Vorsicht, intransparentes suspektes Geschäftsgebahren

Bei der Bestellung eines Blast Auxiliary mobile Bidet am 04.11.22 wurde beim Ansehen der Datenschutzinformationenbereits die Bestellung ausgelöst und eine Belastung der Kreditkarte ausgelöst. Mit Zahlungseingang am 07.11. wurde angeblich der Versand ausgelöst und eineTracking Nummer zur Paketvervolgung angegeben.
Besagte Nummer scheint aber nicht zu existieren. Eine Woche später erfolgt die Aufforderung die angeblich nicht abgeschlossene Bestellung erneut kostenpflichtig abzuschließen. Ein Versuch der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support über die angegebene Email Adresse wird mit einer pauschalen Eingangsbestätigung der Anfrage abgetan. Bestellnummer Tracking Nummer Buchungsbeleg wurden angehangen, aber eine konkrete Reaktion lässt auf sich warten. Vermutlich bin ich auf ein Fake reingefallen und kann mein Geld abschreiben.

Aktualisierung meinerBewertung,
Am 28.11. wurde tatsächlich meine Bestellung zugestellt,mit einem Umweg über die Zollbehörde.
Auch der Kunden Support hat sich mit nach Eingang meiner ersten Bewertung umgehend per Email bei mir gemeldet und eine bevorzugte Bearbeitung meines Anliegens zugesichert.
Insofern muss ich meine Bewertung zum positiven korrigieren und würde 3 Sterne vergeben.
Kritikpunkt meinerseits bleibt aber die irritierende Reaktion auf meine Bestellung mit der wiederholten Aufforderung die Bestellung abzuschließen was sicher einen erneuten Kaufauftrag ausgelöst hätte.
Auch ist beim Bestellen nicht ersichtlich von wo der Versand erfolgt. Damit verbunden sind nicht unerhebliche Zusatzkosten für Zollgebühren und Postauslagen die beim Einkaufswert von 58 Euro immerhin 9,88 Euro ausmachten. Zumindst ein Hinweis beim Bestellen wäre angebracht, wobei natürlich beim Lesen des Kleingedruckten auf der Blaux com Seite ein Hinweis auf mögliche Zollgebühren zu finden ist, aber eben nicht beim Bestellvorgang.

The absolute worst customer service I…

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They do not give a crap (pun intended) about you, they just want your money. If you have a problem you are S.O.L. If I could ever get a response regarding my broken product I would tell them where they can stick it.
And now look at the reply!!! Already filled out 3 online forms with the info they are asking for now, again! and just how am I to give you the info??? You didn't provide me with any way to contact you. You are just broken at this point

I have e.ail them 5 different times trying to get a replacement tank seal oring. I have not received any replacement information or where I can buy the part. This issue has been going on for three months . It took them three months just to deliver the product.

more blaux drama with orders

ordered 3 blaux bidet and when I opened one and was unable to unscrew the top for filling. after trying for a half hour the fill lid did not come off but the entire unit came apart, spilling its guts...I see there are other complaints about the same issue..I want my money back for this garbage. 10/25 update on trying to get support from Blaux : Just to let you criminals know I am filing criminal complaints on Blaux with all authorities I can find available ...! I have had enough of your blatant criminality in product quality and obtuse and obfuscation in trying to obtain redress for the product failures you sell and will continue to post reviews outlining your outrageous lies about products, poor service support and outrageously poor quality products until Satan's home freezes over...!!!

I returned the item I bought but never received my money back.

Bestelldatum 1.10.2022 Wir haben aufgrund der 1 Sterne-Bewertung Antwort bekommen und die Rückzahlung für 2 Bidets. Im Retourenpaket waren aber beide Lieferungen zusammen, wir haben es ungeöffnet zurückgeschickt. Es fehlt noch die Rückerstattung für 1 Bidet zuzüglich der zuviel gezahlten 8,95 € Versand. Blaux.com hatte Versandkosten für 2 Lieferungen bekommen, beide Lieferungen (1 × 1 Artikel + 1 x 2 Artikel) zuzüglich 2 x 8,95 € Versandkosten. Wir haben die Rückzahlung noch einmal angefordert, es kommt aber wieder die Mail, wie immer, wenn man sie kontaktiert ... wir haben so viele Anfragen .... und nichts passiert. Anscheinend ist diese Firma, die auch kein Impressum auf der Homepage hat, nur auf das Geld aus. Kundendienst/Service hat noch nicht einmal 1 Stern verdient. Wir werden diese Firma melden müssen, denn es gibt eine Pflicht ein Impressum auf der Internetpräsenz zu veröffentlichen. Social Media: Wer benötigt ein Impressum?

I just want to claim my warranty for a faulty product…

Writing a review hoping to get some customer support to actually help. I got a pair of Bluetooth earbuds as a gift back in March that was purchased through Amazon. In September the left earbud stopped not working and sound does not come through anymore. I have activated my warranty and out in a request to claim it using the form it says to fill out on their site, I got a response with a picture of the instructions that come with it and no actual help. I put in a second request and got no response. I tried calling support today and it just made me leave a voicemail. I tried contacting on Facebook and they are telling me Amazon is who I have to go to in order to claim their warranty, when I asked for clarification they started talking about some drop down to see the Amazon and not telling me where I’m supposed to do this? I just want a replacement for the faulty item

vorsicht: Falle

Bestellvorgang sehr unübersichtlich.Beworbener Preis am Ende fast VERDOPPELT. Zurücktaste bei Fehlern hat sofort eine Bestellung ausgelöst. Sofortige Stornierung wurde ignoriert. 2x Porto bezahlt aber nur eine Lieferung.Die Anfragen, nach Retoure Anschrift ,wurden mit Aufforderungen andere Waren mit 30%Rabatt zu kaufen beantwortet.

Could not unlock the bidet

My son-in-law and grandsons tried to unlock the bidets. It won't open. I contacted the support team to return it and get a refund. No. they sent me a replacement, but we still couldn't unlock it. There is no service facilities to go to for help. I lost $93.93. Crap!!!

HAPPY WITH MY ANAL SPRAYER!I ordered 2 personal Bidets and…

I ordered 2 personal Bidets and received them after what seemed an interminable wait. They finally arrived in good condition and have proven to be a godsend to the two members of my family who use them. One says, "I won't travel anywhere without my BLAUX Bidet in my purse. No more contortionist actions in cleanup after a bowel movement. Such a relief to have in public restrooms, where the existence and quality of toilet tissue is unreliable at best."

I have misplaced the nozzle head and charging cable for one of our personal bidets, and am finding that re-ordering replacement parts is not so simple as I had hoped it would be.

Other than this reservation, I am an enthusiastic BLAUX Personal Bidet user. I like to think that the spirits of the forests being grown for pulpwood, from which toilet tissue will be made, thank me everytime I use my Blaux.

Do not buy this Blaux personal fan before reading this

The beaux personal fan doesn’t fit the description. It blows minimal air and if you’re sitting indoors you may feel it. Outdoors, the air it releases gets lost. The 30 day guarantee isn’t if you’re not satisfied. They only take back brand new unused items. You must pay for the return. Also there is ZERO customer service. You can’t reach anyone. Shop through Amazon if you are thinking of trying this product because you are going to want to return it!

Still no support

Still no support. After posting review on this site Blaux emailed that would send replacement order. None received. Today received an email that working on my leak problem and would be in touch shortly. This is the same response form I received 2 weeks ago.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Customer service is a joke. I ordered product for a gift but it came weeks late. Been trying to return it ever since and because there are no return instructions on their website or with the packaging, I contacted customer service. After multiple weeks of no reply, all emails are now offering me discounts on new products. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Of course the 30 day return window expires next week...beware. They have extremely dishonest business practices. I would never deal with them again.

Ordered this product 3 weeks ago. Have received nothing from them as a confirmation number, order number or anything to describe what I have. They were extremely prompt in charging my charge card though. There is no way to get information from them as I only have the phone number on my charge card and it is automated and they do not follow through with phone calls. I have given my bank the information and they will be following through. I am a senior citizen and have owned a business in the past and cannot fathom that some one would feel that this is an appropriate way to retain or satisfy customers. I guess this is the new way of doing business. I am glad that I did business when ethical and honest men and women ran the business world. You should be ashamed.

“NO-HASSLE RETURNS” is a LIE

I have the same bad experience as the most posts here. My order# for 4 bidets was 2218783221. My credit card was charged on May 7, I requested to cancel order on Jun 12, but I still received bidets a week later. I’ve requested for return instruction on several emails but with absolutely NO response. Their non-response is in purpose so that I would miss their 30 days return policy. In order to return within 30 days, I had no choice but to pay FedEx to ship Bidets back to their return address showing on their package. As you all guessed, I still haven’t heard back from them, not mentioning refund. I will report this company to Better Business Bureau.

I have been unable to charge my blaux…

I have been unable to charge my blaux wearable fan. I contacted the quality gadget shop to explain the problem but have been unable to get any help from them. I purchased the product on the 15 July 2021 although delivery was some six weeks later. The fan work fine till it need recharging which is when I contacted the company on the 17th June 2022 to explain the non-charging and informing them that it was the first time I had used the fan and therefore the first time it needed charging. The item is faulty and needs replacing under the warranty. The response has been total unsatifatory

Highly reccomend that you go elsewhere to deal with a more reputable company.

I odered 3 different bidets and replacement heads on April 7, 2022. I received 2 bidets and replacement heads on June 10, 2022. (I hadn't realized that the portable wasn't in this shipment) Never opened the boxes because I realised at that point these would not work in my bathroom. I sent them an email shortly after I received them telling them I would like to return and asked for instructions on how to do so, they gave 30 day window to return the product.. First 3 emails I received from them stated They could not find my order. Sent them the order # and a copy of their email stating that they were delivered. Last email I got from them June 22, 2022 said they were looking into it and please be patient. No more communication. I received the portable bidet 0n July 7, 2022. Now mind you my card was charged in April when I placed my order. I went on to my Bank to dispute the charges but I only had 2 months to do this. That window has closed. Still no return address or information. I am stuck with product I cannot use and am out over $170.
