVOICE number FOUR times through the 10 different emails that have been exchanged and my only response FROM YOU is the exact one that you posted below my review. You people should not be in business. And I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau immediately!

My daughter bought me a Blaux for Christmas. I could never get the base/well unscrewed to fill with water from the unit. Many strong people tried. Blaux was emailed 10 times between my daughter and I. The only response was an email stating we haven't heard from you therefore we are closing your ticket. This is truly a scam. There is no support team just an automatic email with every request you make. I'm calling the better business bureau as soon as finish this review.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! this company has zero customer service or way to reach a real person. I received the totally wrong item and have completed their online email form twice within the last week to get the item I actually ordered. No response. I messaged them on Facebook. No response. The phone number listed here just tells you to go to their website no matter what option you press. Horrible experience. Ordered a $60 item and got a pair of shoe insoles that aren't even on their website.

I ordered five BLAUX wearable fans in July…

I ordered five wearable fans in July 2021. I received them in July and immediately tried one, but it WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. I tried ANOTHER fan, and it worked for about two hours. The second fan wouldn't recharge. I called BLAUX twice, and they offered to replace one fan. I declined citing a 40% Failure Rate of a brand new item out-of-the-box. I allowed two months because I allowed for time for delivery to and response from of the company. NO RESPONSE FROM BLAUX. I am out of almost $400 for returning 5 WEARABLE PERSONAL FANS.

DO NOT BUY

My main complaint about this product is it gives the impression that it will work like an air condition. IT IS NOT THE CASE. Its effect is just the same as that of a desktop electric fan, plus the added bother of adding water to make it produce its so-called "arctic air". It is not arctic ice-cold air; it is just misty air coming out due to the water being blown from behind by a built-in electric fan. It does add moisture to the air but definitely not "cold arctic air" which a real air condition makes.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RECOMMENDED. One is better off with a real desktop electric fan. I would say it qualifies as a scam because it is overpriced.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. Received the unit but it didn't work. I went online on the chat since I couldn't find any phone number for customer service. In the caht first they offered me a 20% discount then 30% discount for a borken unit. I agrued with the customer service or 30 Min to get return instructions. At the end he said that they would be emailed to me. I never received the email and meanwhile the 60 days are over. So now I'm out of the money and have a unit that doesn't work. Total rip off.

Nightmarish SCAM!!

I ordered four (4) of the wearable fans (that go around your neck) hoping that they would provide some cooling relief. I live in the desert southwest where temperatures are over 115*F for several months in a row. This year, it has been that hot, longer than normal. I made several attempts to place an order, but received nothing but error messages. I eventually gave up. About two weeks later, when looking at my banking statement, I noticed a charge from this company...on the day I tried to make the purchase. WHAT? I never received a confirmation email, an order number, a tracking number...anything.

I decided to wait a few weeks to see if the product would arrive so that I would have an order number so that I could start an immediate return. Weeks later, a package arrived and when I opened it, there was no paperwork inside. *facepalm*

I emailed customer service stating that I wanted a FULL refund and an RMA since the order never went through on my end, yet I was charged anyway, without notification. I was offered a 20% discount, which I declined and politely asked for a refund again. Another person responded with the same offer of a 20% discount but stated that if I wanted a refund, I would have to send the fans back (which I kept offering to do the whole time, as it is the right thing to do!) AT MY OWN EXPENSE. Um, why should **I** have to pay to return something that technically was never ordered? Afterwards, I was reading their website and it says that if you are unsatisfied with a product they will *replace* it...nothing about a refund. Interesting.

I called my bank to dispute the charges, but since the company is requesting the items to be returned, the only way I can dispute is if my refund is not issued. I will be heading to UPS in a little bit to send these back and see how much this will cost me (I tried to get an estimate online, we will see if it is close). Hopefully this company will issue a refund; after reading the comments, I am not too hopeful. I regret ever trying to make a purchase in the first place and do not know how I missed this website when doing research beforehand. PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR EXPERIENCES!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. They are scammers. We ordered the Blast Auxillary in June. It took exactly 3 months to get it and when we received it today I tried to activate the warranty and it said page not found. So I did a live chat with One of their “agents” and she told me that ironically enough… They just received an update that those are no longer made and the warranty can’t be activated. HERE IS THE BEST PART…… for $9.99 I can however, purchase a lifetime warranty. I informed her that she wasn’t getting another dime from us and that if I could prevent one person from falling for this… I’ll sleep better. My husband is new to the Internet and pop-up ads where they offer this and I hope this is a wake up call for him. Seriously though, buyer beware… Don’t purchase from this company
