Like so many of the other reviews, I feel scammed. I order three of the portable bidets and paid for them on 5/23/22 on order number 2218926954. Several weeks later I received a false email claiming the product had shipped and giving me a USPS tracking number that shows the label was printed June 17 but not shipped. I have left voice mails with support and sent numerous emails and keep getting the same set of false emails. I have been a small business owner for 45+ years and have NEVER encountered a company soooooooo messed up.

I tried to order online using my phone and laptop. Each time, I received an error that my card was declined. I reached out by email and was notified by email that a ticket had been created. In the meantime, I decided to cancel based on Amazon reviews. I responded to the ticket email and asked them to cancel my ticket as I no longer wanted the product. Next, I received a text that I was now in the Blaux family. No email was sent about the issue being resolved. I checked my activity on both credit cards, and there was a charge on each one. Now awaiting an email response after I asked them to cancel both shipments and refund by accounts. If that fails, I'll contest the charge with my credit card company.
UPDATE 1: I reached out to support immediately on July 8. Through July 22, I've received 2 emails that they are working on it. I have not received any products, but my credit cards have not been credited.
UPDATE 2: Emailed Support again and referenced Monica. In a 7-25 email, they said they were behind in shipping. But instead of canceling my order as originally requested, they shipped both products anyway. Now I have to wait for them to arrive, return them, then wait for refunds on both credit cards.
UPDATE 3: The evening following UPDATE 2, I received an automated email:
We are getting thousands of orders a day, and we can't keep Blaux Bidet in stock!
We've temporarily reserved your Blaux Bidet for this special price .
If you're ready, complete your purchase now before they sell out.
Evidently, someone doesn't know that 2 of them have already been shipped even after I asked them to cancel both.
UPDATE 4: Received both products on 7-28. Now I'm trying to return them. It was an Easter egg hunt trying to find the return policy. There's a 15% restocking fee even if you CANCEL within 24 hours before they ship. Check out their policy carefully before your purchase. Update 7/05: Received an email explaining they cannot refund since my order's been packaged. Again, their tracking number says a label's been generated - over 2 wks ago (June 17th). I just want to wash my hands of them & get a refund now. Too sketchy. I don't believe them. At best, they're incompetent & just cannot manage order fulfillment in a timely manner.

I ordered $83.93 of product -- portable bidet, wand replacement and warranty -- on May 28, order #Order Number: 2218978775.
In response to my multiple queries, they've repeatedly sent "delay" emails. A mailing label has apparently been generated, but nothing shipped.
I am hypertensive and this has only given me angst and a smaller bank account. At this point, I just want a full refund. I don't trust this company; seems like a scam.
I want an immediate refund of $83.93.

I ordered a Blaux Bidet the end of May. This is now July 1st and no merchandise. The tracking number said a postage label had been created two weeks ago. Big deal! UPS is still waiting for the merchandise. This is a total scam!!!

I ordered Blaux’s portable bidets. Aside from their communication challenges they then sent me a tracking number saying the items have shipped, but those items haven’t shipped. It was just a USPS label created to buy them time. I have tried to call them, but that number only leads to a message saying they can only be reached by e-mail. I am not happy with their process. I have not received the product. I want my order cancelled and my money returned. Here is a copy of an e-mail I sent them they still haven’t addressed.
Hello. I want a cancellation of my 5/30/22 unfulfilled order #2218997891. Your communication and e-mails are deceptive. After my order was placed and PayPal Payment confirmed I received several e-mails around 6/3/22 stating my order was still pending completion and I needed to complete my purchase. I received an e-mail back blaming pandemic supply issues and system issues, etc. Then on 6/20/22 I received an e-mail that my order was shipped when in fact it hasn’t shipped, you’ve only created a USPS shipping label to buy time. Yesterday, 6/23/22, you send me another e-mail “confirming my final payment and that my order is now on the way”. All false deceptive claims. I have paid since 5/30/22 and the order hasn’t shipped yet. I tried to call your customer service number to speak with someone and surprise there is no one to speak to, only a transfer to provide information for someone to e-mail or call me back. I am not satisfied and don’t want your product nor to deal with your company. Cancel my order and refund me my money please.

So frustrated! I have contacted them the only way possible which is through email and only receive auto responses. My order came 3 weeks late, then it doesn't work!! I want to return these and have gotten no where as I never received an order number, tracking number, invoice, nothing!! I took pictures of shipping labels, and the credit card charge and have gotten the auto-email run around. Looks like they are also giving auto responses here to bad reviews - give us your order number...and nothing gets done. I have no order number - never got one, and now I am stuck with these worthless units and minus $200 something dollars. This is a total scam - the website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed - I want to return these NOW!!! Respond to one of my countless emails as an actual human who cares and will take care of this immediately.

I'm pretty sure this company stole my money. I have exact same issues as others on this thread. Wish I could just get my money back I'm on disability so unfortunately I cannot let this go. I will be taking the steps necessary to report this apparent fraud. Sure Keeshiabot My order number is 2218530589 I also purchased the warranty. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer service. I reach a voicemail with no option to leave a message. I am contacting the FCC and the BBB. I sent an email to customer service to no avail. The website sent me a double order due to their website having issues and I want to send the duplicate order back for a refund. Website is poor with no way to reach anyone. The product is also horribly noisy and inefficient.

My customer experience with Blaux is the worst I have ever endured from a company. I have requested a cancellation and refund for my order (2218826705) multiple times after I purchased 4 Blast Auxiliary units from Blaux on May 12 for $128. I have called their customer support but it is always a recorded message that doesn’t allow callers to speak to a live agent and they have never returned my calls. I have submitted several online forms through the company’s website and sent emails only to receive automated email responses that are completely irrelevant and don’t even acknowledge my cancellation request - much less, address it. I know for a fact that my order has not shipped. Any company that makes a simple cancellation and refund request this difficult is dishonest and unprofessional. I would sweat to death before buying another product from this company.
Update: After reading other Blaux reviews on this website, I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I also intend to report this company to the FTC and Texas Attorney General - Consumer Protection Division.

I ve accidently ordered a bidet and I ve asked right away for an order cancelation.
I thought I would get my refund right away but now it’s been 3 weeks that im trying to reach them. All I get is authomatic answers from them.
I would Highly not recommend to buy from them. I starting to think that this company is a big scam. Never had such a bad customer service experience.

As I mentioned in my first candid review of Blaux Support: I was given the unit as a gift so I don’t have easy access to the order number. I’ve already submitted (3x) separate emails via your “Contact Support” portal on your company website with pictures of my shipping details. Your customer management software program/bot has my email address (6x) times over. Your coworker signed for my RMA unit. Why can you guys not provide a Blast Auxiliary Support phone# or email address considering I can’t get an actual response from an actual support human being (*apart from you via Trustpilot?!?!).

This is not an AC unit. It is nothing but an expensive fan. It did not cool my room even one degree. It's just an overpriced fan. Do not buy it.

There should be negative stars to truly rate this product and company. It took weeks to get my 2 units from NJ. It took me 1 day to determine they were useless. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I immediately requested a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION number and an address to which to return the product. Over the next days I received replies that made no sense at all and never
gave me an RMA # or address. No matter how many times I explained what I needed I would get an irrelevant reply and it would always be from a different
person.
Finally, I called my credit card company to file a dispute within a week they credited my account for the charges from Blaux.
Since the credit to my account I have gotten 2 more emails from Blaux an hour apart at midnight and 1AM eastern time. They had no names on those emails and they made less sense than all the previous emails. I sincerely hope the CC company gets their money back from Blaux and they don't just write it in off.

Worse company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. This company took money out of my bank account and I waited over a month for my Blaux Bidet. Now that I have the shipment, the unit does not work. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to return the unit but no one ever responds. I have sent e-mails; I have left voice mails and nothing.

Ordered two portable bidets yesterday then immediately had a family emergency, can't spend that money, so I CANCELLED two hours after ordering #2218939315 on their "contact form", which is what they say is best to do. Have heard nothing. Filled it out again today, nothing. Called, but you get an email like form to fill out, no humans. Left the information and they said they will 'respond by email'. Again, no humans. Really starting to feel this is a scam, that they don't contact you until the order has shipped, and then you are on the hook for sending it back and postage, assuming it comes within the 30 day window. I hope not, but reading the other reviews suggest that Blaux is a very scammy company run through email. UPDATE: NEVER got a response from the company and the two contact forms I filled out, only the response to Trust Pilot. As of May 31 my VISA card finally showed a credit for both products as well as the 10 buck 'warranty', a total of a bit over $98. Best advice? Read the reviews here (and on Amazon) and find another company to order from. I wish I had.
